Great stay. I stayed in a king studio and it was bery comfortable. The bed had crospy white linens. Even twhe comforter is changed for every new guest. The hotel service has always been wonderful when I stay here, without fail! I recommend this as the best hitel in town. There is no restaurant, but you can walk next door to the 99 Restaurant, which has just been remodeled and has great food.

Decent little Inn. Clean enough. Coffee was hot and tasty in the morning. Staff was friendly and on point. Bit noisy from events and drunken guests. bathrooms a bit desperate for an update. but like I said - clean enough. never used WiFi. Nor food/beverage, other than the free coffee in the lobby.

A Hampton Inn is a Hampton Inn. The services were not exceptional. The breakfast bar was well-stocked and the housekeeping staff very friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. However, the next time I need to be in Western Massachusetts, I will find another place to stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a week this fall while working in the area and we went back recently on a house scouting trip so stayed here. The rooms are always great, clean, comfortable. But it happened to be a graduation weekend, so prices were through the roof! He did give us a facebook discount which helped, and we were lucky to get a room without a reservation, but wow, I was shocked at the price hike for that weekend.

I was expecting a functional hotel, and this met expectations. There was adequate parking. Everything in the hotel was clean and functional. Everything worked. Locations was good. Staff were competent. The best restaurant in town was next door, and their menu was varied, which made getting food very convenient.

Great location and good people/staff, I enjoyed my stay with my wife, although we were attending a conference at Greenfield Community College, the location was very close and perfect for the conference. I got a late checkout and it was very kind of them to allow us stay till 1:30 pm

Not many choices in Greenfied/Deerfield area. Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful. Hotel is hard to find behind a restaurant/bar. The rooms on the side of route 91 are very noisy with highway traffic. The price is very high. Breakfast food is sub par, even for a Hampton Inn.

My wife and I were in town for a wedding. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Very relaxing stay. Good selection at breakfast like most/all Hampton Inns There is a 99 restaurant connected to the parking lot, so easy walk there, other restaurants in short driving distance with a Big Y grocery store just across the road.

This is not a luxurious place, but neither is the town. They're both quaint and a lot Western Mass. Complimentary internet is slower than most I've used in Hilton hotels. Watching a 1 hour film took 1 hour 40 minutes. Complimentary breakfast is okay. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room originally doused with a deodorizer scent that when disapated a left a heavy funky smell of a dirty room. Obviously the cleaning staff smelled it because they tried to cover it up. Yuk. Did tell the desk staff and she did apologize.

The Hampton Inn in Greenfield lived up to the reputation we have come to expect from this Hilton brand. The accommodations were first rate, the snacks in the evening enticing, and the location of the property was convenient to my school reunion.

I had a one-night stay in this hotel while attending a work meeting. The hotel room was comfortable and clean, parking was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Our meeting in their meeting space was a bit cramped, but I think we had a higher turnout than expected, so that was an understandable situation. There were multiple decent restaurants within walking distance without it feeling overexposed, which was great. Overall, if I were to go to Greenfield again, I wou... Read more

We had previously stayed in the Mohawk cabins to visit the Shelburne Falls area, but this time we wanted to visit without camping. We spent a few weeks looking at Bed and Breakfasts in the area, and while many looked great, they have a rustic set back in time feel we were just not into. We found that Hampton Inn on the map, and the pictures looked great. We know it is a chain hotel, but this was awesome. Very welcoming staff, and clean everywhere we went. Concerned about possible Highway Noise on the hotel's North Side we had called the Front Desk a few days ahead and asked for the quietest location - and got it (Rm 201). Large rooms must have been recently refurbished, all looked like new. Free WI-FI worked well, free afternoon snacks, free breakfast. Indoor pool. Free parking (behind an adjacent Restaurant) ask as hotel is slightly hidden from the main road.

During a family reunion, we needed a one night stay. The location was convenient and, also, that we are loyal Hilton customers we tried this Hampton Inn. The hotel lobby and eating/resting area was very clean. Our room on the 4th floor was very quiet, with comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff at the front desk! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, smelled fresh and the room was very clean and bathroom sparkled. The complimentary coffee and breakfast was fresh. Well worth the visit. Just beware, it is hidden behind the 99 Restaurant- you cannot see it from the road. The GPS kept saying you have reached your destination but it took us a few minutes and a few extra streets to find the hotel.

Knowing the area and other choices we had, staying at the Hampton via my Hilton Rewards program was a no brainer. Value for room and amenities was "Very Good". The complimentary breakfast was better than expected and the Day in Advance Online check-in was the first time we have used this option. We liked it.

From the minute we arrived and throughout our two night stay, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They clearly enjoy working here, and they had great suggestions for local restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Town of Greenfield is charming and welcoming. Much better than the Hampton Inn in Enfield, CT. We will be back for a ski weekend.

The staff was competent and friendly. The room was clean and well maintained. However, we were in a room with a connecting door to another room and the kids in that room sounded like they were in our room. The movements of the people above us were also incredibly noisy. Finally the turning on and off of the refrigerator and AC were loud and distracting. A terrible night of no sleep.

My wife and I either stay at a B & B or a Hampton or a Holiday Inn Express. We prefer Hampton over the others. My only gripe has nothing to do with our stay, but with the lowering of our gold status to silver because we do not stay enough, yet the points remain the same.

I had to stay at the Greenfield Hampton Inn because my son was in a baseball tournament. We had a lot of down time. The woman who checked us in, Monique, was outstanding. Not only was she friendly, but she went above and beyond her job description. She made sure the boys had stuff to do in the hotel and gave us great suggestions of places we should see. Her enthusiasm for her job was clear from check in until check out. She made our experience a lot better.

Ed, Holly, and the rest of the staff are consistently friendly, professional, and attentive to questions, needs, and suggestions. Easy online check in and choice of room from smartphone app. Friendly folks. Easy parking. Everything clean. Only surprise was the room. I booked a larger that normal room as I was going to have a business meeting. Indeed, the room was very large...about double size. But there was very little furniture. Only the desk chair and the hide-a-bed sofa for sitting. Not suitable for a meeting. Why not at least another chair? (See pics.)

We were in Greenfield staying over one night so we could attend a family funeral. The Hampton Inn is located very conveniently to downtown Greenfield and there are numerous restaurants in the immediate area...from family restaurants like Friendly's to more upper tier places for a nice evening dinner. The only thing that caused us surprise was the high price for the room for night...near $250. I grew up in this area and was shocked that this area would warrant hotel rooms this expensive.
