Pool was just lovely - great temperature, and since indoor available year round (and during a brisk New England Spring, which for us Californians is still freezing). Staff was superb - checked on us regularly, offered to go out and buy stuff for my infant when she was ill, gave us shuttle service to a distance just outside of range and were generally just terrific and quite attentive. Breakfast buffet was also top notch - much better than I expected with a full range of hot items and yogurts inc... Read more

This place is clean and is in a good area if you are staying for Business. I was in town to go to Cisco. I was completely satisfied with the hotel each time that I have stayed here. I recommend if you have to be in the area to stay here.

Stayed here on business for 3 nights. The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff very pleasant and the breakfast ok (nothing special though eggs were not overcooked, bacon and sausage well prepared and a good selection of other items). It was also close to where I needed to go for business. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Stopped here for a one night stay on our way home from a holiday in Ontario. Was very pleasantly surprised at finding a hotel that seemed to be out in the middle of nowhere, just off the 495. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Of particular note was the huge atrium where the pool was. Very well maintained with rooms just off the pool with second floor balconies overlooking the area. With all of the plants and sunchairs, i... Read more

Holiday Inn was a pretty good hotel to stay at. The room was clean. The bathroom was a little neglected with shampoo/water streaks down the shower walls, dirty grout and the counter coming apart but everything else was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were huge and the hotel was quiet.

Booked a $250 a night room for my sister's wedding. HVAC was pathetic and loud (jet engine taking off), the HVAC vents had black mold in them, and the room was at least 20-30 years old. Carpeting was dirty enough that wearing shoes was required so that your feet didn't get brown. Too bad - at one point this place might have been nice, but was really disappointing in its current state of repair. Housekeeping never even showed up to make up the room. We even called the front desk, but they neve... Read more

Very comfortable stay we had. Good hotel with excellent banquet facilities. A restaurant and couples of bars attached. Except that there is no exhaust in the toilets and hence rooms also smells! Upon we checking into the hotel the odor in the room was UNBEARABLE!

An average hotel. The rooms show wear and tear as do the carpets throughout the property. I wanted to get carpet cleaner for stains in the hall. The pool area is part of the garden like atrium which is very pretty. This property is pet friendly; there is an outside area designated as free of chemicals. We were attending a wedding here, so many rooms were occupied by our party. All of the rooms, and hospitality suite, were clean and comfortable. My major concern was that the air conditioner in on... Found it last second while travelling, loved it. Easy to find, felt very secure and got to watch a wedding at the huge indoor atrium/pool from my balcony. Never made it to the bar or restaurant so no clue on how that is. I did find it odd however that a room rated at handicapped accessible was on the second floor and it couldn't really have been farther from the elevator if you tried on purpose. The architect needs a speaking to on that one. Clean, comfortable, quiet, everything you want for a... Read more

The hotel is one of the older Holiday Inns that has been remodeled a number of times and well used. The room we had was very damp due to the A/C leaking in the closet. The room overlooked the indoor pool, which was fine except when there is a wedding reception with loud music then the room rattles until it is over. The main concern with the hotel was with the lack of security. The side entrance doors had tape over the door locks making the locks inactive, accessible to anyone at any time of day.

This hotel is a little older, but has been cared for. I've spent two nights here. The front desk attendants are excellent. I had the pleasure to be checked in by Tina. I told her that I was having a hard day, and she upgraded me to a nicer room. When ever I leave or arrive at the hotel, im always greeted with a smile and hello. The rooms have been cared for and are comfortable. The hotel is clean and cared for. The breakfast buffet has the usual items, eggs, potatoes, bacon etc. The w... Read more

The room was at least clean, but can't say much else. Beds needed replacing as did the rest of the furniture. Beware of cancelation policy which is 6:00 PM the night BEFORE planned arrival, not the standard 6:00 PM day of arrival. I'm certain most travelers can find a score of much better options. Best to consider these before checking in.

