Please thank your wonderful staff in particular Shannon and the chefs (Luis and Juan) for making my stay feel like home. I have a restricted diet and they paid attention to every minor detail.

The front desk and all workers in the hotel are super nice and helpful. However the rooms are not impressive , just ok. It's clean but the room and slight smells to it. The sheets are clean and decent , but the bathroom is a little small with sliding doors with no vents. If you don't mind paying more or driving, I would suggest to leave this area and there are nicer places for your buck. Ohhh and also very disappointed that they don't even have a fridge!!!! But overall they are just ok.

We came to Boston to visit friends who were located on Charles Street in Beacon Hill. The Wyndham is centrally located, which made it very easy to walk to the trendy Charles Street for shopping and restaurants. From there the park was a close walk, so we were very pleased with the location. The room itself was fine. There were 2 full beds, which was a surprise, since I was expecting either one king or two queen beds, as I haven't stayed in a hotel which offered only full beds before. The bar dow... Read more

Did much research prior to trip. Was looking for a clean, reasonably priced hotel in a great location. This hit the mark exactly. If you are looking for a 5 star luxury hotel, this is not the place, but if you have the same criteria I listed above, this is perfect. Room was ready at check in as planned (even a little early), maid service was very good, and room very clean. I did not really interact much with any staff members, therefore, cannot really comment. I would recommend this hotel ... Read more

I went to Boston for the birth of my son's first child. The Wyndham was the perfect place for me to stay. Not only was the hotel a block from the hospital, but it was around the corner friom Starbucks and Whole Foods. Since the baby was not born on the due date, I had to extend my stay and could not give them a specific day when I would be checking out. The staff was very understanding and accommodating. There was a laundry on the premises which was convenient. The room was clean and comforta... Read more

This hotel is very close to most things in Boston or a quick Uber drive. Very conveniently set next to Whole Foods, CVS and an Au Bon Pain downstairs. It was very easy to grab things for my children without having to go far. The rooms were very clean. The only thing I can say negative is that the cleaning staff talks a lot while they are working and it seems a little disruptive.

I am not sure of the amenities or comfort level of the bed. But I am extremely grateful to the staff that looked after my 84 year old father after he found himself in the middle of Boston unexpectantly. My mother was Med-evacuated off of Nantucket Island and he accompanied her on the flight, luckily after she was settled in at the hospital he was directed to Wyndham Beacon Hill. The staff went above and beyond in making sure my father was heading in the right direction and even helped to find ... Read more

Stayed with my wife for a meeting and to visit family. It is across the street from MGH, most of the business is related to that. The checkin was easy and hotel clean. As others have said rooms are small and I agree, but it is a older hotel. Some have complained about the lack of hot water. It depends on when you use the shower. In the AM it was fine, when I showered in the evening I ran out of hot water. Just time the shower. The mattress is very firm so some may not like that, but fine with me... Read more

We had to stay it was the cheapest option and closest to the Hospital like many others. The room as nice and clean. The bed was defiantly old you could feel the springs and the pillows were very lumpy but overall the room was not bad. I had a problem with all the "staff" at the front door they were always in the way and not really helpful one man kept "teasing" my daughter saying "save some lunch for me" "where you going don't forget about me?" totally creepy and crosses the line of politeness. ... If you are here for an appointment at Massachusetts General it is a perfect location. It is clean and the staff is friendly and I was very comfortable. The hospital is within walking distance. The room was modern and nicely decorated.
