The Cape Cod Harbor House Inn was a great place to stay. My wife's friends were getting married at the JFK Museum (just down the street) and this was a very convenient location. With parking directly in front of our room and a rooms above us, we were surprised how quiet the room was. The king bed in our room was very comfortable with the futon beside it giving the spot for two more people to sleep if we needed. A convenient desk with power outlets at the base of the lamp with Wi-Fi allowed m... Read more

I took my mother on a surprise trip to the Cape for mothers day last week and we stayed at the Cape Cod Harbor House Inn. It was perfect, roomy, clean, comfy beds, perfect location across from the harbor, and the owners were so friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this little gem for anyone who is looking for a moderate place to stay. If you are looking for a Hilton then this is not for you but then it isn't nearly expensive as the Hilton either, and this is not at the bottom of the ... Read more

This place is clean & cozy, close to main street and all the shops, restaurants and pubs. The Inn keepers are friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. the rooms have a stove, refrigerator, plates, cups, glasses, silverware. Very well equipped, a propane grill outside that you can use. Across the street you have charter fishing and tour boats, and the ferry to the Islands. This is a great deal in a great area.

We found this hotel by chance and me and the wife felt very fortunate. The location is superb, right in front of the marina and a few steps from Main street, where all the action takes place. Raj the manager was very accommodating to our needs even if he had to do some changes here and there. He was also very generous with his time regarding tips of where to eat and what to visit. A most enjoyable experience.

Raj went over and above to ensure that our visit was as comfortable and delightful as possible. He even helped us (twice) to reset the dvd player that he ensured our room would have after I requested. He scheduled our ferry to Martha's Vineyard, offered suggestions to interesting sights, restaurants, and points of interest. Our room was well appointed, clean, wonderful view, comfortable; a home away from home. My mom and Auntie were so delighted, as it was a bucket list trip for them. I high... Read more

Our recent stay at the Cape Cod Harbor House Inn exceeded all expectations, even after reading the great Trip Advisor reviews. We were greeted at the desk by Raj, the owner, who could not have been more friendly or welcoming. He helped us plan our two days in the area, arranged for our ferry tickets to Nantucket and provided information about what to do and where to eat (Black Cat Restaurant right down the street - great food). The room was well appointed, very large, meticulously clean and in... Read more

Great place to stay at. The Harbor House Inn was clean, quiet and safe. It is a great location, walking distance to all attractions. We parked our car at the Inn and walked all over. The innkeepers(Raj and his wife) are very warm and friendly. I highly recommend this Inn, I myself am returning in the summer for the second time.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night while in the cape. You will not be disappointed - Raj is an absolute gem of a man and business owner. He sat down with us while outside of the inn and told us his story and took the time to get to know us as well. Raj puts the people and the quality of his property first. Rooms are well kept and clean, most are newly furnished. The breakfast is great perk and doesn't disappoint. The location can't be beat by any other inn in the area - you're rig... Read more

We stayed 4 nights at the Cape Cod Harbor House Inn while attending our granddaughters high school graduation. We were in room #9. It was incredibly clean, the bed was comfortable, the linens very nice and the housekeeping staff accommodated our special request for extra towels the day of graduation. The breakfast each morning was very nice and the owners did a nice job of keeping the bagels, muffins, fruit and coffee replenished. The only negative (and why I am not rating excellent) is the... We stayed five nights and toured Cape Cod. Our room was spacious and spotless. Two large comfortable beds. Raj and Nina were very welcoming hosts and always available for advice and help. The buffet breakfast was all that we needed. The hotel was within a short walk from both the ferry terminal for Nantucket and the Main Street in Nantucket. Thank you for making our stay on the Cape so enjoyable.

