I stayed here while on a business trip and the service was good.. the problem is the rooms face the parking lot which is fine if the hotel has the correct curtains up.. I slept terribly as the light coming in from the parking lot lit up the room all night long so I kept thinking it was morning and time to get up.. It was just a awful room and not quiet either.. I really hope they correct this as we all need our sleep and why we are there. The breakfast was horrible.. all I had was fruit and a m... Read more

The hotel is one of the best Fairfield Inns I've stayed at. Large comfortable, clean rooms, like I always find with this chain, but what really stood out to me was the staff. From the front desk staff, who really made a conscious effort to make me feel welcome, to the breakfast staff who really kept up with the constant barrage of breakfast eaters. One morning, a guest accidently broke the waffle batter dispenser, and the batter was actually shooting all over the counter and floor. The young man... Read more

As many other reviewers have stated, this hotel has to have one of the friendliest staffs I've encountered. From the minute you walk in until checkout, you are made to feel welcome. Pros : - super friendly staff - quiet hours policy in place and enforced - wow, never had that before! - big, clean room (request microwave and fridge in advance as they are not in every room) - bathroom has plenty of towels! a deficiency at other hotels I've stayed at - immediately off the highway (turning left o... Had trouble from the start when my friend arrived before me and the clerk would not let him check in. Even though the room was in his name. Then for most of the evening the room next door had a very loud group with yelling and "colorful" language. Although the night clerk tried, the noise continued for several hours. It just was not a good experience. I don't know if the location has something to do with it but I would look for another hotel before I stayed there again.

Everything was clean and comfortable. My son was in a hockey tournament and the rink was conveniently located only 4 miles away. When we were learned that we would not make the playoffs on Sunday, the hotel let us check out a day early and did not charge us for the additional night. That is wonderful service and good business. The staff was professional and accommodating to us. I am impressed with this hotel's policies. Thank you!

Stayed Sunday, May 8th, to work remotely in the a.m. and then go fishing in the p.m. My trip got cancelled but I still had a good stay - the front desk staff were very friendly, my room requirements were all met (high floor away from noise) and the room was decent. The location is great as it is near enough to the Cape and New Bedford to make it a good stopping off point with a better rate than either of them, it's exactly off 495 and near a lot of restaurants - I very much enjoyed Dave's ... This property is really old and out of date. However, cleanliness was good and the staff were great. Free breakfast is standard Fairfield fare. Wifi is free but very slow. And $200 per night for and old hotel with no swimming pool? Too much. Don't be fooled by the amenities listed on Trip Advisor; no pool here.

We stayed here only for one night on our way to Plymouth, Ma. We were a late check in (10 pm) and was greeted by the night hotel clerk. She was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious enogh for the four of us. The beds we comfortable. We ate at the complementary breakfast. My only complaint was the eating area was on the small side. There was a large group taking chairs from other tables so they could all sit together (14 people in this group) so it made the small area seem even s... Read more

Stopped at this hotel for a one night stay and it is been one of the nicer Fairfield I've stayed at this spring. The hotel is easy to get to and is just off the Cape. The staff was more than helpful in giving good suggestions on places to eat. And there were some excellent local restaurants in the area including a steakhouse and Italian restaurant.

This is the nicest hotel in this immediate area. There are a few decent restaurants across the street so you won't go hungry. The rooms, and the hotel, are kept clean. If you find yourself needing to stay in this area, you will not be disappointed with this choice.

It seems that Marriott has dropped its standards. We are faithful Marriott patrons but lately we've been snuckered in by booking into old, tired hotels. We were given a room with peeling wallpaper (some of the wallpaper looked like it was cut with a knife), a really worn out bed, loud refrigerator, slow drains and tired, worn out furniture. This is something you would expect from a $50 per night dump and not from a Marriott Hotel. The sad thing is that we've come across this situation with M... Read more

Stayed here overnight this week before playing golf at Pinehills. Quiet hotel, clean, rooms, were exactly what I was hoping for and looking for in a Fairfield Inn. All I needed was a nice clean room for the night, quite hotel, convenient parking, quick in and out, and convenient highway access. This fit the bill perfectly. The only thing that was a little odd is that I was given a sheet with local restaurants, and one nearby was noted as having a 20% discount. When I went to the Fireside Gril... Read more

Overnight stay on the way to Boston Logan from Cape Cod. Clean hotel overall although first floor hall carpet smelled something like odog urine. We were on fourth floor (top floor) and it was quiet and nice. Room was clean. Morning breakfast was good and they had cookies at three in the afternoon which was nice for my daughter. No restaurants within walking distance but only a short drive 2-5 miles to get to restaurants/fast food. I'd stay again. There is a gas station/quickstep with a Du... Read more

Staff was courteous and friendly This hotel reminded me of a low budget property with the Mariott name on it First room smelled of smoke and the beds were something you wouldnr see at a garage sale Secind room both side panels that surround the sink fell off in the middle of the night No apology Not repaired Furinture in the lobby was filthy

We were very happy with our stay. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very, very good. The complimentary soup and cookies in the evening was a very nice touch. The hotel is a bit run down and could use a good sprucing up, but overall we were pleased.

My family stayed at this Fairfield Inn for 2 nights and were very happy with our experience at this hotel. We were greeted by a very friendly staff member at check in. She was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area and gave us great ideas for things to do during our stay. She told us about Thomas Land and Dino Land amusement parks in nearby Carver and cranberry bogs, including Ocean Spray headquarters, just down the street. We already had an agenda planned, but were grateful for this info. O... Read more

The hotel is located tight next to the highway which makes it easy to get and leave. Plymouth is twenty minutes away. Check in was easy and person was very nice. Room was ok. A little rough. Needs to be upgraded. Mis matches wall paper and air conditioning was a little rough. Beds were comfortable and bathroom clean.

The friendliest staff starting off with your arrival, the front desk personnel are so welcoming, always with a great smile and wonderful greeting. Tangi, the General Manager has picked a great staff and tells me that they have major renovations coming up within the next few months. I also met Mr. Patel, one of the present owners and he could not have been more charming. Tango runs a great ship and her staff right up to housekeeping are wonderful.

Hotel was adequate, clean but really shows some wear and although there is easy on and off access to highways, it is positioned behind a large equipment business. Not at all aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast sufficient; coffee better than average.

The service was fine. The breakfast was OK as it was steam table. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was just overpriced and disappointing. I said to my wife, "Look at the lovely view from our room." She said, "Yuck!" And there was no information in the room about the amenities. The cookies and potato chips at checkin were good.

Despite the motel's "quiet hours" from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m., the woman in the room next to us talked nonstop until 11 p.m., on our first night's stay, stopping only to either have a baby or make a baby. (Hard to tell which, based on the cries and screams.) Thankfully, she must have checked out the next day, because our second night was less noisy,
