This hotel is on the older side, but you can see that they are trying to make it look as good as it can, so props for that. The staff was helpful we could hear every word our next door neighbors said on the phone to someone else so we were able to move our room easily. The rooms have low ceilings and popcorn ceilings and faux-stucco walls, but they have done their best to paint the walls and ceilings - they are just old. Bathrooms are updated although not my taste. Breakfast is NOT included. ... Read more

This Holiday Inn is an older building but they've tried to update it as nice as possible. Very nice lobby and pool. We didn't have the most restful nights sleep since the mattress was very soft and we prefer very firm. Try the Mad Hatter Cafe. We stopped in for dinner and were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was considering it's small size and limited menu. Had excellent chowder and salmon as an entree. It looks more like a bar than a dining facility. I think more people would frequent... Read more

Stayed over one night on business trip and wanted to see the Cape and Martha's Vineyard. I was Not familiar with the area but Linda at the front desk was very helpful. She directed us to local sites, recommended great restaurants and set us up on the ferry to cross to MV. She was fantastic. Thanks Linda!

Stayed this past weekend with my wife. We had driven from Montreal and were pretty tired. Upon our arrival we were very pleasantly greeted by Heather and was very satisfied with our room, The following day, Isabella was at the desk and was just as pleasant. We spent our days kiteboarding up at Chapin and were so happy to return to the hot tub.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and gracious. Especially the staff working our breakfasts-they were working their tails off but worked as a team and never looked frustrated or annoyed. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were updated and comfortable and clean. Our group felt welcome here. The location was good (you can w... Read more

We stayed in this hotel while on the road to next destination. Booked with IHG app. Kind reception at the front desk. We got a room with a upstairs balcony and a upstairs room with a jacuzzi (we did not have time to use it) The room also had double toilets. Toilet in the lower floor blocket up. Room was very noisy because of noisy neighbours (making love or war?) Breakfast was not included and was not very interesting at all for the offered price. I suggest to have breakfast in a other place. Go... Read more

We stayed here for two nights while touring the area. We checked in and found the lobby to be bright and welcoming and we found the desk staff to be friendly and efficient. We got a great rate at this hotel paying 102 dollars per night with the government discount. We found our room to be okay, however, it wasn't up to our usual Holiday Inn standards. The hotel location is nice. Easy to find, on a very busy road but not noisy at all. The room allocated had two beds but was really small compared to other holiday inn I have been staying. The breakfast offer was quite expensive for the offer as there was only a small buffet, not worthy to go definitely. No bread, no marmalade, no hot milk. The welcome from the receptionist was very nice and maybe too much thanking being a loyalty club member.

For what it was, a three star hotel it was fine. It was clean, the front desk was friendly. We had a room with two beds and it was a bit small, but manageable. As we were only spending the night on our way through, we didn't mind it. The indoor pool was nice as well as the fitness center. We did not eat the buffet breakfast as we typically do not eat hotel buffet breakfasts so I cannot speak to that. The location was great as it was accessible to shopping, restaurants and easy to locate.

Liked: quiet, clean, affordable, very attentive & helpful staff. Large indoor pool / Jacuzzi area. Lifeguard on duty at all times. Nice outdoor seating area at the back of the pool area. Disliked: Breakfast buffet was absolutely awful. Beds were too soft and bouncy. I would stay here again if I needed to stay in Hyannis but I found that it's a little too congested there. Next time will stay in Wellfleet which is very close to Marconi Beach which is beautiful.
