Just completed a 8 day trek up through new england. This was by far the worst night stay. Hotel was clean, but that was the highlight. Staff was arrogant and not accommodating. Would not recommend if you are looking to add to a great experience in the area.

I stayed here with my mom and grandmother for Mother's Day weekend, and the hotel was sufficient and what I would expect. The room and bathroom were clean and spotless. The beds were comfortable. Hotel staff and service was friendly. There is a full-service gym that is open to the public at the far end of this hotel, so the gym was well-equipped with all sorts of machines. There is also a pool that looked clean but we didn't use. For the price that we paid, it would have been an even bette... Read more

This hotel was not your typical Doubletree. Aside from the lobby it was a little dated. The staff however was excellent and made every effort to make you feel at home. My initial room smelled a little weird so I called the lobby. They were up to my room in about 3 minutes and helped me move my things to a room down the hall with no questions and checked on me later. The second room was fine. I wish I could remember names so that I could mention them on line because each and every staff member I ... Read more

Arriving in May, I was obviously in the off-season. The airport located across from the hotel was a ghost town...as was the area immediately around the hotel. After parking near the main entrance I checked in the main lobby and got my keys. The front desk agent said it'd be better if I drove around to the other side of the property and used an entrance there closer to my room, which I did. In driving around, I drove by the outdoor pool which was closed for the season. I took an elevator up to... Read more

Stayed at this Doubletree because we wanted a hotel in Hyannis that had a good gym and level of comfort. We were pleased on all fronts and enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable, although a little dark if you're relying on only lights with the shades closed. The bathroom was very nice and new feeling, the wifi worked well, and the fridge was nice to have for drinks. The gym doubles as a local fitness center and has a ton of machines- cardio and for weights. It's not open too late, but... Read more

Very nice new hotel. Decor was nice, staff was friendly, they have 2 pools - one in and one out. Room was near several exits and parking so didn't have to go far with your bags. Short drive to "downtown" for restaurants and ferry to Nantucket. Worried when we got there as it is across from the airport but didn't bother us at all. Restaurants on site were not open but the front desk gave menu for delivery that was quite good. Oh, and the cookies! Free warm cookies everyday. Also had severa... Read more

The staff is absolutely amazing from check-in to check it out. Everything in between is just a pure bonus! From the phone welcome to the incredible concierge to the guy who takes care of the coffee -- this is a world-class came in to work less experience that I won't soon forget.

This hotel is beautiful. Has a Cape Cod feel to it. From check in to breakfast, everyone was so nice. Rooms were large and very clean. Across from the airport and never heard a plane. Breakfast was excellent. John who works in the restaurant was so nice and friendly every morning!!! Great location. Near shopping and restaurants and downtown. Very close to the ferry. This is a nice hotel. It was very clean, and staff was pleasant and helpful. We received two warm cookies at check-in which were delicious and a pleasant surprise. Only downfall was that we had no idea that they had a breakfast buffet until two days later when we checked out. The breakfast restaurant wasn't in a visible location either. Information in the room about breakfast didn't indicate that there was a breakfast buffet.

Stayed at this Doubletree. Service was great and hotel very clean. Lots of good amenities (outdoor firepit, nice pool and exercise room). Location is convenient to get in and out to other places (sits adjacent to the airport). Room was recently renovated--ask for a room in the HHonors section. It would be great if its location was on the water...bathroom was a bit undersized, other than that, its a good place to get a good nights sleep!

Rooms were clean, had all the amenities you would expect in a modern hotel. The outdoor pool was clean and perfectly heated. Will definitely use this hotel in the future. One of the nicest Doubletree's I've stayed. The hotel is well-maintained both inside and outside; and the employees were all friendly, smiling and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning, and they had a good selection of hot items that all were delicious. There were at least 2 pools - a large one indoors, and another one outside. DoubleTree by Hilton at Hyannis is a no thrills experience - that is not to say that it's a bad thing. The hotel public spaces seem to fair better than the rooms as they seem more modern and 'updated' than the rooms. A/C is very loud and had to be turned off during the night. Luckily, it wasn't very hot when we stayed there so this did not pose a problem. The location of the hotel is very good for some Cape explorations. The hotel has stunning landscaping and you would never know you were right by the Barnstable Airport. The hotel has an indoor and outdoor pool and a ton of amenities which appealed to us as it was our first time visiting the cape. As I said before, it is located on a main road which is convenient. This hotel is inviting with a friendly and helpful staff. You can expect the usual amenities that would be found at other Double Tree locations. There is a comfortable seating area outside with a fire pit to enjoy on cool nights. Very close to airport and a few minutes to downtown.

