we had to take a flight early in the morning from Logan airport, that was the reason we booked this hotel. They also offer a shuttle bus to the airport. They offer a reach buffet breakfast starting from 6 a.m. Our room was large, clean and quite. The staff was friendly. We had only 1 night here but it was pleasant.

Best rate within that immediate area. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Continental breakfast surpassed expectations. Room was clean and comfortable. Not the most modern of decor and could use some updating but for the price I was more than satisfied. Pleased that it was located right next to a large shopping plaza! Overall, it was a good experience!

Booked this hotel because of the Park & Fly deal through stay123.com. A bit confusing to find on the outer edge of a shopping center. Hotel and room were very clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very helpful in recommending choices for a place to eat. Shuttle service to the airport worked without a hitch in both directions.

My wife, infant son, and I stayed here for two nights. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to work around the baby's schedule. We stayed in a room with a queen bed and although it was a little on the small side there was still plenty of room for the crib. Every room has a refrigerator and microwave. The fridge even had a small freezer (most hotel room fridges don't) which proved to be very useful. We select this hotel because of price and location but would return because of the gr... Read more

The room was old and worn and the walls were extremely thin. There were two parties, one ended around 10:30 PM but then started up again around 2:30 AM. That lasted until around 4:00 AM then the loud sex started. We got up at 5:00 AM, showered and left the hotel with out breakfast. I didn't see anyone at the desk to complain to so just left the key cards at the front desk.

Flew into Boston Logan the night before taking a cruise out of Boston's cruise port. Booked purely for the proximity to both and the shuttle service. Everything went off without a hitch. From the time the shuttle driver picked us up at the airport, to check-in, to being offered warm cookies, to a great breakfast and smoothies, to the shuttle to the cruise port, everything was absolutely perfect. The décor in the hotel is a bit dated, but very much fit our needs and the staff could not have ... Read more

I am visiting my son in Winthrop and wanted a hotel fairly close to the airport. The Comfort Inn was the least expensive that had a free breakfast. If I had read the TripAdvisor reviews before I made my reservation, I wouldn't have. Fortunately I didn't read them. This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are more than adequate. Ours has been updated fairly recently. The service is phenomenal. Clogged toilet 9 o'clock at night? Manager himself arrived within five minutes, plunger in hand. Phone does... Read more

This hotel was great for a quick 3 day trip to Boston. Location: Subway is only about a 8min walk away. They do provide a shuttle to and from the subway if you don't fell like walking. If your not a subway person a cab will only cost you about $15 into downtown. Rooms: Spacious and always clean. Breakfast: They serve a complementary breakfast in the morning. I stayed here for a recent conference at the Boston convention center. The hotel has a shuttle every half hour in the morning which was very convenient and was only about 10 minutes and a couple miles away. The breakfast was excellent and a nice start to the day. The only downfall was the internet access on the 6th floor (stayed in room 614) was almost non-existant. This was a diamond in the rough. When searching for hotels in the Boston area everything was so expensive. We found this place for much less than the others. It location is only 4 stops from downtown Boston, so the location is ideal. Free shuttle to the train, so getting around is simple and cheap. A complimentary breakfast, that is much more then just bagels and coffee. The hotel has been recently updated and the rooms are clean and nice.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service from the airport and to the cruise terminal is very reasonable and is wonderful service. The shuttle is free to and from the convention center which was great. It was very easy to board the trolley from there and tour the city. The manager was very helpful and friendly. If we ever are in the area again, we will definitely stay there. It is very close to Target, other shops and some restaurants.

We flew to Boston for an overnight stop before boarding a cruise ship. We didn't get into Boston until about 9:00 PM and were leaving the next morning, so with only about 12 hours to kill, I was looking for a reasonably priced, clean hotel to spend the night. Boy, did I luck out when I booked the Holiday Inn Express Boston! When we arrived at the airport, I called the hotel and had maybe a 5-10 minute wait for a shuttle that picked us up and took us straight to the hotel - no waiting or stopping... Read more

Very friendly hotel. It definitely is in need of a makeover but still clean and well kept. I would also comment that it is overpriced for what it is too. Stayed downtown three previous nights for only $25 more per night.

OK. For some reason Tripadvisor insists that the review I first wrote included some sort of profanity. Having gone over it several times, I can??t find it. So instead, here??s a short version. Room: Clean and fine. Bed: Comfortable, but in the soft end of the scale. Bathroom: OK, but the fan is too noisy. Service: OK Good things: Free parking. Easy access from the freeway. Walking distance from Andrews subway station (Red Line). Located behind a shopping area. Breakfast: OK, but nothin... Read more

This is a friendly hotel. It's just behind the south bay centre, just 10 min by car from the convention centre and around 15 to 20 mins away from downtown. It's clean, has a comfortable bed and free wifi. The breakfast is express so do not expect an elaborate one.. but its good enough to get your day started.

I went to Boston to see colleges with my son October 28, 2016. I stayed over one night. We got there at 11:30. The computer system was not working well so we had to wait. When we went to the room the keys didn't work. The person at the desk was very nice and very helpful. When we finally got in the room. It was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, I fell fast asleep. I slept so good. The breakfast was good. They had sausage and bacon. I like that they had a variety of breakfast foods. The ch... Read more

Everything you can expect of a Holiday Inn ( a nice breakfast, great bed and nice bath). Plus, a good gym (24h), great wifi (free). A walking distance of a applebees and olivegarden. 10 min from the Red line (subway) and 8-10 USD UBER distance from downtown. but the real thumbs up of the hotel is the staff, they are very nice and extremely helpful.

I'd prefer to rate it as fair with 2-1/2 stars but that wasn't an option. The location on Boston Street is in dire need of a remodel. We stayed there because it was only needed for a 6 hour stay and it provided a known name hotel for two-thirds of the price of competitors in the area on that particular night. It provided a small, but clean room with a very pleasant staff. I couldn't give this hotel a recommendation but I will simply say it provided a clean place to sleep.

We stayed four nights. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Their location is south of downtown, a middle class area, with a large mall behind them. No places to eat worthwhile around them, the metro station is about five blocks away on the other side. It is a good value for the price. They have a shuttle service to the airport for $5, and free to the metro station.

The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful! After a long day of traveling and visiting a relative in the hospital I arrived at the hotel in the wee hours of the morning only to find out there was a problem with my reservation thanks to Expedia. The manager on duty Stephen assisted me tremendously with getting a resolution and was extremely professional and courtesy. Despite Expedia's mess up, he was determined to ensure we had a good experience at the hotel and that we did! Thank you S... Read more

Stayed at this hotel last week. The hotel is clean, but dated. It could use a make-over. Breakfast was available in the morning and the hotel offers free Wi-Fi. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Not a whole lot to do in the immediate area. There is a shopping center and a few chain restaurants, but otherwise you need to drive to get to anything else significant. On the recommendation of the hotel staff, we ate dinner at 224 Boston, which was very nice.

Stayed here for two nights before our cruise. Booked this hotel because it had parking. Had no idea where we were going to be. Well just know how pleased we were. ??? Sarah at check-in (with her Boston accent) was so sweet. Our room was fine. Fridge and microwave. Breakfast was very nice as well. Cinnamon rolls ???. Took the T the next day and walked all over. The people at the front desk were always very pleasant and helpful. Definitely a plus when you're from out of town. Used the shuttle t... Read more

Small friendly hotel. Lovely welcome. The staff makes every effort to make the stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean. Shuttle service is available to and from the airport as well as to the T. As the hotel is a bit out of the city center, the price is affordable depending on the season and activities in town. The only problem is the time it takes to get a taxi. Of course they suggest Uber ...