We recently stayed at a Holiday Inn in Boxboro, Ma. for a funeral in Littleton a few minutes away. After securing the room online, a standard, we thought there would be two double beds. We got one king instead. My mother immediately took the king bed, and I went back to the check-in desk to ask to move to another room. The front desk people said that they could put clients into a room that Holiday Inn wanted. A customer doesn't get what they paid for even if it is over $200.00! So, I asked ... Read more

Sticky carpet in the room, ice machines all busted. This place has seen better days. Nice indoor pool area. It was probably awesome in 1989ish, but the current owners obviously don't want to fix anything. Nice staff, but jeez. Breakfast buffet is scary

The room was open when I got to it. Furniture very dated and tired. Bathroom had leftover hairpin on sink and dirty washcloth hanging on shower rod. Went to dinner and it took 3 trips back to desk to get a key to operate door. On the plus side, the staff at front desk and in restaurant were gracious and polite, and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed here for one night. The hotel has a really neat layout and design that helped with the higher review but it is deffentaly ready for some updates and remodeling. The staff was great which is always a huge plus in my book. With an update this will be a great hotel that is deserving of that 3.5 star review the internet bestows on it .

This hotel has a great layout. The hotel is a square with an enclosed oasis in the middle. There's 2 fountains, tons of trees and plants and an event space with a large gazebo. The rooms that face the middle all have balconies and chairs. It's hard to explain, so check out their pictures. It stays lit at night, so if you're one that must have it pitch black to sleep, ask for an outwardly facing room because light comes in under the bottom of the blackout curtains. However, it's worth a lit... Read more

There are things we deal with in this industry that are within our control and many that we do not. It is how we handle those situations that defines who we are. My family had the opportunity to stay at your property this past weekend. I won't go into detail on the concerns that I had brought to the Front Desk Staff because they are not what is important. The staff is aware that they need some TLC and they didn't try to make any excuses. What is important is that each time I made a request they... Read more

This is a just average Holiday Inn with little unusual interior. Room was decent, services also. New carpets are needed since existing one have stains from last century. Nice addition if you have anything to do in Cisco System building 1 which is a minute walk from hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights while travelling on business. There was ample parking and the location near the Interstate made it very easy to find. The reception staff were helpful and friendly, allow me to check in a little early. There was a nice pool area and spacious foyer. The restaurant attached to the hotel made competent american food and had a adequate warm breakfast buffet. The room was large and spacious and also quiet. I would definitely stay again.

I've stayed at this Holiday Inn many a-time, mostly for birthdays of friends in the area. The pool is a great touch, especially as it is open until 10pm. The room we stayed in the first night had some air conditioning issues (dripping, mildew smell) but as soon as we brought it to the attention of staff the next morning, they checked several other rooms on the floor to pick the best one for us. I called the hotel the day before our arrival and requested an upper floor room with a microwave and a refrigerator. When we arrived I was told our room did not have elevator access. I wasn't happy with this and we decided to look at the room and decide if it was adequate or not. (The room was 272 I think). It was located above the fitness center I guess. My stay here was not bad. The only problem was that when I got to my room, which was on the other side of the building and took a long time to walk to, the key card didn't work. So I had to go all the way back with my heavy bags to the front desk, and then back to the room with my heavy bags once they fixed the card. This annoyed the heck out of me but hey, mistakes can be made. The room was very clean, roomy, and well-appointed. It smelled normal and the water pressure in the shower was go... Read more

Extremely clean beds and towels. Beautiful and quiet location. Close to the highway. I actually stayed here 3 different times in October for business. The first visit I had a smelly room, turns out it probably was an animal room that they didn't get the smell out of. I think it's nice that people can take pets to vacations but hotels need to set aside "Pet free rooms" for people with allergies and asthma problems. When I approached the desk about the smell, they were extremely accommodating an... Read more

At this price point today, I expect the room to have a fridge at least, and usually a microwave. The desk told me some rooms do, some don't. I could accept the general shabbiness of the room (crumbling grout in bath for instance), but the heater is antique and so noisy it kept us up all night as it cycled on and off. The mattresses are hard. The ice machines weren't working. A friend in a nearby room had a key card that wouldn't work, and the staff had to replace it. But by far the worst was our... Read more

I stayed in this hotel last night and was completely impressed. The staff is outstanding...in particular, I would single out Juna and Krysta from the front desk. They could not have been more nicer to me. It was very busy this weekend due to a dog show, a Bat Mitvah, and a high school reunion so you can imagine they were a bit busy.
