This is, IMHO, the best hotel in the area. My wife and I booked a bunch of rooms for our wedding guests. The staff was very accommodating and we all had a great time. Our wedding was at the Nashoba Valley Winery which was amazing and we all stayed at the Embassy Suites that night. The bar prices were a bit more than I expected but it was great to hang out with all our friends and family in the atrium where the bar is located. Very nice atmosphere, great hotel, and I believe the hotel is pet fri... Read more

We stopped here to tour the Boston area. Good weekend rate for good sized family room. Works well with grown "children". Breakfast was as expected, a crowded Saturday morning did not throw the staff into a bad mood. easy access to the interstate, but not to the "T" to get into town.

Stayed here since I was in the area for a regatta nearby. There are 2 sections of the hotel: the loud area overlooking the restaurant and then a quiet area on the opposite side of the restaurant. If you have to stay here, request the quiet side. Also, the rooms are outdated and in desperate need of renovation. I wouldn't have stayed here it wasn't for my daughter who wanted to "stay where the whole crew team was staying". The positive thing I can say about staying here was the very helpful ... Read more

this is a beautiful hotel, with the most helpful, friendly, caring staff i've experienced in a while. it was my first time here, but may not be my last. the complimentary "as you like it" breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean, lovely, spacious and comfortable. my only complaint, after having stayed in several "residence inns" was the lack of a full size frig with freezer.

We stayed here with our 2 cats because the floors were being redone in our house. What immediately struck us and remained consistent throughout our 4-day visit was the proactive, friendly service from all hotel staff, across the board. We asked ourselves, "Is this Massachusetts?," because one would normally find such hospitality at a Four Seasons hotel in California. Was attending friends wedding. The hotel also had a young teen hockey tournament staying there. They let the boys run wildly through the place and never stopped them playing in the elevators pressing every button. Numerous complaints and nothing done! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, just what I expect from Embassy. I had accidentally left my toiletries at home; the staff helped me get everything I needed (without leaving the building...much of it was complimentary). Breakfast was TOP NOTCH. All hot items were served by the chef who made me a fabulous omelet. While he cooked he asked me about my travel plans and made me feel very welcome.

I went to Marlborough for a Special Olympics New England coaches training. I arrived late and was able to slip into my room quickly to relax. I order room service, which was ok and little pricey for the quality. I watched some cable and accessed the WiFi through my iPhone. I took a shower (pretty standard amenities) and got ready for the next day. The suite was great but I barely got to experience it as I checked out less than 12 hours after I arrived and slept for most of my stay. I'd love to c... Read more

there were issues out of the control of the staff during our visit - very noisy construction right outside our window and a bunch of hockey teams with little kids running around. It was not pleasant. The walls between the rooms are not sound-proof. We could hear everything going on in the room next to us. EVERYTHING.

Embassy Suites is great for consistently clean hotel with suite style rooms with full breakfast. Staff could not have been more accommodating or friendly. Bar and restaurant was nice for selection and watching the world series game. Staff was again quite good. My room was on front of the hotel and the road noise was really loud - even though road is not a super highway - windows may not be double glazed - I should have asked to change rooms but didn't. Then the construction equipment across the ... Read more

This hotel was absolutely great. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were decorated beautiful and so clean. Food was excellent. So many things to do for kids. Could not of stayed at a better hotel. Convenient to highways and restaurants near by.

I will start by saying the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. However, this is clearly an older property and it shows. Running toilets, loud clanging elevators, and very slow elevators were the hallmarks of my stay.

This is a great experience, the hotel rooms are suites with plenty of room to move about, work, and relax. The hotel staff are friendly and courteous and always there to help. The complimentary breakfast and WiFi are great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to the area on business or passing through on vacation.

Overall a great stay! Employees are VERY friendly and helpful!! Great breakfast! Bed and pillows were very comfy. Close to many restaurants. I wish they had vending machines for drinks. $3 for a Pepsi at the front desk is too much.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpfull. Will be staying there again. Cook to order breakfast was the best part. Evening drinks and snacks were not that great but we only made it back to the hotel in time for them 1 time during our 5 day stay anyways.

Excellent customer service! I needed assistance for something that was not in their job description and this kind woman helped me through it. I was attending a wedding and my husband was the best man so he was tied up and I was by myself. There was a problem with my dress and she helped me fix it.

Although this hotel complex is not new, everything was comfortable and accommodating for our very large family reunion. The beds were very comfortable, the ample-sized suites were well-appointed, insulation between rooms afforded privacy and avoided distraction; well lighted rooms with ambient floor lamps or floor-to-ceiling windows. The ample, included breakfast was so generous it was embarrassing but provided an opportunity for spontaneous and gregarious family gatherings. Staff was accommod... Read more

For starters i love Embassy Suites, the 2 rooms suite option works perfect for me & my family whenever we travel together. The breakfast is always great too. On my previous stay the managers reception was exceptional, the choice of items that day was enormous. I probably went back hoping it was gona be my lucky day to find similar items but it wasn't. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub, we kind of had it to ourselves. My kids loved the game room thought a little pricey. Had an issue with the room bu... Read more

Old, lots of wear and tear in terms of the room. Expensive rate and on top of that internet is charged (which is very surprising). Breakfast is minimal - they dish out food - you are not allowed to serve yourself. I am sure that it's a way to control how much food customers can have. One person served and cooked - very inefficient and the person is unfriendly.

Great experience here, pet friendly, full kitchenette made feeding the dogs easily. We were impressed by the suite, two beds ,very comfortable, great vanity and bath area. We felt it was luxurious compared to our normal stop over motels with the dog, thoroughly enjoyed it!

My family stayed there for a figure skating competition at a nearby ice arena. The hotel was filled with young skaters and their families. To their credit, the staff managed the mayhem well, and were at all times helpful, professional, and courteous. We stayed on the 6th floor in the newer wing of the hotel. While this put us further from the lobby and the facilities (gym, business center, pool), it had the virtue of being relatively quieter. However, be warned that the elevators servicing this ... Hotel was picked by bride and groom. Excellent location to highway. Very good service. Clean sizable suites, very quiet. (Even though there was a LARGE group og young ice skaters there.) Excellent breakfast included.

We visited on a cold Thanksgiving week. Our room was clean, and I liked the arrangement, which allowed for plenty of storage. The first night the room was chilly, so we kept the door to the living area open, which was where the heater was. The next day the temperature in the room was fine. The bed was comfy, and the bedding was just the right weight, and not too heavy. The closet was a bit musty, so we left the closet door open to air out. We appreciated the grab bars in the shower, since the t... Read more

We neither search for the cheapest room nor indulge in fantasy luxury. We want a clean comfortable room at a fair price and this is what we got here. Having the added space of the suite and the amenities made our stay enjoyable. Competent friendly staff add to the mix. Parking is excellent and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

I love everything about this hotel EXCEPT the fitness center. If you make a workout a priority while you travel and rely on the hotel to provide a good fitness center, this may not be the place for you. The fitness center is clean, but very small and only 2 treadmills, one elliptical, one bike, and some dumbells.
