The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately they did not provide us with a pack n play when we called ahead to make sure we could reserve one. The gentlemen on the phone did make sure to tell me it was reserved for us so we did not need to bring our own. When we got there it had been given away. Leading us to have our one year old sleep in bed with us causing a not so comfortable sleeping experience. Also had hair in the bed when we got there. The staff was however very fri... Read more

I found multiple bites on my body the first night. The second night I was lying in bed and the spider crawled on my arm and I killed it. I took it to the front desk and they gave me an old fruit basket to apologize. Dirty carpets, cleanliness issues, poorly managed. This is not a traditional built HGI, the hotel building was bought and remodeled by Hilton so rooms are small and have poor ventilation. Breakfast staff and service are poor. I always choose HGI whenever possible, but this is a ver... Read more

We found this a truly comfortable and enjoyable hotel. From the thoughtful sofa bed in the room (we're readers and we like a comfortable, well-lit place to read that's not in bed) to the beautiful view of the marsh out the window to the well-appointed meeting spaces to the above-average-for-an-HGI breakfast, we were grateful to have such a nice place to stay. Thank you to the staff and especially the housekeeping crew who leave the rooms in pristine condition.

This is a nice hotel, as you can expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. However, even though they told me I would have access to an EV charging station for an electric car, they didn't have one. I would be happy to change this recommendation once hotel management installs an EV charging station on site.

Stayed for 4 nights in June 2016. The room was comfortable and spacious and the hotel is well located to area attractions, not too far from I-95 and yet it was quiet. Front desk staff were very helpful, perky yet professional and very accommodating. Housekeeping can do a better job cleaning the room in my opinion. Great stay next to the Burlington Mall and super convenient to Rt 3 & I-95. Updated clean rooms with a very attentive staff. We came back to the room for a late afternoon rest and change of clothes for an evening event and being the last room on the hall, the staff hadn't gotten to our room yet to straighten. I just knew that I'd have to ask for new towels upon our late return, but we were pleasantly surprised to find they had come back and completely cleaned. Would definitely stay again.

If you've ever visited any Garden Inn's, you'll understand what I mean. This is not really a Garden Inn. The lobby was very nicely renovated a few years ago, and the staff were exceptional for the most part. My parent's sheets stunk of a bad cologne, so they waited until housekeeping came around. This hotel gets a "yes" for all the things that are the minimum for me when selecting a hotel - clean, good location, affordable, wifi, breakfast and a nice enough staff, but it really is not much more than those minimums. There is nothing special, unique or charming so that is why I see it as just average.

We did stay at the hotel for Labor Day weekend. It was 4 families ( 8 adults & 8 kids ). Check in was fast , rooms were clean , lobby was really nice. We did enjoy the breakfast! The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was the pool. The pool was big , clean but the water was freezing!! We did ask the staff if they can chang the temperature but they said no.