This hotel met all our expectations and then some. They allowed us to park our car for five days while we were in Nantucket, after staying one night. The concierge was very warm and helpful. The breakfast was good. the Coffee was Starbucks.

The room was large and very clean. The lobby and pools were also really nice. It was a little windy but we enjoyed walking around the area. The staff was helpful in finding restaurants and places to visit. The only thing we found not to our liking were the pillows on the bed. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

This hotel more than exceeded our expectations. Great rooms, good facilities, helpful staff and a first class breakfast. My husband said it was the best omelette ever. Wish we had been staying longer. Navy far the best hotel we stayed in during our stay in.Cape Cod/RI/Boston. We cannot praise this hotel and it's staff highly enough.

Great location! We ended up walking to Main Street because we didn't want to worry about parking in town and it was very convenient. The gym was a full size gym with weight machines and all the amenities. We didn't get to use the pools due to weather but they looked nice... Maybe next time. Very friendly staff.

Clean, efficient and very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good food. Website did not tell enough about pool. My wife called and they said pool was closed but that was outdoor pool. Didn't mention indoor pool. Easy to find. Not a lot to do in Hyannis. Will look for Hilton properties closer to Chatham next time. Noisy

We choose this Hotel because of it's convenient location to the ferries to Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard and convenience to Provincetown. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff member and when right to our room. The large room had two queen beds, sitting area and a good size bathroom with a clear glass shower. We ate breakfast at the Hotel everyday. My wife chose the full buffet everyday. I love omelette's, so I choose the menu. I enjoy an extra cheese with jalapeno's. The omele... Read more

Sean has can do attitude even came to help with luggage and make sure all is taken care off and follow up. He could train a lot other hotels how provide customer service to the clients. Thank you for the great stay and owners of the property are lucky to have Sean working for them. Customer service makes the difference and makes hotels to stand out!

We stayed at the Doubletree for two nights. The hotel is located outside of Hyannis, roughly about 10 minutes by car or 25-30 minutes walking. There isn't really a lot else around within walking distance. On arrival the reception staff were warm and friendly, walking us quickly through the check in procedure. The room was on the first floor and when we went in the air con unit was belting cold air out. It also smelled a little bit and we decided to turn it off. The room itself was pleasant, mayb... The hotel was top notch from the time we arrived until we left. Everything was very clean and the staff was so helpful. Breakfast each day was always fresh and the food was very good. The drink prices at the hotel were high but are generally high at most higher end hotels. I was very impressed with the staff always trying to help and very friendly.

We stayed at the Doubletree Hilton at Hyannis from the 23 till the 26 of September. The rooms were nice and big. The service was great. The rooms were cleaned and replenish every day with the amenities provided and clean towels. Any requests made were made promptly. The front desk was very service oriented. Good morning and how was your day was said every day. I would totally go back.

Downside limited pool time thus early morning swim not an option. Also probably due to end of season yet bar closed at 22.30, although staff checked for last orders before he closed upū?§? During a Caravan trip covering all six New England states, THIS was our favorite hotel. We liked everything about it. For us the only drawback was its location, a little isolated from restaurants. ROOM: Our room was spacious and very quiet. Our bed was excellent, even more comfortable than our good bed at home. FITNESS CENTER: Outstanding, just like a health club. The staff did a great job at this property for our 2 night stay. Sean at the desk did a super job and his team member found us a wheel chair for us as one of us had hurt knee while visiting the area. The breakfast was super and far exceeded a normal double tree fare and again the staff did a great job. We had a problem getting hot water on our last night and we called the front desk and it was immediately solved. Hope to visit again!

Very clean and great facilities. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. They made me feel very "at home" throughout a lengthy business stay. Breakfast choices are extensive and the food quality is very good. Dinners are only served in the bar area, with a limited set of choices. Service is warm and generally attentive. Sometimes the staff gets overrun with more customers than they can handle. Rooms are large and comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

The rooms are nice with good amenities including a fridge and microwave. We were with a group and had a fantastic dinner buffet. They also offer a very nice complementary breakfast buffet. The hotel and surrounding area present the best of New England. They won my heart when they gave me a cookie upon entry. If you don't want a meal there are sandwiches in the gift shop. The toilet and tub in our room were not level. Shims were visible and not entirely effective. The moldings around doors and base moldings were poorly installed. The paint finish on walls, doors & trim was also poorly done. You would think the quality standards of a Hilton property would be better than what was exemplified here.
