Centrally located with the best elevators I have ever seen. If you had excessively noisy neighbors you could hear them clearly in the hallway while in your room. Nevertheless I would stay again because of the convenient location.

Great location.Clean modern and comfortable. The lobby bar that was on the second floor is now a Starbucks.Too many TVs in this area.A haven for Sports Lovers. The rooms are nice and also very clean.Pay extra for a high floor with a river is worth it.The concierge level is no longer open on the weekends.

This is a large, business/conference-type hotel with all of the amenities one would expect from such an establishment (e.g., a solid bar-restaurant, a Starbucks, pool with hot tub, sizable modern gym). The location is excellent, as most popular Boston tourist attractions are within walking distance, and there is a T stop about two blocks away just on the other side of the Public Library. The hotel is also connected to the Prudential Center's mall by an enclosed walkway over Huntington Avenue, ... Read more

I grew up in Boston and live in Hong Kong, we did a post Christmas family visit week to downtown Boston and had a delightful time. The key is location location location and we found the staff at the Boston Copley Marriott and the location of the hotel. The connectedness to the Prudential Center, and the proximity to Star Market a great fit for our winter family vacation. It felt as if we were living in downtown Boston. Walking to Pick up the rental car in the basement 100% indoors and drop i... Read more

Stayed one night for a function in town. The rooms are vey clean and the bed was very comfortable. The service was a bit slow at check-in although it was not very busy. Plenty of places to eat and shop at the Copley Place Mall downstairs. Parking garage attached but independently owned.

Very comfortable room, but the bar/restaurant average. Good bed, great location as it is accessible to shopping without going outside. Friendly staff, and a pleasant experience. Solid, but not outstanding.

Stayed here for three consecutive years at conventions; terrific service, rooms, foot, location. Hard to beat. Nearby to Copley Square, Boston Commons, subway stop nearby, restaurants a plenty near the Prudential Center. Champions Lounge on first floor a great bar to meet friends and have a drink. Also Fresh Bites inside the hotel is open all day for food. But be sure to look around the immediate area of the Hotel because lots of great food. If you do give this hotel a try, it may become on... The location is great. It is connected to a mall and the subway and a short walk to major attractions, shopping and restaurants. The Champions restaurant is much better than most hotel restaurants. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms are a bit small and dated. We had an upgraded corner river view room. The room was nice, but small for an upgraded room and the furnishings are dated. The bathroom is really small. They have an elevator system that is a little funky but once you get used to it,... Read more
