I went to Boston to celebrate my sweet 16, and stayed at the Nine Zero. I have never felt so at home in a hotel before !! The atmosphere was so warm and friendly with homemade apple cider available right when you walk in the door, a man waiting to help take my bags up stairs, which was a huge help. I had mentioned to the lady at the front desk that it was my birthday, and when our room was ready and we went up to it, there was a sweet card with chocolate covered strawberries and a few bottles of... It's location is perfect for tourists. VERY conveniently located near the "T" - which is the best way to get around in Boston. The room was modern and in great shape. Wi-Fi is free if you are a member of Kimpton Karma, their rewards program. They only have two elevators, and one was out of service on a busy Sunday, so it was quite a delay. We really enjoy their wine happy hour.

I recently stayed at Nine Zero for a business trip to Boston. I wanted to be downtown, in walking distance to my meetings, to nice shopping areas, and to the cool local tourist spots. Nine Zero was wonderful. On top of the great location, the service was great. The room was extremely comfortable, and it looked out over the old Colonial graveyard. The bar/restaurant downstairs was lively and yummy. Everything was great.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are large and clean. The staff are very friendly. The location is central and convenient. I would recommend staying here! Our only issue was the room was not cleaned up / made for us during the day. However the hotel was very apologetic and made it up to us promptly.

This was our first stay at Nine Zero and we were impressed. We live right outside of Boston and spent the night there for a weekend getaway. Location: the hotel is located in the heart of downtown steps away from Boston Common. It's right next to Suffolk University and within walking distance of great shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc. The Room: We stayed in a room on the top floor with a city view and highly recommend it. Stayed here for three nights. We arrived late, and were greeted with a glass of wine on check-in. Room is very spacious, well appointed. Bathroom is very nice. We had a view over Boston common, very nice. Wine hour every evening is a nice touch. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Well located. About ten minute stroll to North End, right on the freedom trail, seconds to downtown and about five minute stroll to Beacon Hill. Nothing really to fault.

I've long been a fan of Kimpton hotels for their modern decor and top-notch service, but the Nine Zero took things to another level. First, the location is perfect: steps from Boston Common and the T station, it's right in the heart of the city. Second, the room was spacious and cozy, with a beautiful and bright bathroom. Third, the service can't be beat. I missed the 5 o'clock wine hour because I checked in later in the evening and the front desk graciously gave me a glass of wine when I checke... Read more

The location of the Nine Zero is excellent for touring Boston. We chose the Nine Zero because it is extremely pet friendly. Our dog enjoyed the special pet amenities and the location right near Boston Common was very convenient for walks. The view was fantastic, and the amount of room in the space was great. The overall conditions were tired, it looks like we arrived after the party(like a stay at a Hard Rock Hotel). They asked for personal photos and printed and framed them for the bed side tables. A really nice touch. The room had an extra half bath which was a bonus.

I've stayed in many Kimpton hotels and have always enjoyed this "brand" boutique. The Nine Zero built upon the trust I have in the brand. This was my second time in the hotel - the first was for work, and this time I brought my family. We were able to walk to the Fireworks on the Esplanade and the USS Constitution! The room is comfortable and very clean. Overall a good and comfortable stay at this hotel. Some areas for improvement would be staff remembering to introduce ALL facilities to new guests, offering the turn-down service to guests and then remembering to actually do it and not forget two days running which is a bit sloppy. This Hotel is absolutely fantastic. We travel to Boston a lot but this was our first stay here. We were in a Skyline Room on the 19th floor (top floor) for 8 nights. Bright, modern and spotlessly clean Hotel. From the minute you enter the modern lobby you are greeted with a smile and made to feel very welcome. During the hot weather the iced water with different fruits was very welcoming in the lobby area. Also in the morning tea and coffee was complimentary for all guests. A small gesture which... We enjoyed our stay. Nine Zero is a nice boutique hotel in a great location. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Our One Bedroom Queen Suite was spacious and very tastefully decorated. The hotel is within walking distance from the Boston Common and Beacon Hill and is facing one of the old Boston cemeteries which is a part of the Freedom Trail sites. Will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nine Zero, being familiar with Kimpton hotels we had high expectations and they were totally met. Location was brilliant we were just across the road to the common, a few streets away from the trolley bus tour stop,a stroll to the metro station and just around the corner from a good shopping area. Reception were very knowledgeable and helpful,Andrew in particular took us under his wing and helped us plan and execute all our visits. He even managed to get us tickets f... Read more

