Check-in and out were fast. Our room was typical standard hotel quality, but considering the prices of hotels in the area, this was a good value. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future.

The Sheraton Framingham a perfectly fine value and you will likely be satisfied with your stay. The property is in needs of some significant upgrade: numerous potholes in the parking lot, t missing from the Sheraton sign, from my room you could see the deteriorating exterior, wood that had eroded and fallen off, etc. The rooms were quite comfortable and clean, the lone exception were the completely worn out pleather desk chair in every room that had material flecking off it. The staff here wa... Read more

This is a well located but tired old property in need of an upgrade. The carpet is worn, the roomdoors dented, the chair falling apart and the parking lot a mess. The club room is tiny and steaming hot and the food terrible. We then tried the breakfast and more of the same. FYI , there are no omelets or breakfast menu on the weekend The staff seemed embarrassed, though they tried hard. Finally, the gym was actually recently redone , spacious and very nice.

We were placed on the SPG floor due to my membership, which had a complementary breakfast and food during the day. The room was clean and up to the Sheraton standards. This hotel has a large amount of room for bar mitzvahs, conventions etc, which were all going on while we stayed at the hotel. For a hotel in Framingham, it was really hopping. They have a large amount of parking that does wrap around the hotel, not just the entrance area. We used the pool which was indoors (they have an outdoor p... Read more

My husband had a conference at the Sheraton Framingham so we decided for convenience to stay the night before. It was convenient and that was about it. If we had to do it again, it would be fine but not a top choice. Check in was incredibly slow and at a fairly small counter. It probably took longer than average because a few people in front of me had major complaints about their rooms. Our room was fine, nothing extraordinary, nothing horrible, just fine. But the hotel itself could use a lot of... Read more

We enjoyed our night at the Sheraton celebrating my husband's aunt's 90th birthday. We have stayed there several other times and always enjoyed ourselves. It is a lovely place, clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area.We even enjoyed sitting around the pool, as we had a large group with us and there are many restaurants in the area to take advantage of.

We stayed here for two nights while attending a sports tournament. The hotel was very comfortable. It shows a little age but was clean and quiet. We also ate at the breakfast buffet the next morning and that was very good (even though about $17/person). My kids were thrilled the hotel served Starbucks coffee at the restaurant and in the in-room coffee pot.

This property is showing its age. It could use a complete renovation and would be an amazing place to stay again. My room was clean and the furniture in the room was newer. Let's start with the good-great: 1. Very comfy beds with nice linens. 2. Nice towels and toiletries 3. Hot water with good water pressure 4. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a quality stay. 5. Breakfast buffet was excellent, make sure you try out the custom omelettes! I had some trouble with the inte... Read more

Found this place while driving through and needed a place to stay for the night. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The night we stayed the hotel was packed and the bar tenders went out of their way to make sure you were taken care of. Definitely a shining star at the end of a long day of travel. I would stay here again.

We stayed here for a week while working nearby. As a platinum Starwood member I was upgraded to a suite which was nice. We had 3 guys in the room so with the 2 double beds and sofa bed it worked out very well. Also access to the Club Lounge was nice for drinks and breakfast every day. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, very good. Service was good in the lounge and front desk, couldn't ask for anything more.

This hotel is okay. I stayed here for the Joe Val festival, which is held every year in this hotel and conference center. I think it is one of several festivals that are held here, which may also influence the quality of the rooms. My room had some pretty beat up furniture. These events must be pretty hard on the interior, so I can see why management may be reluctant to replace things right away. I thought the hotel managed their side of things during the event very well, as room service and ma... Read more

Stayed here for a night. 1st return in a long time and not much has changed. Seems quite dated in many ways. Here's my actual critique. Who charges $9.95 for Wifi service in 2016?? Some nay other hotel choices around the area and I'll choose somewhere else next time. Giant under window air conditioning units that are ridiculously loud. You know like the ones motels had in the 60's

