Great hotel, location and overall value, Breakfast was extremely enjoyable and great value. Exercise room was small and limited but it did provide adequate experience. Would stay here again is in the area.

My sister and I decided to stay at a hotel when in town for a family funeral. The staff was very welcoming, the rooms were very clean, up to date, and fresh. The location is quite convenient. The coffee machine in the lobby wasn't working but a Dunkin Donuts was just down the street!

This is a beautiful hotel! Service facility and location are on point! I would highly recommend it! They have a great breakfast buffet and the rooms are very nice. We liked that it was easily accessable and lots of places to eat and stores in the area.

We enjoyed staying at this Hilton property. Would have been helpful if they offered the breakfast as other properties do, we are used to that complimentary item when rushing out in the morning to a soccer match.

Our stay was perfect! Checking in was a breeze; our handicapped accessible room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The purpose of our stay was our son's graduation, and the Fitchburg State rate provided us with a great discount and a complimentary buffet breakfast!

Dissapointing! The room they assigned to us smelled like smoke. We told them. They sprayed some deodorizer but it lasted only a short time. We complained again. We were booked in for a week and they didn't offer to move us to another room. The food in the restaurant was pricey and tasteless! The jacuzzi was broken the whole week. The hotel is very noisy over weekend as it is wedding venue.

We stayed two night at this hotel that was picked by the soccer team we were following for the GPS 2016 Massachusetts Soccer Tournament that took place at Lancaster. The hotel was a bit noisy due to the presence of several family with kids participating at the tournament. Room were clean and beds comfortable. Food from room service was horrible. Frozen vegetables, greasy frozen pizza, and a low quality broiled rib eye steak at a high price(broiled, for 39 bucks you would think it would be grilled) )Not mention the mold that was on the raspberries. Manager had reimbursed for room service charges after seeing the berries, but this could have made me so sick! They could have done more to make this experience better.

We attended a wedding nearby and was pleastly surprised by the accomodations. This is a great clean quiet, and for me, a dark(as in room darkening) experience. The jr suite was set up nicely and very useable. Our few requests were handled with genuine hospitality.

Wonderful hotel for business or pleasure. Good equipment in the fitness center and the pool area was very nicely done. Restaurant food was nice with a great variety and the lobby snack area was great for a quick cup of coffee or a light, healthy snack. Location was easy to get in and out of and close to other areas. Lots of local flavor and neat places to visit including a winery and miniature golf.

There no glasses anywhere in the room. The best was the coffee in the lobby, they charged $2.00 during the week and $2.50 on the weekend. How cheap is that. I booked 2 nights and the next day I was told I had to leave because I only booked 1 night. I was also told there we no rooms available for that night, that it was booked solid. I showed them that I did book 2 nights and suddenly I had the room for that night.

It was very clean and for such a big hotel I found it quiet. I had the coupons for the breakfast. The first morning I ordered off the menu and it was very good. The next 2 days I got the buffet. There was plenty to choose from and it was all pretty fresh. The ladies in the breakfast area were great asking you constantly if you needed anything. I did not eat in the restaurant or bar. The pool was nice, wish the hot tub was working, but that happens sometimes. All in all a great experience.

I stay at this hotel with a group of people . No free continental breakfast, which was surprising but ok ....but....This is the first hotel I stayed in where the coffee in the lobby was not complimentary.. The toilet did not shut off when flushed. More concerning the door didn't always stay locked. We'd come back to the room and sometimes the door was ajar.. We stayed on a Saturday night, having attended a wedding that afternoon in New Hampshire. We had lunch in the bar on Sat afternoon before the wedding and then had breakfast on Sunday morning. There are pros & cons and still a nice place to stay. We came in as part of a wedding discount. Check in was quick and with a cookie. :) The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The room was also virtually absent of need for maintenance other than a missing hook on the bathroom door. Of note, there is only a mini fridge. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and provided me answer to the many questions I had about the hotel and area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The quality of the Breakfast food was slightly disappointing. The eggs were over cooked and tasteless. I ordered off the menu instead of the buffet choice, which had mainly carbohydrates. During our recent visit to Hubbardston we could not find any accommodations in town so we drove over to Leominster. Not top on my list of places to visit but we were pleasantly surprised by the Double Tree. Very clean and modern with clean comfortable rooms. Breaksfast was a nice buffet style with plenty for everyones taste.

Overall the hotel and the staff were great. The dining area staff needs a little work. The bacon was cold. When asked for hot bacon they made you wait until all the cold bacon was gone. They weren't to friendly. It was like how dare you ask for hot bacon.

I needed a place to stay close to mount monadnock for a planned hike. Leominster MA was only a 45 minute ride away vs 30 for Keene NH, but I've always been happy with my experiences with Hilton hotels. This was no exception. My staff experience was not so good. Upon checking in with my friend (bride who was getting married) we were given the wrong room after lugging all our things up to there and realizing there was only one king sized bed when we had requested 2 queens and had a confirmation email. Was placed in a handicapped accessible room, hotel didn't appear overbooked and I am not handicapped. The shower overflows because it is accessible. Hotel should confirm with the guest if this is acceptable to them during check-in.

My husband & I stayed here while our house was being built. I must say it was the closest to being home for such a long stay. The rooms are spacey, the help was like family & the gym & laundry room made this stay extra easy for us. Restaurant food is great & wait staff awesome.... I recommend this to be a perfect stay for anyone... Did I say rooms are immaculate & maid service perfect & accommodating!!!

