The Bostonian Millennium is our choice whenever we travel to Boston...at least once a year for our family trip. It is like our second home with Juan, and Fernando, Hairo, and Kat there greeting and servicing us with smiles and their expertise. Thank you to all of them, plus others too numerous to mention, as our 5-day stay was excellent as usual! A tremendous thanks to Joy Riordan for coordinating our stay and providing adjoining rooms that work so well for the 4 of us, plus our 14-month old ... Read more

I stayed here over memorial day weekend while attending a music festival at the nearby city hall plaza, and couldn't be more pleased with how the stay turned out. I arrived by uber to a beautiful brick paved open air rotunda driveway with a fountain, and the door man (wish I could remember his name) took my bags, found out my room number, and escorted me to the front desk. I was taken care of by Ivy, who accommodated my request for a front facing room. I inquired if the room I was being given ha... Read more

Good service, awesome location. Smaller than I expected, more of a boutique style hotel. The hotel Restaraunt had excellent salmon eggs Benedict and bloody Marys. Right across the street from Quincy Market.

I've stayed in hotels all over the world and The Bostonian is definitely one of my favourites. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. The room was very generous in size, the decor was beautiful and the little powder area was great to do my make up without disturbing my partner while he was in the bathroom. Some reviews mention the noise from the markets but we had a room facing them and we never heard any noise at all. The only downside to the hotel is the exorbitant parking... Read more

Stayed here for 3 nights on the start of our holiday. We arrived earlier than expected but our room was ready and we were able to check in early. The room was spacious and clean with views on fenuli hall. The hotel is a great location on the freedom trail so easy to walk everywhere, although there are 3 T stops nearby for those who prefer traveling on the T. My boyfriend liked he could get a free coffee each morning from the lobby and a lemonade late afternoon!

I'll admit, I wasn't super impressed at first. Our check-in time was 3pm, and we had actually requested an early check-in if possible. At 3pm, we were told it wasn't ready. We sat and waited until 4. For the inconvenience, we were comped the parking fee and given vouchers for the hotel's restaurant. That was reasonable, and we were satisfied with that. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Our room (741) was INCREDIBLE! A corner room with views of Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall on o... Read more

The Millennium Bostonian is in a great location. Even though I was there for business, the location nis great for sightseeing. Itā??s virtually across the street from Quincy Market and Faneuill Hall, while the North End / Little Italy is a 5 minute walk, and the Seaport is a 10 minute walk Mine was a corner room that had a king size bed, desk, desk, chair, very comfy guest chair with ottoman, room safe, small flat screen TV (although none of the channels seem to have HD quality), iron, ironin... Booked this hotel 12 months ago and paid upfront. Glad we did as the price was nearly double when I looked shortly before we set off. The location is the best aspect, very close to lost of key sights. When we arrived there was a private function in the courtyard so we had to enter via a side door through the restaurant. There was also a conference on which took up a whole floor, but this did not disturb us too much. I had asked for a quiet room, and was given 7th floor facing the back whic... Read more

This was my first stay at the Bostonian after many visits to Boston. The lobby was very welcoming and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were very comfortable and updated. Try and get a room with a balcony if available to observe all of the great activity that takes place in and around Faneuil Hall. I will be staying there again in a few weeks and can't wait! Breakfast was great too!

This is far out the best hotel on our trip. We had a perfect room on the 7the Floor with a town view direction Hanover street. Spacious and well decorated room, bathroom plus a storage room for luggage: magnificent solution. Continental breakfast was very well done for a nice price. Valet parking is 49 dollars. Expensive, but normal for Boston. Most of valet parkers did their job well. Reception staff was friendly and helpfull.

We stayed here for a night early June. We had a nice room with an awesome balcony over looking Quincy Market. The Staff and hotel were friendly and helpful. It was very close to some good food places and drinks. Would love to go back and stay here again on a trip to Boston.

Stayed here for 4 nights and thought - this is a great start to our 5 week travel across America / Canada.. Very central and very very nice. Room large with great view..we were on 3rd floor, perhaps higher up would have been better but who cares...view was still great..We went room only - loads of places to eat over the road.

