Stayed the night of 1-12-17 for a conference. Typically would stay at a Hilton property as I am a HHonors Member, but since the property was the host hotel for the conference and I wanted to increase networking time I thought I'd give it a try. I used the speedy checkout in the lower lobby (basically just a card drop-box). Apparently there is a glitch in the system because I was charged for the entire contents of the Refreshment Center in my room. According to the GSA this happens often, when ... Read more

I am platinum premiere and been traveling for nearly 20 years exclusively with Marriott. Given the recent merger and the ability to mirror my status with SPG , for the first time I stayed here while on business instead of the courtyard across the street. This was my first experience with Westin and overall it is ok. On the positive notes the self parking garage has spots dedicated for status members ( granted I see no way they can actually police these spots but no one seems to realize that... Read more

We've been staying here at the holidays for almost 15 years. The facility is always updated and clean, and never any issues. For a few years, we had seen a decline in service but this year was an improvement.

The Westin is a great place to stay if visiting Boston and don't want to stay in the City. It is a beautiful well kept hotel and the beds are fabulous. I have stayed there before and will continue to stay there when in Boston.

I was a frequent guest at the westin given i had business in the office park next door. Rooms are very clean and nice. Staff is helpful. Gym is useful. The restaurant is a bit pricey for breakfast but they do have a starbucks like cafe for to go stuff which is much more reasonable. There are a few rooms to avoid - anything that is right above the bar/lounge as the sound travels given the atrium area. (it gets really loud)

Overall, the hotel is fine for a suburban highway hotel. If you are an SPG elite and your benefits are important to you, look elsewhere. I think if you are a regular SPG member, or the location is the most important for you, then this hotel will be fine. The real issues for me are with execution of the promised and stated SPG benefits. As an SPG Platinum member, my upgrade (in a nearly empty hotel) was to a "Reservoir" room, which is basically a room with a highway view. Gee, thanks. There... Read more

Not what you expect from a Westin. The beds are great the room good and clean. Everything else is very poor. No welcome staff no one organising cabs or helping. Main issue is the breakfast team. Food when it comes is fine. Give yourself an hour even that is tight. Terrible attitude and no idea of service. Sorry Westin you have to fix this !

We stayed here for business, and was quite surprised by how open and spacious the lobby, and lobby bar was. Very good for hosting people after a long day of work. Lots of glass windows to give you the feel of being outside, while not dealing with the elements outdoors. It would be nice to see trees rather than freeways, but its better than seeing solid walls. Room I stayed in on the 2nd floor was a little noisy, and wasn't quite sure where the noise was coming from. Will definitely be staying... Read more

$15 per night for self parking and the garage elevator doesn't even work. Had to carry all my bags down from the 3rd floor. For such a large and grand looking hotel, the amenities are sorely lacking. No club lounge for Platinum members, TV in room not working. Not even a complimentary bottle of water. Moving down the road to the Marriott tomorrow.

I have never had a bad experience at Westin hotels. They are always great. I would definitely be staying there again. There rooms are clean, there beds are super comfortable and their staff is friendly.
