Hotel was pretty good for the money. Location was good. Service was good. Price was good. They charged $8 for travel advil and so i had to walk 15 minutes to get advil in the middle of the night for a sick family member. Ripping off sick people is bad practices. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

Our stay was perfect - just ending on a sour note having to wait over 1 hour to retrieve our car from the valet. Wish we knew it would have taken that long, we would have grabbed breakfast at the hotel.

We just spent 5 days at the Park Plaza and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Staff/Check In/Check Out The staff is extremely helpful from check in to check out. We arrived around 11am last week and were immediately taken to our room on the 15th floor. Bell Service was quick and friendly. Check out is super easy. The bill was under the door when we woke up. The Park Plaza also emails you several reminders and you can check out online. Quick and easy process! Luggage storage is availa... Read more

This is a great hotel if you want to see downtown Boston and visit historic sites or see a show in the theatre district. This hotel is close to everything so you can pretty much walk to most anything you want to see. The rooms are nice and comfortable.

Hotel is good for meetings, guest rooms are old and the bathroom way to small. Overall no good quality of Mobiliar and inventory (old towels with holes), weaknesses of cleaning (hairs from previous guest in bed and bathroom). Prices for food and drinks are to high. No recommendation.

Stayed here directly from being at the Omni Parker House, due to a change of circumstances. Had previously stayed here - firstly back in 1998, then subsequently, all pre refit. Gosh I was surprised, very different lobby was the first shock. Not sure I liked it, felt a bit too modern for such a grand old hotel. However, was greeted by friendly front desk, and given our room. Superior king on the 8th floor. They have done a lovely job on the hotel, clean, nice view of the street below, not too noi... Read more

Needed to stay in Boston for a Sales conference that was at the hotel. Very nice lobby, clean well appointed room and pleasant professional staff right down to the valet service. Great location for a Boston stay. Would stay again.

Very beautiful lobby and helpful staff upon check in! One suggestion I would have to help out with the green initiative and up the class would be to provide glasses and mugs in the room rather than plastic. The bed was very comfortable! I enjoyed the coffee and tea selection in the room. Will definitely look in to another stay!