We were so excited to see this hotel when we pulled up for our stay but were soon disappointed for various reasons. No refrigerator in the room, the indoor heated pool was closed on Sunday because of chemical issues, no snack machines, restaurant was expensive, toilet valve kept sticking and wouldn't refill without opening the top and jiggling it, and the outdoor pool was borderline disgusting. There were some good things......nice staff, huge gym, and fluffy beds and coverings/slept well. Ba... Read more

Check in took 25 minutes. My wife and I discovered that our room was a handicapped room so I went back to check in to request a regular room. That took 20 minutes of waiting in line again. Our sleep was interrupted at 1:40 am by hotel security pounding on our door demanding to know who was in our room. It seems that our front desk person did not check us in properly and another hotel guest was given the key to our room. Thankfully, I always double lock and chain the door or security would hav... My family and I absolutely love staying at this hotel. I mean after all it's a castle. Both pools are great we especially like the indoor pool they have these neat purple lights and a dry heat sauna. The rooms are spacious Big Comfy beds. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the breakfast 17.50 and not included in the price of the hotel so for a family of 4 expensive for a basic breakfast. The restaurant is nice though. If you get a chance get a tour of the entire Hotel very beautiful architec... Read more

Stayed here with my family while I attended my Master's degree graduation ceremony at Boston University. The staff was wonderful at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable but FYI they use down pillows (not a fan) but will provide foam pillows upon request. I would recommend staying here if visiting downtown Boston. The hotel is just a short ride away and you are not paying large city prices!!

I've stayed at this property a handful of times and I'm always underwhelmed by it. The hotel has done a good job of trying to keep this old property looking good with furniture and decor that is modern and up-to-date; however the details of the hotel need work. Things such as ripped curtains, patched walls, doors that don't seal tight or have a 1" gap letting hallway light shine into your room. I would expect Sheraton to have a sharper image and this property is lacking in the details.

This is a good option for SPG members looking for a convenient full service spot in the area. Very convenient... on Route 9 and just off Mass Pike. The staff has a great attitude, always eager to please... front desk, housekeeping, food and bev. Nice having an outdoor pool (also a separate indoor one) and a great workout area with lots of machines (as it was a Boston Sports Club in the past). Rooms are basic Sheraton... and not that modern, but fine enough. A remodeling to freshen up ... Read more

Hotel looks beautiful from the outside. Free wifi in lobby and in your room if you are spg guest. Breakfast is pretty poor considering they are charging $17 for it, it's supposed to be a buffet, but I had much better selection at other Sheraton properties.

This hotel serves a large number of business travelers, as well as some families / tourists looking to stay outside of Boston. The hotel is not trying to be 4* but rather clearly serving this population by being "fine." I was surprised by the large size of the pool and the existence of both an indoor and outdoor pool and found the evening snacks (5-8pm) and morning breakfast made the club floor a worthwhile choice, esp allowing for different sleeping times in the morning. The food wasn't gre... Read more

Clean room, adequately insulated so it was quiet. The door was hard to close without banging but I wasn't bothered by other guest because of the insulation. My room was not as cool as I needed it to be to sleep well however. The cooling system didn't seem to go below 71-72.

Easy to find, lots of parking (but there was an event, so it was harder to park) . I was pretty scared after I booked, cause I seen all the negative comments but to my surprise I was really satisfied, beds and room really clean. I wasn't impressed with the staff, not very welcoming, more like get your room and go away (not busy at all) Bed was super comfortable! !!!

This stay was a last minute booking on a road trip to Maine. We were pleased by the warm welcome from the front desk and immediately got to our room. The room was large by many hotel standards and while the bathroom was small and dated (the only reason for 4 stars, not 5), it was clean and met our needs. There are plenty of shopping and eating opportunities one turnpike exit up the road ($0.30 toll - woohoo). Lots of parking due to the conference center and we slept well on very comfortable beds...
