I was happy to discover that this hotel is right around the corner from the Transportation Center. If you are arriving in Hyannis by bus like I did, you will find the location very convenient. The shops and eateries of Main Street are also a short walk away. The hotel is not fancy; it is motel-style with room doors opening out onto open covered walkways. It felt safe and was clean, though dated. The carpet could stand to be replaced and the finishings updated. It was nice to have both a wind... Read more

This hotel is a little tricky to get to because it's on a one-way street; however it's easily manageable. The hotel is somewhat dated but clean and well kept. The major advantage is that it's located on Main Street in downtown Hyannis. Shopping and restaurants are easily within walking distance. The included breakfast is continental with pastries, breads, hard-boiled eggs and waffles. The bedding was comfortable and the flat-screen was good. But, overall it's good for a budget hotel and worth t... Read more

It was a nice hotel for the price. Everything was clean, but a little worn. The room was big and had a large table to eat at. The shower had great water pressure, which was very nice. The only two complaints I had were that I had left the heat on when we went out for the evening and when we came back the room was so hot. That wasn't the issue, the issue was I tried turning on the ac to cool off the room and even after running all night the room never cooled down, so I don't think it was working.... Read more

I had stayed at this property two years earlier and found it to be acceptable. It is a budget motel, but at least the rooms were clean. This visit was a disappointment. The room was not clean nor was the bathroom. When I first checked in, there was a cigarette butt on the carpet by the door. I watched to see if it ever got picked up. Nope, still there when I checked out three days later. The breakfast is a breakfast in name only. Very limited. I noticed a loaf of bread, a toaster, and a... Read more

Clean room, heat worked fine (needed!) flat screen tv, clean bathroom, comfortable bed, for the money considering other motels, a good deal. Location great for shopping and restaurants, I like (some do not however) driving right up to my door for my room. We decided to eat breakfast out, free breakfast items somewhat limited.

Never received room service. Stayed Friday to Sunday, never had beds made, never received new towels, also never had the do not disturb sign up, so no explanation there. Staff friendly, price good, but hate to have to go to front desk to ask for a new towel

The poor old girl needs a bit of loving and a lick of paint. Its quite jadded around the edges but we had no complaints. The room was very clean, the king size bed was comfy, breakfast included in the price and a 3 minute walk to the shops and restaurants in Main St. The ferry across to Nantucket was a 5 min walk so its very central to everything. I would recommend it for the price. It suited our needs perfectly.

We booked this hotel as a last minute hotel during memorial weekend. It was the last hotel which had the option of staying with a baby + free wifi + free parking at a reasonable price. but value-for-money-wise it was a poor choice and I would recommend avoiding it altogether. some Pros: close-by parking (right outside the room). the location is pretty good - very close to main street, within a 5 mins walking to the ferry area, and 15 mins walk to the beaches. Cons: This place is basically org... Read more

Stayed one midweek night, thought it would be a good location to bike to Hyannis Ferry and explore the region. Easy to find, seemed to be a good amount of parking, and even tho it was on Main St, seemed quiet where my room was. Small refrigerator in room. Large flatscreen tv in room. I have stayed in many America's Best Value properties in U.S. and usually find them to be the high end of fine ( I am NOT picky in the least tho). This room smelled - not sure if it's sewer, toilet, or just being by... Read more

This Motel is good to spend the night while you'r in town...The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions . This Motel is for those travelers that they are looking to just come to sleep and have a busy schedule during the day , you also will have a good sleep! I'm I said the breakfast is included and ... We booked a room because the price was good for the area. The room smelled, the beds were old and the blankets had cigarette burns. The hair drier did not work, window in bathroom was cracked. There was no coffee in the room and they don't start serving breakfast until 8AM. The sheets were gray.

Carpet was dirty didn't walk on it without flip flops. The bad reviews were right. It's a motel on a busy street, can be noisy. The area was a bit sketchy. People hang out outside of their rooms unitil all hours (at least when we were there). The room was kind of beat up, furniture was chipped, scraped, baseboards were dirty, a little paint would help, chairs upholstery were stained. Blankets (not bedspread, would never use bedspread anyway, always the dirtiest part of a hotel room), were thi... Read more

Stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms were a good size and clean. Furnishings and bathrooms are a bit dated. Air conditioner took a while to cool the room. Breakfast choices are limited but enough to get you going although the coffee was extremely weak. Breakfast room is really small. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants and ferry. Good enough to use as a base location. I hate to pay more just for a place to sleep and shower.