We ended up in a king suite with 3 children. The hotel brought up extra beds for us, and there was still room to spare. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The bathroom was beautiful. I would love to stay here again.

We are routine customers at the Bostonian. We'd like to publicly acknowledge the exceptional service provided by Natasha, the Supervisor. She went above and beyond to ensure our visit was exceptional. The bellmen are also exceptional and so engaging! We will kerp coming back to this fabulous place!!! Thanks again Natasha!

My boyfriend and I selected the Bostonian after doing a ton of research on hotels in Boston since we had never been. It needed to be special because we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary, and we wanted to be somewhere close to great restaurants and night life. The location was absolutely perfect as we were able to walk around the north end and take our pick on the phenomenal restaurants in that area. Troy checked us in and I had just mentioned to him we were there celebrating our annivers... Read more

Excellent location, close to tram, Faneuil Hall. Very spacious room considering it was Boston! Two double beds for myself and my son. Few boutique hotels do have two beds per room, so this was a contributing factor to our reservation. Were able to check our bags early as we were headed to Fenway Park, when we returned with some snacks, the front desk clerk asked if we would like a complimentary refrigerator brought to our room...yes! Staff was all very nice and service oriented. Food at th... Read more

I stayed at this hotel Monday-Friday and received free wifi because our stay met the requirements to receive free wifi. Our room was beautiful! Had everything we needed. The room service pizza was pretty good too! Everyday during the day they would provide guests with free ice tea or lemonade. A downside to the hotel is that you are not allowed to use the fridge that is provided and will be charged if anything is moved. Another downside my particular room had a sky light in it, that had woke my ... Read more

Upon check - in for a night's stay we went up to see our room. We immediately decided to book for another night. Our corner room was spacious with a dressing room and large bath adjacent. It was luxurious. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Ice water awaited us in the lobby as we came in from a warm day of sight seeing which was very much appreciated. The location was in the heart of downtown - ideal! We will definitely return.

The room was excellent and it had a great shower. No issues. Roomy with a great view. The only issue I have and I have it with many hotels is the food prices. They advertise a lobster meal for $20. Awesome but then they want to charge you $6 for a grapefruit or dry cereal ($2 xtra for a banana on top). That's maddening considering the price of the rooms. For that price, you should receive and complimentary breakfast.

We were very pleased with this hotel. We took airport the shuttle bus to the Blue Line "T" (subway) and got off at State Street. $2.75 p/person. Very easy and beats taking a cab! The location of this hotel was excellent. So close to Long Wharf, Faneuil Hall, Quincey Market, Freedom Trail and North End. We had a room with the walk out (only) Juliette balcony facing Faneuil Hall. It appeared some Juliette balconies faced the rear or side of the hotel ~ make sure you request a view of Faneu... The location was perfect for our trip, in the very active Faneuil Hall area. The rooms and views from the rooms were great. The lobby was superbly decorated. The staff top-notch. However, there were NO VEGAN OPTIONS in the restaurant, therefore we had to seek all of our meals elsewhere. I do not understand in this day and age why a restaurant does not include several vegan options on their menu. I am from the Midwest and I find that in major cities here there are vegan options in most restaurant... Read more

I've stayed here for years. Sorry state of affairs. We arrived at 2:00AM. Staff was busy trading stories as they watched my wife and I wrestle our luggage. Surly attitude, dingy dark rooms, cabs unavailable even though it's across from Fanuel Hall ( Hint: use UBER) Great location, formerly good property. It's time for a new owner and a refresh- wait until that happens.

I had a short stay here the night before a trip to Cambridge for a business meeting. With prices being almost universally high I chose this based on location and at least relative price. This hotel features fabulous service. I informed the bellman that I was leaving early so they parked my car out from for quick access. The checkin was swift but polite and the room was surprisingly spacious. I have two SMALL beefs but they're enough to say 4 stars instead of 5. 1) my room was on the second... Read more

Robert (GM) absolutely took care of us! This was our first trip to Boston, and the Bostonian made it very special! From the champagne in our room for our anniversary to the friendly, helpful front desk employee's (Troy in particular) we sure picked the right hotel.