My wife and I stayed one night at Cape Cod Harbour House Inn during our nine-night Montreal-Ottawa-Toronto-NY state-Cape Cod-Montreal (for Canadian F1 grand prix) road trip in June 2016. I had already spoken to the owner (Raj) in advance of our visit, as I had telephoned some months earlier to provide my credit card details. He is English (like me), and runs a FANTASTIC inn. Yes the place may be a little dated, but everything is super-clean, works efficiently, and is perfectly located for all... Read more

My wife and I just made our first trip to Cape Cod and had to choose a place to stay from the web. We were very fortunate to find the Harbor Inn. It was close to everything, the room was immaculately clean. The owners were charming and very helpful with all our questions about the area. It is located just a couple of hundred yards of the ferries, a variety of restaurants, and stores for everything we needed. This would be my first choice for any future trips to the area. The owner of the Inn is extremely friendly and welcoming. He ordered tickets for the ferry on line for us and made sure we knew to park at the hotel to save even more money. The room was very comfortable, a bit dated in the bathroom and kitchen but the beds were great, very good lighting, lamps that allowed you to plug in your devices and a good breakfast. I would definitely stay there again. We were only there a day, but the kitchen was a full kitchen so if you wanted to make lunch or anot... Read more

This was our 2nd stay at the Cape Cod Harbor House. We chose this place again, primarily for the premium location. It is directly across from the harbor. You can walk to several good restaurants. ( Spanky's & The Black Cat ). This inn is spotlessly clean & a very good sized room, with it's own equipped kitchen. One of the biggest pluses to this place is the owners, Raj & his lovely wife. Without doubt the highlight of the Harbour House Inn are the hosts Raj and Nina. They are two of the most friendly, welcoming and helpful people we've encountered on our travels. Accommodation is excellent, and impeccably clean. Location is excellent being at the harbour and only 2 mins from the main street of Hyannis. Can't wait to return again next year.

We visited Cape Cod Harbor House Inn for a family vacation for 3 days with our 2 daughters 18 & 21 and small dog. We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation, many of the reviews say how clean it was, but I would go so far to say immaculate and faultless. They were spacious with a great kitchenette area. Included was continental breakfast. I am a fussy customer and often choose hotel chains to guarantee a certain standard of accommodation. Raj and Nina were wonderful hosts, super fri... Read more

Very welcoming staff and helpful tips. Older hotel but very clean with comfortable beds and accommodations. This hotel is two levels with a staircase if you are on the second level. If you have any mobility issues ask for a ground level room. Right across from the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket and close to the downtown area within walking distance. Thank you Raj.

We were referred to the Cape Cod Harbor House Inn and are so grateful to have been introduced to this Hyannis gem! Perfect location across from ferries; almost 'hopping' distance to two excellent restaurants; and a short walk to the many shops and eateries on Main Street. But the 'Wow-Factor' accolade surely is earned by the owners, Raj and Nina, for their down-to-earth hospitality, genuine warmth, and friendly eager-to-please nature. You are literally right opposite the Harbor within walking distance of the many boat hires and restaurants. Very helpful with suggestions on places to see in the area and restaurants to try. Perfect location that is easily walkable to the ferries, habor, restaurants and small, local shops. Room was clean. Raj was accommodating and even had our luggage moved to our new room. He took the time to explain the area and the best routes to different towns. Rooms also included a stove/oven, kitchen sink and refrigerator, along with kitchen cabinet filled with plates, glasses, etc.

This little gem far exceeded my expectations. The accommodation is spotless. The room is a nice size for a small family. It is centrally located in the heart of Hyannis. The host is so helpful, warm and friendly. He answered all our questions and suggested many different places to visit. He even went so far as to turn on the air conditioner for us when we requested it. Such a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this Inn.

Nice owners, very friendly. We stayed for six nights. The room is kept very clean. Nice view of harbor. Breakfast was fine. The hotel needs modernizing. They could start by taking out the kitchen which is a waste of space, especially with rules like "no cooking seafood of any kind." The water temperature in the shower fluctuates from icy cold to very hot. The mattrasses are too soft for our taste. The airco is situated in the kitchen where it gets very cold but the air doesn't circulate to the ... Read more

My fiance and I stayed at the Cape Cod Harbor House Inn the weekend of July 29th. We previously stayed here two years ago and loved it, and decided to visit again. You truly can't beat the location- steps from the ferries and Main Street in Hyannis. The rooms are super clean and the owner, Raj, and his family go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about this place! Can't wait to return.

Raj and his wife keep their property immaculately clean. I have stayed here twice this year alone. The inn is just a couple of blocks from Main St., Hyannis, and just minutes away from the local beaches. The Deluxe King room was a tad disappointing. The room was a little bland and the whirlpool tub wasn't functional. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
