"Our stay was great. We had a little trouble with our reservations which were booked through book it.com. They hadn't received our reservation but the staff handled it quickly and to our satisfaction. It was convenient to get to, right where we wanted to be. We were pleasantly suprised that they had a fireplace and all the pots pans and utensils we could needed, as well as sugar and cream for our coffee in room in the morning. We booked a double room which had plenty of space for our very large family. Thought the whole experience was great, would deff. go back and tell friends.

Oh, and there was a great photo opp. on the way up the hill to the Village. Great fall scenery backdrop for pics.

"OMG! We had such a wonderful time and not only that. I had realized my mistake of booking 2 suites instead of 2 rooms for a family of 4. I went through bookit.com and they completely understood my mistake (Thank you) and so did the wonderful staff at Vacation Village at Berkshires (thank you) I am going there again with my family for a ski weekend."