Staff (limited to young lady at desk) was wonderful; facilities, definitely adequate; location, perfect; breakfast, very good on selection; over-all value, very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Smells awful, bathroom was not clean, towels were not white anymore, don't fall for the continental breakfast! We paid $185 for this place. A couple of others were expressing their disappointment of the rooms while we were checking out.

Good but not so Good for the price itself though it is cheap. Anyway, They have 2 swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) wasn't able to try any of those. The crew or staffs are approachable and friendly, that's a thumbs up already. they also give free coupons and vouchers from nearby shops and attractions. don't foget the free wifi! It wasn't as fast as I expect it but it's not that slow either. The room was clean, yes. free shampoo and soap (typical) the tv was on cable. well, the hanger part o... Read more

We checked in and their room had old mismatched Furniture in it and the room was hot we ran the air conditioning for 2 hours and it didn't work we called the front desk and they said but will have to put a new air conditioner in for you and we are already had as it was so we said just give us a new room and we went to another room and that was that too we ended up losing our money for that room and went down the street and stayed at the Cape Cod Harbor House in ten times better

I rarely write bad reviews, but this hotel leaved horrible impression on my young kids, so I need to share. We rented it over 2 months before the trip for 5 nights. We are a couple with 2 small daughters, both under 10 and we travelled with my retired parents. Both rooms that we were given were extremely dirty. One had smelly fridge that we would not be able to use, since the smell spread around the room when I first opened it. Second room had very dirty carpets and a wet chair that someone jus... Read more

We recently stayed at this hotel and it was one of the worst I've ever stayed in!! The first room they gave us smelled like mold when we walked in. They gave us another room. Air conditioner left a horrible smell in the room all day and night, towels that should be white were old and gray, carpets were old, bathroom had mold in tub And on windowsill, locks on door were not updated and I didn't feel safe, furniture was old. The rooms need major renovation!! We paid $150 a night and that was way t... Read more

We got a last minute room for a two night stay (Saturday & Sunday) with a king size bed, mini fridge, ice cold a/c and continental breakfast for about $325. Not too bad for last minute accommodations! They have 2 pools, both indoor and outdoor. The front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The motel has plenty of parking and is right downtown--walking distance to everything cool! It's a motor lodge style place so you have your own entrance, no walking down hallways or elevators (my preference!... Read more

Location was perfect, right at the end/beginning of Main St in Hyannis. Perfect spot to walk to all the stores and restaurants and down to the marina - to the ferries. It's a motel, so an outdated, bare room is pretty much to be expected. But, it was clean and comfortable for a night or two. You're paying for the location...

I stayed here in 2007 so I knew what to expect. This is a bargain hotel (165.00 for two nights) that is very well worn. The room was secure, beds and bathroom were clean, the breakfast was free, the pools are sanitary and the staff is approachable. The facility needs updating (carpets especially) but I wasn't here for a hospitality experience. If you absolutely have to stay in Hyannis, here's your savings.

This hotel has a great outdoor and indoor pool. The location is unbeaten, close to the ferries, shops and restaurants. Room is clean and roomy. The staff is friendly, kind and knowledgeable. But the bed spread had a cigarette hole in it, towels were sparse, toilet was a bit wobbly. A jackhammer woke us up at 6am right outside our window and breakfast is not served until 8am. So it is decent but not deluxe

Is a clean place to stay but needs serious updating. Too expensive for what you get in this area. Breakfast area is so small that it can not handle the hotel when 1/2 full. I had to fix toilet so it would flush. Your right next to a train station so you vibrate as they take off, not to mention the occasional toot. Would not stay here again!

I knew this was a cheap motel going in, and so I wasn't much surprised. My wife, on the other hand, had been expecting much better. This is the kind of run-down, well-past its prime place that attracts various migrant workers. These workers have a tendency to sit outside (the rooms are generally stuffy) and drink, smoke, and yell obscenities at one another and sometimes at guests. That was exactly what we found. The other thing I'd point out is that the cleaning staff wanted to leave the windo... Read more

After arriving and given keys to our room , we decided to unpack quickly and go out to have a good look around the area . Returning around 2/3 hours later sitting down to a cup of tea we began to notice a rather strange smell in the room so we decided to open both sets of Windows but the smell still seemed to linger . As the rooms where fully carpeted we discovered it was the carpets that smelt of urine . Reporting this to the young lady at the reception she did her best to resolve the situation... Read more