I attended a friends evening wedding on September 10,2016 and stayed over night here. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was really comfortable and a fridge was in the room along with a coffee maker which was a nice touch. Upon arrival we were given a warm welcome and chocolate chip cookie. We had the breakfast buffet the next morning in the restaurant which was very good.

This is my second night staying here and I just want to go home. My work paid $400 for 2 nights and I've never been more disgusted. I first got in my room and used the bathroom. The second I flushed it, the handle broke. It is constantly running and the handle works when it wants to. I called and asked them to look at it. The Double Tree obviously is very popular in this area and this past weekend was no exception. We checked in Saturday and found ourselves in the middle of three high energy wedding parties and a high school reunion. This hotel used to be nice. It still doesn't look bad but it's showing its age. Small details such as grout in bathrooms, elevator, and AC/Heating will need updating or refreshing. The elevator is seriously the slowest thing ever. Ride from top floors (6 & 7)takes like a full 60 seconds without stopping on other floors. The cleanliness of rooms sometimes is questionable and I've wondered couple times if the carpet was ever cleaned or disinfected sometime.

I had a very good experience. The rooms were clean, and comfortable and staff friendly. The location was close to Fitchburg. Cookies and apples were a nice touch. Only negative was a spotty internet connection. Otherwise, a good value for the area.

The web site listed a micro wave, which was absent in our room, when I inquired about it with the front desk I was informed it was not offered. We had a nice stay at the Doubletree in Leominster. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom had plenty of room for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful even when they were busy. Hotel was very clean and well-maintained. A small complaint - the lobby is all stone and very noisy, everything echoes off the walls. Nothing serious, but it was not pleasant to sit in the lobby.

Excellent service and a very clean hotel. I have a problem with noise , but this hotel was extremely quiet even though it was a holiday weekend and it was sold out. I would stay there again. The location is perfect , with several good restaurants and high end stores in the vicinity.

Stayed here for a wedding. 1st off..only had us down for one night, when we wanted two. Since we used points, we had to call Hilton because the desk said they couldn't modify points. The Doubletree was very efficient with reservations, check in and check out. Staff was very professional, rooms clean and neat. Needed to stay in the area for a business trip. Made reservation on line, and proceeded to the hotel latter that night to check in. Hotel was almost empty. When I got to my room I was given a Handicap capable room ( I am not handicapped). The room was fine for everything until I went to take a shower. My room, pool, meeting facility and dining facilities were excellent and my experiences have always been excellent and relaxing. The hotel is close to stores and restaurants which makes it very convenient if you want to go anywhere. Plenty of handicapped parking available. Staff is very accessible and pleasant to deal with.

Great Hotel. The staff was courteous, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. The king bed was very comfortable. The bar adjacent to the lobby was a great place to meet friends and mingle with other guests. Check out the acoustic dome in the middle of the lobby. Stand in the middle of it and whisper.

for me, a hotel needs two simple things: a friendly helpful staff to make you feel welcome and a good/clean room with a comfy bed. Fortunately, after a harrowing day I found both at this property. Front desk staff accommodated our requests, very friendly. Breakfast area well staffed, clean with very good selection and a smiling stuff. Not much more needed to spend a night well rested and get up and be on your way in a good mood. Definitely will be back on our next Boston trip.

I just switched over to Hliton honors from Marriott.This is my first experience and a bit disappointing. My wife and my daughter-in-law stayed for two nights and they did not have the room cleaned at all.Just a change of towels would have been nice.All of the area of the hotel were very nice .Somewhat surprised that there is no breakfast of any kind.Location is quite good. Not that pleased for first stay.

Rooms need more care and upgrading. Room walls are too thin. People talking normally in next room sounded like the were in our room. Pillows are too soft. Food was cold. Has a nice breakfast buffet. Pool clean and warm. No hot tub.Cookies were ok. Lots of parking.

The hotel was very nice, beds were lush, small bath and bathroom could do with refurbishment. We were given two bottles of water on arrival as a gift for being members. the pool was clean and warm and the gym well equipped the parking was free, lots of fast food and chain diners in the area . Great hotel location, recently renovated. The new lobby and pub style bar area makes a big difference vs. the old general purpose restaurant. The meeting rooms were spacious well appointed. Staff was exceptional. They asked on multiple occasions if everything was OK and offered help when needed.

Great accomodations and staff was polite and extremely helpful. Breakfast was wonderful and can't say enough about the professional service that was provided. Stayed for a trip to meet friends and our room overlooked the parking lot which could be noisy. This room had peeling paint on the ceiling, a toilet that did not flush properly and required two calls for repair service (which thankfully did finally get fixed). The mattresses were not as comfortable as I remember last year's room. The water pressure in the shower constantly changed from high to low, perhaps a result of being on the top floor. This Doubletree hotel was assigned to our team as a required hotel for a soccer college showcase. I prefer Hilton properties so I wasn't too concerned. It is a clean up to date hotel. Service was good. Only trouble was at check in the front desk person told wrote the wrong room number for us. We were unable to get into the room so we needed to go and get the correct room number. For the inconvenience we received each a free breakfast coupon.

The staff was very accommodating and professional. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The dining room food was great. The bed was super comfortable. They had an indoor pool that had a perfect water temperature. Our room had a very large TV, and small refrigerator. The room was very spacious and there was a very comfortable couch. I will avoid Doubletree from now on. This was a noisy, dingy hotel. I expected a lot more, especially given the high price. The towel rack fell off the wall, bathroom wallpaper was peeling, heat was either full on or not at all. Bed was old, room was blah.
