Hotel is well maintained and up to date, but I had asked for a room away from the elevator and was given a room right next to the elevator. The room was clean and comfortable, except that the switch for the bathroom light is located outside of the bathroom so that there is no way to turn it on without waking up others in the room with the light. There is no nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast was from 7-10 but when I got there at 8:15 they were already out of some of the food. The staff sa... Read more

This was our second stay at the Hyatt House in Burlington and they never disappoint. The staff is polite, professional, and will assist you with navigating around to your desired destination. The rooms are great. They have recently remodeled the hotel and the rooms look very elegant and tranquil. Our room this past stay was so clean we questioned if anyone has even stayed in it before. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely be staying their in the future.

This hotel offers spacious suites, is comfortable, and has a buffet breakfast and free wifi. The facility is large, so you may have a bit of a walk to your room. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you are travelling with kids, the suite layout and kitchenette would probably make the stay quite pleasant. I would stay there again.

Everything seemed like brand new at this excellent hotel. I felt like I was the first guest ever to stay at my room. Breakfast is nice but I missed eating a true American donut. Pool was not open. Surely I would recommend and come back to this hotel.

The queen bed in room 127 was always squeaking and creaking everytime I moved and turned. My family loved it but when sleep came for me, it was hard falling asleep. However, I still gave it a 5 because everything else was excellent, especially breakfast. Don't forget to try the omelets, served only Monday - Friday.

There's nothing really to complain or laud here. The hotel is perfectly fine, just like the hundreds of other Hyatt Houses made from the same mold. The breakfast was more generous than most, with eggs and fresh fruit a plus. The best thing I can say about it is its close location to the Mary Cummings Park, which is a nice break from the surrounding suburban sprawl.

Our family had been on the road for a couple of days, in a different hotel every night. We splurged on this hotel because of location and the 2-bedroom, King suite was not much more than than a regular 2-queen single room. What an great choice! The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was pristine! We were at the end of a 2 week vacation, and the space allowed us an opportunity to unload and repack all of our bags before getting on the plane. I needed a hotel for a quick Boston hotel stay. This hotel did not dissapoint! Boston hotels were averaging over $250 per night which was way out of my price range at the time. This hotel was only a 20 minute drive to the airport making it very convenient. When entering my hotel room I was shocked by the size of the room. Then I stayed in the third floor and it was much quieter. The only problem that I had was that the blackout curtains didn┬┤t work properly and in my bedroom the day light was really annoying.

Upon arrival at this hotel we were greeted by the nicest, most helpful lady at the front desk. Other hotels could learn from her. We arrived late. Check in was easy enough. Upon examining the room I noticed that there was a hair inside the bed on the sheets, hair in the shower, and the TV's in the room did not work or else something is wrong with the remotes. The swimming pool and spa is a bonus and there are plenty of towels beside the pool for use. There are restaurants about a 6min walk away across a busy road. Otherwise you will need a car to get places. They are in the process of building a bar and eating place at the hotel. This will be good as this is missing at the moment.

I would stay here again. Great location, nice rooms. Parking is limited but free, which is nice. The beds were comfortable and the 2 bedroom 2 King suite was roomy. Even had a hideaway bed so more could have stayed in room. Overall, great stay. Just don't go for the free breakfast. Not the greatest.

Not swanky but very functional and well kept. If you want a housekeeping room at reasonable price them is a good choice. Staff very personable and accommodating. Plus they include breakfast as well as a light supper - which is a great alternative to yet another restaurant meal.

My husband & I were undergoing massive renovations to our home. We booked a suite here at the Hyatt House and it was the best thing we did. The rooms are immaculate, the staff is the friendliest from the front desk to the housekeepers. They bend over backwards to make your stay pleasurable.

Thought this place would be a nice restful stay but ended up costing us money as the breakfast food was awful and the room didn't get cleaned , the room coffee maker was rusted on bottom and spilled hot water all over the counter

Stayed here on Friday night. Its is immaculate. When we arrived we were supposed to have a 2 bedroom with twins in one of the rooms. When we got to our room, it was a queen. When we informed them that we needed the extra bed, they set us up with an extra room because no twin rooms left. No questions asked, done very graciously. The rooms are huge and beautiful and clean. It was like a 2 bedroom apartment. The breakfast was plenty and good food. Great customer service and very helpful wh... Read more

There is shopping and restaurants in the area. The hotel is about 3 minutes from the highway. Breakfast was fantastic, well stocked, good variety and delicio... Read more

One of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed in; way ahead of several so-called "upscale" brands in the Boston area. Bright, roomy, well-appointed, many "nice touches". The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Hyatt Gold Passport Program is super, much better than other hotel chain's programs.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt House on a visit to my company's new office in Burlington. I've stayed in Hyatt and Hyatt Place, but never a Hyatt House. It seems similar to an Embassy Suites or Residence in since rooms are actually suites. The hotel seemed newly remodeled with super friendly staff. Although I was not able to take advantage of it, they had a pizza night while I was there. The breakfast was excellent and even included an omelet station. I also like the location as it was nea... This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and have been very pleased both times. This time it was just my husband and I, and we loved have the separate sitting area to watch tv. The breakfast buffet was very crowded with guests, but there was a nice selection of hot and cold food items. It was quite a long journey to the lobby from our room since the hotel is very long.

We had a king suite and this was amazing! Very clean, very big. The suite had a fully equipped kitchen with everything required. The hot continental breakfast was also great. The only downsize was that the hotel was a bit far from downtown Boston. However, we went there over the weekend so the traffic was not that heavy. Will definitely recommend!

My extended family really enjoyed our recent weekend at the Hyatt House. We had 5 people in our party and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved the fact that it didn't feel like a room, but a full apartment. The kitchen was wonderful and was a great plus to save money on food. The living room was cute and comfy and the fact that there were two full bedrooms and bathrooms was fantastic! My daughter loved it so much she wanted to move in! The Hyatt House is a nice property that is not too much more than half a mile off I-95, about 15 minutes from downtown Boston. This chain directly competes with Hilton's Homewood Suites, and Marriott's Residence Inn. As the #1 hotel in Burlington, I honestly felt not much more than above average here. Staffing: It was clear that the Hyatt House was understaffed. When I initially checked in, I was greeted by two staff at the front, and another staff member was wandering around, filling up coffe... The hotel is very nice. The suites are as well. The beds in the handicapped suite were higher than wheelchair height which made the bed hard to access. We found out on checkout that we could have asked that the platform cou,d have been removed for easier access. The hotel would serve their HP clients better if the platforms were removed completely and the beds would then be routinely HP accessible. Thank you.

This is our favorite hotel and has recently been refurbished. The rooms are spacious with well equipped kitchens and a great value. The front desk staff are friendly, attentive and caring. Good breakfast buffet. In our opinion, the one weak spot is the housekeeping. Some days, the rooms were not made until after 4:00 pm.
