When making a reservation directly by phone, I specifically requested a "pet-free" room, as I have severe allergies. This was seemingly agreed upon, yet immediately after check-in, I noticed a big vacuum cleaner with cleaning supplies in the middle of the floor after I got off the elevator, and an unidentifiable odor that permeated the place. I was hoping this odor didn't extend to my "pet-free" room, but alas, I was gagging and nauseous inside. I saw a tag on the door along with the usual Do No... Read more

We stayed here for a quick overnight for an event in Boston the next morning. The location is very convenient to I90, however, it's proximity to the highway created a significant amount of highway noise that made it difficult to sleep. The highway noise was really among the worst of any hotel where we have stayed. The bed was a bit uncomfortable as well and the hallway had a musty stale smell. However, the hotel is very clean and there are many options for dining nearby and its convenience t... Read more

I'm in town for a conference @ CA Technologies again. The Inn is in excellent condition and check-in was a breeze. Parking is easy & I can walk to the offices. The Marriott beds are as comfortable as ever. They have a free breakfast in the morning to start my day. I have a one bedroom suite with a full size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Everything is clean & prepared for my stay.

Typical residence inn.....fantastic!!! Super clean rooms friendly staff & great breakfast!! we would never stay anywhere else! In town for a wedding and staff was awesome with directions and helpful local information. We travel often and have been burned in the past with hotels that seem like residence inn but nothing compares!!!

This hotel was a life saver for us after a night at another hotel in the area which was horrendous (see review of Sheraton). We had a one bedroom room this time, which was noticeably smaller than the two bedroom suite for obvious reasons, but is still a wonderful place to spend a night or two. Breakfast is wonderful, location is nice and secluded (which means its quiet) and the staff is friendly. Tyler at the desk was superb at getting us a room when we needed it, and booking us another room fo... Read more

As loyal MarriottRewards members, and parents of a four year old for which we like to have a completely separate room, we have stayed at quite a few Residence Inns. This property was fine...but not much more. As far as place to lay our heads and get a quick breakfast it was okay but the property felt dated and stale. It even looks like there have been recent updates of soft goods carpeting etc but that somehow didn't take away from the feeling of being a drab hotel. I won't NOT recommend it, b... Read more

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. We had a one bedroom suite that was perfect for our needs. The breakfast was outstanding. We will be back! Only one negative comment. The hotel is quite difficult to find tucked away between Staples facilities. The landscaping in the area is lovely but they need better signage for the hotel.

The hotel is Located in a wooded pretty office park. Look carefully for the signs to find the hotel. We had a 1 bedroom suite which had a private small bedroom and a larger "living room" with a kitchen and sofa with a desk and dining table. The bed was a double, a bit small. The living room was quite comfortable. The bathroom was small but adequate. However there was mold around the base of the shower. Free breakfast which was plentiful if a bit dull. No bar. No restaurant. Free parking.

We had a great time on this hotel. We were visiting Boston and this place its great. Comforting and quiet. We felt very welcomed and the service was great. Clean and spacious rooms. And a great place to take an Uber and go around. Nice breakfast! Felicia treated us like family. Willing to stay and visit again.

I booked room directly through Marriott for my daughter, big mistake. My daughter arrived at the hotel and was denied a room until "paperwork" was completed. When I booked room I specifically inquired about above "paperwork" and was told by their register it wasn't needed. It took 2 calls to customer service , was hung up on 1st time, and sending credit card info via unsecured email to hotel before my daughter was given a room. It will be a very long time before my family stays at a Marriott ag... Read more

Although a little TOO pet friendly for me, a nice place. Typical of all Residence Inns the rooms are small but efficient. The separate bedroom is worth the upgrade since it feels like a small apartment. Breakfast was fine. Went to breakfast on a Saturday morning and the place was loaded with kids. The staff was impressive, not letting the circumstances overwhelm them. They were very friendly and kept the breakfast room neat and all items filled without looking like it was too much for them. They... Read more

We stayed at the Residence Inn because we had to get the 4 a.m. bus at Logan Express to the airport for an early flight. Coming from Western Mass it was more convenient to be 15 minutes away from Logan Express than 2 hours. I also had enough Marriott rewards point to get the room for free for full disclosure. When we arrived in the evening the man at the front desk was very friendly. We got hungry before bedtime so I went to the store in the lobby to get some snacks and found a very good sel... Read more

Great Friday and Saturday night stay. Newer finishes throughout and well appointed. Complimentary breakfast included, strong wifi, and plenty of parking next to the hotel. Would be a great place to stay with the family. Decent size pool and outside grills would make for a unique hotel stay.

Rooms are good size, but it is obvious that the hotel is older and has been renovated. A very slight mustiness is in the air of the common areas and rooms. Cooling system wasn't the best-the room was cool but remained humid. But we stayed during an extremely hot weekend. Breakfast was just OK. If you are looking for a quick, no-frills breakfast it will work just fine. The breakfast area however is roomy and done nicely. For groups staying together in the hotel, it serves as a nice gathering a... Read more

My wife and I had to visit the Boston area for four nights/days but wanted a place with space to spread out. The room provided that although the the bed was not overly comfortable. The biggest reason is because the sheets were loose fitting and kept coming apart. The continental breakfast was good. We really likes the larger living space.

Had a reasonably priced two-room suite for one night that was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Children took the sofa bed in the living room and there was a separate bedroom for me. Also a kitchen that we did not use. Sort of off the beaten path in but quiet and reasonably priced.

I visit this hotel frequently for work. Welcoming staff, nice rooms, and a nice breakfast. It is convenient to Framingham and the expressway to Boston. There is a pool and exercise equipment, no restaurant or bar. Having an kitchen and sitting area makes the rooms more spacious and comfortable especially for longer stays

Spent 1 weekend night here while visiting Boston. Decided to stay here for the price and the ease of access to the Mass Turnpike to easily get into and out of Boston. Super easy to get from the hotel to the turnpike, but a little challenging to find the hotel initially as it's hidden away behind a bunch of trees in a business park so the only thing you can see driving in is a small sign denoting the hotel driveway. Check-in was smooth and easy and was even able to check in a little early wh... Read more

We stayed here for 1 night on our way to Boston to drop off our daughter at school. Reserved based on experiences at Residence Inn's for other family trips. Room was smaller than expected, but not bad. door to bedroom was not catching right, so it wouldn't stay closed. Mattress in bedroom definitely seen better days and overdue for replacement, which is what really drives the low score. Only 1 glass in bathroom - kind of awkward for 3 people. The property description binder was missing... Read more

I received a last minute ticket to Sunday's Patriots game, I was driving up to the Mass area trying to find a room that would allow a early check in. No hotels would honor a early checkin, even with my platinum elite status, so I decide to call this hotel and the front desk attendant was very understanding and cared like a mother that I was driving very early in the morning and needed a place to crash. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! She was more helpful than the Elite hot line. The overall hotel was ... Read more

What a great place to stay. We are part of a travel baseball team and needed a place for the whole team. They were accommodating and the breakfast was fantastic!!! It felt like home away from home! Great place and great staff!
