We stay here every January and enjoy every minute of our stay. The staff is always friendly and accommodating to all our request. We usually stay on the upper level floors and try to stay on the concierge floor. Being a gold member we like the lounge privileges. Great location for all the shopping and restaurants and for strolling down Newberry street. Prices have always been competitive. for Boston.

I was traveling with my school, and they booked us in this hotel. The area is nice. The hotel has a Starbucks in it. It also has access to many restaurants and shops through indoor passages and corridors. There is a 24 hour grocery right across the street as well. It has a great view of the historical city. My only gripe is only one bed. I had to be roomed with somebody else, and we found the room only had one bed. We called up to the front desk and got a cot brought up. I would still re... Read more

The Marriott is a short indoor walk to the Hynes Convention Center. The hotel is a great business stop with all the amenities. Many dining options within walking distance. Early check in and late check out helped make the stay enjoyable.

As a Marriott member we were given rooms upon our early arrival. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable and views from the 33rd floor were great. The on site cafe was a great place to sit and relax with an afternoon coffee. Very nice hotel, I would recommend it.

Stayed here just before the Holidays for work. Hotel located in the heart of Boston and it is convenient to the night life. Bed was comfortable and elevators were one of the best parts of the stay - personalized, digital elevators that make traveling up and down so convenient and efficient (stay here to see what I am talking about)! Bar in the hotel was great with very good service. I would come back with my wife and family. Thank you Copley Place Marriott!

Stayed at the hotel this past weekend. Checkin was a breeze, valet parking was only $56 not bad for Boston. I had the chili for a late snack at the Champion bar it was great watched the Boston Celtics on the big really big screen. Had a great breakfast the following day it was great.

There seem to be promotions often for rooms here. If you can get a lower rate it's worth staying. The rooms are very nice and comfortable with a lovely washroom. We were fortunate to have access to the Gold Floor. If you can pay extra for this, it is totally worth it. The lounge is opulent with amazing breakfast, snacks all day and lovely evening appetizers.

Marriotts seem to be getting worse and worse. Came to boston for a conference at this hotel. Pulled up in the rain and told that valet parking was full. Signed on to internet and put in my marriott awards info but was still charged for internet. I thought internet charges stopped years ago! Not nice.

We stayed overnight on a Saturday night recently at the end of a long business trip before returning to Europe. Being quite tired we just wanted a drink and a meal before retiring..... but sadly neither is to be found here. The bar is a very lively sports bar which was packed with outside folks, there was a long line to get in and hotel guests get no priority. There is also a smaller lounge area that serves a limited food menu which also had a line of 10+ outsiders waiting to eat/drink. It w... Read more

We stayed the weekend at the Marriot. The location was very central. The staff was helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant, had drinks in the bar and found all aspects to meet or beat our expectations.
