Hotel is well maintained and up to date, but I had asked for a room away from the elevator and was given a room right next to the elevator. The room was clean and comfortable, except that the switch for the bathroom light is located outside of the bathroom so that there is no way to turn it on without waking up others in the room with the light. There is no nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast was from 7-10 but when I got there at 8:15 they were already out of some of the food. The staff sa... Read more

This was our second stay at the Hyatt House in Burlington and they never disappoint. The staff is polite, professional, and will assist you with navigating around to your desired destination. The rooms are great. They have recently remodeled the hotel and the rooms look very elegant and tranquil. Our room this past stay was so clean we questioned if anyone has even stayed in it before. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. We will definitely be staying their in the future.

This hotel offers spacious suites, is comfortable, and has a buffet breakfast and free wifi. The facility is large, so you may have a bit of a walk to your room. The staff are friendly and helpful. If you are travelling with kids, the suite layout and kitchenette would probably make the stay quite pleasant. I would stay there again.

Everything seemed like brand new at this excellent hotel. I felt like I was the first guest ever to stay at my room. Breakfast is nice but I missed eating a true American donut. Pool was not open. Surely I would recommend and come back to this hotel.

The queen bed in room 127 was always squeaking and creaking everytime I moved and turned. My family loved it but when sleep came for me, it was hard falling asleep. However, I still gave it a 5 because everything else was excellent, especially breakfast. Don't forget to try the omelets, served only Monday - Friday.

My husband and I stayed here for a conference I attended. He was able to have breakfast daily, explore Boston and come back to the "mini apartment" as he called it and rest. It is very clean and comfortable.

There's nothing really to complain or laud here. The hotel is perfectly fine, just like the hundreds of other Hyatt Houses made from the same mold. The breakfast was more generous than most, with eggs and fresh fruit a plus. The best thing I can say about it is its close location to the Mary Cummings Park, which is a nice break from the surrounding suburban sprawl.

Our family had been on the road for a couple of days, in a different hotel every night. We splurged on this hotel because of location and the 2-bedroom, King suite was not much more than than a regular 2-queen single room. What an great choice! The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was pristine! We were at the end of a 2 week vacation, and the space allowed us an opportunity to unload and repack all of our bags before getting on the plane. We could sleep in separate rooms and the kids an... Read more

Oh my what a wonderful hotel. You are on vacation, but still have a full complete kitchen in your room. Great if you want to cook. I'm on vacation so I won't be cooking, but it is great to have a full size fridge with ice maker in your room.

I needed a hotel for a quick Boston hotel stay. This hotel did not dissapoint! Boston hotels were averaging over $250 per night which was way out of my price range at the time. This hotel was only a 20 minute drive to the airport making it very convenient. When entering my hotel room I was shocked by the size of the room. The layout was very similar to a one bedroom apartment and was huge! I loved having a separate bedroom and sitting area. This hotel has been newly renovated and featured new st... Read more

My boyfriend and I were traveling with his 3 young boys, (10, 12 & 15) we were looking for something convenient to the airport as we were getting in pretty late and knew the boys would be tired. I can't tell you how perfect this place is if you're traveling with children!! We had the 2 bedroom suite, 2 boys in one bedroom, one on the pullout couch in the living room and us in the other bedroom...couldn't have been a better set up. (Just a little warning, if you have someone sleeping on the pull... Read more

This is the perfect place to stay while on business. The hotel offers everything you'd need and more. There's a shopping center with decent restaurants right across the street, the breakfast buffet offers plenty of healthy options, happy hour (no booze) is complimentary and offers plenty of food for a light dinner. The wine store is about a 7 minute walk away, but if you don't feel like walking, the shuttle will take you. The suites were spacious and comfortable, making you feel at home with a k... Read more

A nice Hotel with nice people. First, I stayed in the first Floor but It was quite noisy for me. My 2nd floor neighbor waked up really early and He waked me up too!. Then I stayed in the third floor and it was much quieter. The only problem that I had was that the blackout curtains didn´t work properly and in my bedroom the day light was really annoying.