We recently spent a one night stay using our Kharma points. While some hotels might give you a basic room, we were treated to one of the nicest rooms in the hotel. (With this wonderful Kimpton chain, it is great to have good Kharma!) The staff, from the General Manager, Michal Penek, to the desk staff and room service personnel went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The hotel is a modern, boutique style hotel that is immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. There is in house di... Read more

I stayed here for one night for a work event. I will say that the staff is probably the best I have had at any Kimpton property. Seriously - I wish every hotel had this group of people working in it. From reception to the restaurant, the staff were courteous and kind, and I felt taken care of. However, the room was not up to typical Kimpton standards. The showerhead was leaky, the lights flickered, something was up with the thermostat, and it felt musty. I would have complained, but it was only ... Read more

The Nine Zero staff checked us in ahead of the scheduled time and very quickly! Room was clean and very nice. Great location. Walking distance to many area sites. 12 minute $20 Uber ride from airport.

We chose the Nine Zero mostly because it is a Kimpton Property. This was our first visit to Boston and we wanted a good location and a nice place to relax after full days of sight seeing. When looking for hotels we found Boston, during the week, to be much more expensive than what we were expecting. After the initial sticker shock, we still decided to stay at Nine Zero, knowing we wouldn't regret our decision. We were not disappointed. All the staff were profession and friendly....from Samm... This is our second stay at a Kimpton hotel. We stayed at one of their hotels in DC last year for our first anniversary and we're THRILLED with the brand. They even have a 'secret password' if you follow their social media, say it at check in and you'll get a special prize. This time we got a full bottle of wine! We were originally going to book another hotel due to the fact a room with a view was the same price as a regular room with no view at Nine Zero. All it took was a simple call to the hot... Read more

This hotel was worth the extra money we paid for it. It was clean and the service was outstanding. They have a wine and appetizer thing at 5ish. Where they actually do it in the lobby to include all of their guests for that cocktail hour. If you are out of bed early enough they have iced coffee and coffee with to go cups by the door on your way out ( this made me super happy every morning!). The bar that is connected to the hotel had a very young crowd at night. The breakfast there was expensive... Read more

This is my second time staying at the Nine Zero Hotel in Boston. It's a little expensive but a really great hotel. Not only is the staff super friendly but they have easy valet parking, really comfortable beds and they have free coffee downstairs in the am and free wine at night. I did not bring my dog but it's also worth noting they allow dogs and seem to be really accommodating to them. The location of the hotel is great, it's only a few blocks away from the subway and not a long walk down to ... Read more

I moved to this hotel because of its proximity to my workplace. But then the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by Sabrina at the Front desk who was extremely helpful and had the most welcoming smile ever. As she arranged for my room keys, she also told me about wine hour that happens everyday between 5-6pm in the lobby for all guests. She also told me about the lounge on their second floor and the in room dining. The room type I had booked was pretty small though, but then I was a single occupa... Read more

Quite the quirky fun hotel. In Kimpton style it's very boutique and hip. Lots of attention to detail from the moment you arrive looking like a traveller just off a long flight. That's reflected in the food with the French toast just being heavenly. Only down side and it's not their fault is the location. Great for the common and the trail walk but less so if you want to go shopping. There is a high street (old town) near by but the high end shopping and big shopping centre are a taxi ride away... We loved the area and hotel during our recent stay. The management team offers an early morning run or walk on Tuesday/Thursday and it's a must do. The location made for easy navigation and everything in the city is walkable or easy access to the subway. We highly recommend the hotel!

The location is conveniently located to many popular areas. It's also quiet as it's located across from the burial ground. I walked to Beacon Hill, Aquarium and Chinatown areas within 10-15 min. Staff is very friendly and eager to help.

Nine Zero was an awesome place. The room was really nice inside with a fair amount of room, and a very well-kept bathroom. The lobby is small, but what it lacks in space it makes up with special features like fruit fused water, coffee in the mornings, tea in the afternoon and varies treats throughout the day. What's more, the service is great. The staff really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. It was also perfectly located: it was an easy walking distance from most things and... We checked in with Olivia at the front desk for a two-night stay in Boston. Traveling as a family of four with two young children off a red-eye flight from Honolulu concerned me a bit. Olivia greeted us with a smile and was so helpful in getting us all set in our room. She gave us great suggestions and maps/ directions to all the places on our list. The room was clean and perfect for our family. The location was ideal as it's right on the freedom trail and just a block away in each direction to... Read more
