Everyone at the hotel is amazing!! They go above an beyond to make people happy. Its sad when people take time out of there day to write multiple paragraph reviews to bash people. We stayed with a group two nights for a baseball tournament. Double room was very nice, granite in bathroom, comfortable beds, nice artwork. 4 pillows on the bed, 2 firm and 2 soft. Pool was nice, big buffet breakfast and their restaurant open for dinners was average. There is a bar in the restaurant. Overall very nice.

My wife, daughter and I just returned from a 4 night stay at this location which was serving as the host hotel for a local dance competition which drove our decision to stay. We wouldn??t have typically chosen this location, but given the host hotel status we decided no harm in trying. The hotel itself has some issues that should be addressed, but very few hotels don??t. I stayed at Holiday Inn on my last business trip. Room was fine, fitness center was creepy, restaurant was horrible. Guest service doesn't exists. Breakfast was average. No plan to stay again at this hotel.

As with many tournaments, we were required to stay at this hotel. It was pricey, but staff were friendly and the breakfast was reasonably good. The internet is spotty in the room, good in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable. It was well located off of 495.

Although the staff tried to make things better, we booked over 1 year in advance to stay on the same floor. That did not come close to happening and there were bugs in my bathroom - so gross. They moved my room but it was a horrible experience. They gave me 4 drink coupons for my trouble but when everything is messed up it just doesn't make you feel good. Staff people are really caring ... Not their fault - just a standard holiday inn cluster ... Never met a holiday inn I liked

We recently hosted our rehearsal dinner here and also used it as the hotel for the wedding guests to stay. The rehearsal dinner - the room, food and servers were all perfect. The front desk staff were very helpful. My 91yr old Mother was with us and I asked for another chair and light for her room. They both came within 5 minutes. The breakfast staff were really good. The day after the wedding they put tables together for us. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Was in town for a celebration and choose this location for convince. My room was near an exit door so all night I heard the human traffic going in and out. Room was clean, tv worked and shower was hot! Sadly the bed was like sleeping on a cardboard platform. Beyond those two issues, it was acceptable.

The rooms were ready on time and clean. The food was good in the restaurant. The front staff was very helpful during the whole weekend we were there. There were too many children on our floor so all the children should be on the same floor.

I always find the front desk staff friendly and accommodating when I check in. This review commends the overnight desk representative Carole. I was in search of coffee and looked to the lobby where I found coffee the previous morning. As an early riser, my coffee search preceded the opening of the restaurant. NO COFFEE. -Very easy check in .room is nicely decorated and clean with flat screen TV . The bath room feels newly decorated . Not big but nice . The pillows are plenty and soft . I like the sign that says there is a quiet hallway rule between 10-7 . So it was very quiet . Nice but 2 small exercise room with 2 treadmills a cross trainer and some other equipments . . It was a nice stay overall. Check-in was no problem even when we came late. Rooms were clean. I only noticed that coffee, creamer, sugar and bath essentials (shampoo and conditioner) were not replenished for our second night of stay. Quiet time was good and the kids enjoyed the little arcade or just walking around the hotel. We also like the distance to other cities like Boston and Salem.

I am a Spire Elite member with IHG, and a time share owner also. This is my sixth year traveling for work. I stay at IHG hotels 90% of the time. This is the reason why my member status is at their highest. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Called hotel to see if they have bigger rooms. My husband is in this area for business all the time, but we came for fun & I talked him into this hotel instead of the one he normally stayed at (same chain) because it looked nicer. Check in was pleasant & the pool was nice. The hotel in general was filthy, the elevator looked way out of date & the hallways were easily 90 degrees. Just dirty, hot & uncomfortable. We stayed here on our way to Maine. It's a relatively nice hotel, but I wouldn't want to stay for a week, maybe just a night or two. Bed was very comfy, room was nice. Pool wasn't great since we have a 3 year old who couldn't really touch so it was hard to play. The staff was very nice and helpful!

