I had traveled all day from Las Vegas and didn't get to the hotel until after dinner. Alexandra, the desk clerk, offered to upgrade my room so I could enjoy the holiday lights every night. I thanked her for the birthday present. Learning it was my birthday she kindly and thoughtfully had wine, cheese/crackers, and petite desserts delivered to my room:) What an amazing gift and the foundation for a wonderful 4 days/nights. Thank you!

Nice contemporary hotel in a very good central location. Walking distance to all major attractions. Easy to get to from the airport - take the Silver Line to South Terminal, then walk 3-4 blocks to the hotel. Nice and comfortable rooms. The fitness center was good with all types of equipment and a swimming pool. The only bad thing is the acoustics - you can hear the adjacent guestroom shower.

This hotel is approximately a 5 minute walk from Amtrak South Station. Check In/Out was smooth and the staff that I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, it is within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the Freedom Trail, Chinatown, a movie theatre, shopping etc. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and this hotel will be at the top of my list whenever I visit Boston.

The hotel was so relaxing. The staff accommodating.I was in town for a conference and even the staff who provided the meals were on standby to take away your plate. My overall experience was great I would stay there the next time I'm in Boston.

Had a lovely time at the Hyatt right in the best part of Boston at the end of October. It was just as the leaves were turning and it was perfect. The hotel is in the Theatre district and just off the Boston Common. The room was perfect for sleeping and lounging after a great day seeing the history of our country! The breakfast was great with lots of choices and the team was very helpful in directing us to local sights and bargains. Thanks to Rachel in house keeping for the warm welcome and great... Read more

Really nice clean place and everyone is nice the only thing is the noise is not good but they do give you complementary ear plugs. Pillows are hard and bathroom doors cute but not much privacy. Staff told us of foot Chinese restaurant. We went and it was awful. Girl who checked us in was really nice and room service guy was excellent!

The rooms were clean. The location is central to all of the activities we were interested in. Bellmen were all fabulous. Always smiling and welcoming. As usual the food and gift shop were overpriced but that is the standard.

The updated rooms seem modern. The bed is comfortable. The location is excellent, close to lots of attractions. Breakfast is Ok too. However, there are a few minor issues. For example, Wifi is very slow, the room condition and the refrigerator in the room can also be better maintained.

We stayed one night and felt like we belonged at this hotel with an international staff and clientele. The decor is sleek and modern. Our room was sparking clean and comfortable, complete with small refrigerator. The restaurant, Avenue One, has an excellent breakfast buffet. For lunch the clam chowder and the white bean soup are outstanding. The host and servers are pleasant and professional. Hot apple cider is offered in the afternoon. Two complementary newspapers are available week-day ... Read more

I love the Hyatt in downtown Boston! Conveniently located near the Common, the theatres, the financial district, and fabulous shopping, it allows me to enjoy my limited time away from the office. It is my preferred hotel for my business trips to Boston!
