This is one of the most updated Courtyards I have had the pleasure of staying in the hallways are quite handsome, and the rooms are decorated nicely. Beds totally comfortable. Noise from bathroom to rest of room is negligible, very helpful when one laves early and the other sleeps in. Front desk staff very friendly and efficient. Shuttle service to the Longwood Medical Area available, but not at all times. Good access to restaurants in the Coolidge Corner area. Fitness Center quite clean, could ... Read more

It is graduation season and we had just returned from Ann Arbor where we had stayed in an incredibly overpriced 2 star hotel. As we reserved our lodgings in Boston, we feared we may be facing a similar fate. Our concern grew when we saw the rates at the Courtyard Brookline for BU's commencement weekend. We had never stayed at a Courtyard and had modest expectations. To our surprise, this spot is a well run, clean and well located. Check - in was smooth and the young staff friendly and helpful. ... For a Courtyard hotel, it was in great condition that promoted a quality stay. The room was spacious, laid out well, and had a modern look/feel to it. The little bar / snack shop / basic restaurant is like other Courtyard hotels that have been updated. It has Starbucks coffee products, limited food choices, and a basic but sufficient bar. If you are wanting food, I recommend checking out some of the restaurants in the neighborhood. There are many good choices in walking (or a shot taxi / uber)... Read more

We had a fabulous time and stay at this hotel. They Have a Bistro that serves Breakfast and Light Evening meals. Polite, and courteous staff. Parking is under the hotel with easy elevator access. The T line is right there on Beacon St. Uber Drivers were better then our Taxi. The area has an abundance of restaurants. We dined at Capitol Grill, exquisite meal. Spent the evening at Symphony Hall with The Boston Pops tribute to BU. Otto's Pizza in Cooledge Corner served fabulous Pizza.

This was a great location for our recent trip to Boston. It is in neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and close to T. Staff upon check in and out and at bistro were friendly and efficient. Rooms were decent. Pull out bed was a bit small in our room. We were near front entrance but didn't hear T or other guests entering hotel... it was quiet. There's a charge for parking but it is probably common in the area. We would stay again.

We have stayed at this property several times, and this was our best visit ever. The room was spacious and quiet. But the best part of the place is the staff. Marriott properties almost always have helpful, friendly staff. But this group was the best ever. Great advice about getting around. Always smiling and pleasant. The staff makes staying here something to look forward to.

The good news is that this hotel is undergoing a major renovation. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms which was lovely. A beautiful, modern tiled shower, a huge flatscreen that swings out for viewing from the bed, usb and outlets everywhere. The only downside is that one elevator was inoperative throughout our stay, and when we arrived, the only other elevator was also inoperative. One of the staff members refused to admit that it was broken, telling me "it worked, but was just turned... Read more

We are shooting to maintain gold status and to amass bonus points so we can use points to go to France. 5,000 were being offered for a stay at this newly renovated hotel. I used to live in Boston and love it, so taking advantage of a points bonus opportunity in Boston was easy. Driving to it from the MA turnpike was easy using WAZE. Our room was very nice. My wife commented that when we plan to go back to Boston in August, if it's convenient enough to she wants to stay there again.

I booked a night here for a graduation in Cambridge and was extremely happy with my stay. My room looked to be newly renovated from the first time I stayed on a business trip some years ago was larger than average for the price point I paid and the service was excellent. For example, the ironing board was missing, and housekeeping brought one up less than 10 minutes from my call. Easy access to public transportation. I stayed here (again!) for 4 nights for business. The upgraded rooms are impressive and the stylish new sofas and furniture lovely. Everything is ultra clean and fresh. The wifi is excellent. There's a small exercise room and plunge pool. The reasons for my average score are: 1. The housekeeping service is dreadful. My room wasn't serviced until very late in the day and then at inconvenient times. Apart from on my last day when they arrived early! It's chaos. 2. The bistro is good for breakf... Read more

Our eighth floor accommodations were quiet & the shower was gorgeous. But the elevator was such a pain. One was completely broken and the other was incredibly slow. The rooms were very clean and bright, the check-in quick and efficient, and we were able to get in and out of the parking garage without an issue. Only issue was that their restaurant/Starbucks was not open when we needed a drink. Apparently it is only open for a few hours in the morning and again in the evening, but not for lunch.