Upon arrival at this hotel we were greeted by the nicest, most helpful lady at the front desk. Other hotels could learn from her. She spoke to the kids, she seemed genuinely interested and was so helpful. The room was everything we could have asked for and more. The kids enjoyed the basketball court. The only down side to this stay was it wasn't long enough. Absolutely loved it there. Can't wait to go back!

The rooms in this hotel have been refurbished from top to bottom since my stay a few months ago. What a major improvement. The kitchen has a bar height counter with 2 chairs. And full size stainless steel appliances ?? stove microwave dishwasher and refrigerator. The living room has a sectional sleep sofa. There is no desk any more but the countertop can work as one. The bathroom is still divided into a double closet and sink area separate from the toilet and shower room. The lighting in the si... Read more

An amazing hotel with just the right perks to entice your stay. From the breakfast buffet and omelet, to the location- you can't find a better place for the price in the northern Boston area. Quick access to the base as well.

We arrived late. Check in was easy enough. Upon examining the room I noticed that there was a hair inside the bed on the sheets, hair in the shower, and the TV's in the room did not work or else something is wrong with the remotes. Needless, to say I was not going to rest until I cleaned the room first because it made me a little uneasy. Other than that, they are undergoing renovation so a few things are closed like the fitness center. Breakfast was decent. I did notice a few dirty dishes mixed ... Read more

The hotel is fabulous, the rooms are completely renovated since May, the Pool & Spa area is very clean, they have a BBQ area which is nice and cozy, wifi is available everywhere so I can sit outside while working. Further the staff is very friendly and always helpful. The complimentary breakfast includes an omelette station with fresh made omelettes which is so great! What a great place to stay. Staff have been great, all very helpful. Nice breakfast and got complementary food in the evening on our first night (this seems to happen Monday to Thursday). Room was very clean and very spacious. Wish we had more time to spend here. Would use again when we visit Boston next time.

My family and I stayed two nights while taking college tours in the Boston area. We had a very nice and relaxing stay at the hotel. The room was very well appointed, as well as the hotel, overall. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette allowed for us to order takeout and eat in after a long day of travel. Complimentary breakfast was extensive and very good. The only issue we had was that the room was almost to small to accommodate two adults and two teenagers. We made it work, but we'd hoped... Read more

Have travelled 100K miles each year, I become "picky" about where to stay. This place meets Hyatt standards.. Please note that this locates at sub area so it should not be comparable to those five star Hyatt brands in the big cities, but it is comparable in term of cleanness, room quality, quietness, complementary breakfast and adjusted by its price. My family stayed at room 234 for three nights to visit BC, NE and other colleges. There is a back door directly leads us to the street level where ... Read more

We chose to stay at Hyatt House due to it's proximity to Boston and it's many features we enjoy. Options for a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. Great kitchen, well equipped. Clean well appointed rooms and very good complimentary breakfast. We had three rooms here this trip. All of the family were happy with the accommodations

Stayed here for 2 nights. We had a large 2 room 2 bath suite. A few things, the tack strip between the carpet and the tile in both bedrooms was exposed, causing my son and myself to step on tacks. Actually broke the skin. We made sure to wear shoes in the room. Also, neither one of our bathroom doors would close and lock properly. There was evidence of attempted repairs. Breakfast was very good and included with your stay, however, there wasn't enough room for our family of four to sit inside ... Read more

We have been coming here since 1999 and have always had a great experience. We have seen many of the same staff for as long as we have been coming. Rooms are clean, Staff is friendly and attentive to our needs, excellent and clean breakfast buffet, pool is always in great shape, nice sitting area with gas grills, great location to head into Boston, the beaches (Gloucester, Rockport, Ipswich all less than an hour away), and tons of shopping 5 minutes away.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are very clean and modern. The breakfast is quite good with a range of choices. There is good parking in the carpark. The swimming pool and spa is a bonus and there are plenty of towels beside the pool for use. There are restaurants about a 6min walk away across a busy road. Otherwise you will need a car to get places. They are in the process of building a bar and eating place at the hotel. This will be good as this is missing at the moment.
