Stayed here for one night before catching the Nantucket ferry. It's a recently refurbished motel right across from the ferry pick-up. Rooms are immaculate and include a small kitchenette. Comfortable beds and good quality linens. They kept the blue '60's tile in the bathroom and it's in perfect condition. The motel owner is very gracious and helpful. He had the continental breakfast ready for us early for our ferry departure. Would stay here again!

We were only in Hyannis a couple of nights and days, but staying at the Cape Cod Harbor House Inn was an excellent choice for us as we had our West Hightland White Terrier with us. The Inn is very very nice, clean and comfortable. We appreciated the fact that there was a small kitchen area. We slept very well there. The outside has a beautiful view of the harbor with tables to eat right there weather permitting. There is a breakfast room as well and Raj (the owner) was extremely helpful and... Read more

Like most hotels on Cape Cod, this is motel style, two stories with a walkway on the first floor. The welcome from the owner (from Birmingham UK!) was first class and he and his wife couldn't do enough to make our stay pleasurable. Room was a good size with a small basic kitchen. Spotlessly clean, but could do with some modernisation. The owners are planning to update the property over the coming years. Simple vegetarian breakfast included.

The location is excellent, the room was well-appointed and quiet, the owner (Raj) is a great guy from London with whom you can discuss any happy English memories, the maid service is unobtrusive and thorough, and the kitchenette has cups, glasses, plates, and a good coffeemaker to start the day. The only negative is that the TV seems to have been imported from the 1990s (I love to watch hockey, but watching on a less than top-flight TV I can't see the puck), but to the best of my recollection I ... A friend and I spent three nights here last week and were extremely pleased with the experience. For a simple, beach motel it was not only economical but remarkably clean, safe and quiet. It had everything we needed .. a good sized bedroom area with two queen beds, a small kitchenette, a bathroom with tub and shower - and continental breakfast was included. What really made it special however was the great location (across the street from the ferries to the islands, within walking distance to lo... Read more

We stayed with Raj on a weekend in May. The location was excellent, the room clean and comfortable. The small kitchen was adequate, and cleaned every day. We highly recommend this efficiency style motel.

The Cape Cod Harbor House Inn was a great place to stay. My wife's friends were getting married at the JFK Museum (just down the street) and this was a very convenient location. With parking directly in front of our room and a rooms above us, we were surprised how quiet the room was. The king bed in our room was very comfortable with the futon beside it giving the spot for two more people to sleep if we needed. A convenient desk with power outlets at the base of the lamp with Wi-Fi allowed m... Read more

I took my mother on a surprise trip to the Cape for mothers day last week and we stayed at the Cape Cod Harbor House Inn. It was perfect, roomy, clean, comfy beds, perfect location across from the harbor, and the owners were so friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend this little gem for anyone who is looking for a moderate place to stay. If you are looking for a Hilton then this is not for you but then it isn't nearly expensive as the Hilton either, and this is not at the bottom of the ... Read more

This place is clean & cozy, close to main street and all the shops, restaurants and pubs. The Inn keepers are friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcome. the rooms have a stove, refrigerator, plates, cups, glasses, silverware. Very well equipped, a propane grill outside that you can use. Across the street you have charter fishing and tour boats, and the ferry to the Islands. This is a great deal in a great area.

We found this hotel by chance and me and the wife felt very fortunate. The location is superb, right in front of the marina and a few steps from Main street, where all the action takes place. Raj the manager was very accommodating to our needs even if he had to do some changes here and there. He was also very generous with his time regarding tips of where to eat and what to visit. A most enjoyable experience.