This was my 2nd time staying at this Holiday Inn. Last year, in July was my first. It was nice to see so many front desk employees working (4 total, of which I think 2 were training). The young man that checked me in was very professional and polite. It was frustrating that none of our 3 keys worked and I had to go back to the lobby. We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 3 nights. Check in was delayed even though we were checking in at 4pm...rooms were not ready. The room was clean and up to date. Internet service dropped to unusable between 5pm and 12:00am. Impossible to be able to get any work completed online. We reached out to the front desk who gave us a number to call who went through lots of questions, but made no difference. I would not stay at this hotel if you need to use the internet.

Just stayed at this hotel with our 16U Baseball team, parents and players. Clean, updated, full service hotel. Great hot breakfast included, extremely helpful staff from the moment we arrived. A. The hotel room was clean and well lit, but there were not many open electrical outlets for cell phones and computers. There was one outlet at the small work table and no free outlets at the nightstand by the bed. The A/C was the under the window style and did a good job of keeping the room cool, but ws hard to regulate and a litttle noisy at times. There was a coffee maker in the room but no refrigerator or microwave. The hotel has an indoor pool and exercise room.

Overall this is my third week staying at this hotel within the last two months the rooms here are always very clean and well maintained. I have stayed at this hotel in the past when attending the National guild of Hypnotists Convention. This year the staff was especially helpful. The breakfast was good, the room was nice . The staff was very helpful with helping me with shuttle arrangements into town and to the convention.

I should must say it exceeded my expectation. The rooms, beds, washroom, swimming pool, restaurant everything is renovated be things looks fabulous. The rooms facing pool and restaurant have nicer view and the patio makes it more cozy and private.

Had a great overnight stay here. The room felt modestly luxurious. The staff including Luvia the Front Desk Agent couldn't have worked any harder to make me feel like the most important guest all day.

Asma Siddique at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Easy check in. The restaurant in the hotel, Lago Grill is very convenient. Great service by Deanna, Lea, and Holly at the Lago Grill. Rooms are nice. Easy access to the highway.

The hotel is comfortable and relatively clean. Nevertheless the hotel is in need of a refurbishment and upgrade. The rooms are a bit dark and there is no safe available and the air conditioner is a bit noisy.

Took my family on a business trip with me last weekend. We decided to spend an extra day ahead of time & chose this location. Every bit of our stay here was wonderful, start to finish. When we arrived we were behind a bus load of people but the check in was speedy! After checking in we stopped at the front desk for suggestions on area attractions; Bryan was AMAZING! Room was not clean up to the standards. Bathroom exhaust did not work and the lights were flickering. On complaint it was promised to be repaired or the room will be changed. On return in the middle of night we noticed that exhaust still does not work and more over room has no towels replaced. Bryan at Front desk was VERY kind and accommodating! There were no other twin beds (rather than king) available at our group discount He had us first on the list for a cancellation. There was already a cot in the room when we checked in! He also had grouped our group together in close proximity!! He also was very sweet about allowing a late check out in one room for our business meeting. I cant asy enough about how kind and accommodating he was and that it made our stay a delight!

I'm giving this hotel 4 stars mostly because of Voy at the front desk, who gets his own star for customer service - going out of his way to interact with and accommodate the needs of a customer. I was there for three nights on business and unfortunately there was a hockey tournament in the area which translated into kids without parental control using the entire hotel for their playground. We stayed here with our son's AAA hockey team. Roy was the Man at the front desk who was so friendly and easy to talk to. The boys lost most of their games that weekend and he gave them a great pep talk and was inspirational to listen to. This hotel is lucky to have Roy working there. Not only was he helpful to the 16 year old boys he was so helpful when my TV would not work.

We stayed here for a few nights when we went to Massachusetts. We couldn't book in Boston so we just stayed here. The hotel is big. The rooms were clean and spacious. The free wifi was fast. The one bedroom suite was nice. There was a small kitchen. There were utensils. The beds were comfortable.
