so the good. It is at airport, mostly. connected to Delta terminal but not really for any other airlines. Shuttle runs to airport every 15 minutes. They will pick you up from Rental car facility. All positives. I have to give kudos to service I had mistakenly made reservation for next month. They were very accommodating in getting me a room so I am thankful. Room was very good except no refrig even a mini. They have a lounge for Hilton members on 10th floor very nice. unique location ... Read more

Hotel within walking distance of the airport. The signs leading one from the terminal to hotel are infrequent and confusing.mhotel front desk didn't give us the correct schedule for their early morning courtesy Van . A big hotel that knows that they have a great ,convent location at Logan Airport. Would avoid using if possible. Very pricey

We stayed here on our way out of Boston and it worked perfectly. We dropped our car at the rental car place and their shuttle picked us up. The digital key for Hilton Honors members worked fantastic, plus if you are flying Delta you can walk across a bridge to get to your terminal. Plus the pub in the lobby is a great place to grab a drink. A perfect airport hotel!

We had an early flight from Logan, and we decided just to stay at the airport. The convenience was worth the extra price for us. We didn't have to keep the rental longer, and we could just roll our luggage across the skybridge when the time came. The convenience was excellent, and I would stay again if in the same situation. The staff was helpful during our check-in. We were upgraded to a gorgeous room with a skyline view of Boston. We could also see a bit of Terminal A. Even though it was very... Read more

I had booked the Hilton for a one night stay before my first vacation with my boyfriend. I booked the room FAR in advance, and even had signed up for the honors program. I usually stay at the Westin Waterfront, and have never had a bad experience there, but figured I would give the Hilton a try because it's convenient to Logan for an early morning flight. Upon arrival, the bell desk was helpful, nothing bad to say here. As I entered, I checked in using the Hilton Honors entrance. Mind you, I ha... Read more

My husband and I booked this hotel for an over night layover. The beds are really comfortable and we had a beautiful view from our room window. You can also get to the airport without having to go outside (nice if it's raining the morning of your flight.) It's hard to get food delivered however. Only 2 restaurants delivered to the hotel, and I'm not sure how close other restaurants are if you decide to catch an Uber or walk. As in any airport hotel, the only reason to stay here is due to travel arrangements and due to the need to rest before a flight, etc. For this purpose, the hotel is ideal, and due to location has an advantage impossible to beat. Said that, and because the location is key, the hotel needs to be clean, functional, and offer basic good services. As said, the hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the terminal, ok clean, with good and efficient staff and good services in general. Only negative point i... Read more

I stayed in the Hilton Boston Logan three years ago almost to the day. My review of that experience seems rapturous compared to the one I am to post today. In summary, this Hotel needs to be refreshed as soon as possible. It looks like it has been "rode hard and put away wet" as we say in Texas. It simply has not been touched and suffered a great deal of wear and tear. Carpets are worn and dirty. So are the walls, so is the furniture. Our sheets, while clean, had holes in them. The TV ... relatively far to walk to get there from the airport. one needs to pass by the parking lot which may be rather quiet in the evening/early morning. Many old carpets everywhere, one does not know what lives in them. Bathroom needs renovation as does the room in general. Rooms are quiet, not far from Cambridge. Beds are good. No German Tv station.

The hotel itself is very nice, and the staff friendly. The only disappointment was that we expected the hotel to be right on the subway line. You need to take a shuttle to the airport station. Lucky for us we never waited long, but we were in for the marathon and it was busy. Coming back to the hotel we often took the free airport bus loop from the subway station to the terminal (A, if I remember correctly) and walked back to the hotel since those buildings were connected.

Although attached to the airport, this hotel is far from close. After a 20 minute walk from Terminal B, we arrived to the room eager to take showers. Unfortunately we found curly black hairs in our bathtub but after 12 hours of traveling we were too tired to move rooms so we just rinsed them down the drain. We needed a refrigerator to keep some food cold, so we called Guest Services and requested one. A guy named Billy grudgingly answered the phone and said "I'll have housekeeping send one up" .... Very, very nice hotel with a great restaurant. Wonderful place to rest either before or after a long flight. Comfortable beds and lovely decor. Coffee bar opens at 5:30 as does the great b'fast restaurant. Access available via the sky bridge from the airport but with lots of luggage this is a long walk. Shuttles from airport are crowded so getting to the airport via a shuttle might take longer than you might expect.

The hotel is walking distance from the airport terminals. The rooms are spacious and in good condition. Very nice views of the airport. Staff are friendly and attentive. Great if your airline of choice touches down early, but if you have to pick up a rental car, the few minutes saved will most likely go down the drain, with many more, for the airport's free bus shuttle to the new rental car center (which you have to take) awful. It seems to stop everywhere in the greater Boston area before .arriving at the center. Very frustrating. Trust the airport big wigs.and the rental companies do something. Dropping the car off was much easier.

I've stayed at the Hilton Boston Logan Airport twice in the past month. There's plenty to like: The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean. Check-in and checkout were quick and easy. The location is convenient if you're arriving or departing from Logan. The lower rating comes from disappointing service on two fronts. The first is shuttle pickup. Our stay at this Hilton was brief, but very enjoyable. We arrived late into Logan on a Friday, and stayed at this location due to it's being next to the airport. That allowed us to take a shuttle back to the airport's car rental area early the next morning before continuing on our drive. The staff was extremely friendly, even at our post-midnight arrival. The rooms were very clean and well kept, and in the morning the Starbucks in the lobby made for a convenient and quick breakfast.

Unbeatable location on airport ..walkway to the terminal directly ..couldn't be easier ..typical airport hotel ..don't check in for a romantic weekend ..do check in for an airport transit ! Stayed at this hotel 2 nights ago. First, when they say the hotel is attached to the airport...their idea of "attached" is different than mine. It was at least a 2 mile walk with luggage from my terminal. I probably should've taken the shuttle. Next, this is not a full service hotel. Room service is only available for dinner which is so odd. Breakfast is a mediocre buffet for $27/each. And the rooms are old, especially for $300 per night. Rip off.

The Hilton at Logan was super-convenient especially to Terminal A (Delta and Southwest). I was on an early AM Southwest flight and literally made it to the terminal and through security in <20 minutes with TSA pre-check. Food choices in the evening are not great at the hotel (just one kind of so-so restaurant), but overall a great and convenient stay.

I stayed just one night and the Hilton is certainly incredible convenient for the airport. It is also very clean, tidy, and well-specified. One downside for me is that there's very little scope for a stroll; there's a path running amidst lawns and a few trees around the hotel but, outside of that, there's just a maze of roads and runways. I also found the place a bit lacking in atmosphere until I tried the Publik House where the food and beer were excellent, the service was brilliant, and there ... Read more

My husband and I had the chance to stay here on a recent trip to Boston for a wedding. We spent two separate nights at the hotel. One on the way in, and one on the way out. Conveniently located on the airport proper, and you can either walk to the hotel via Terminals A or E, or take the shuttle. Typical airport hotel, with typical amenities, but being Boston be prepared for HIGH room rates. Nearly $300 after taxes for one night's stay. It's not impossible to get off the airport and into Boston for other dining options (depending on how much time you have), but if you can't the dining options at the hotel aren't the greatest.

I have stayed at a few airport connected hotels in the past but this one exceeded expectations. It was quiet, very nice and had much larger rooms than you find in the city. Great for late arrivals or early departures. I will be staying here again.

We stayed at the Hilton Boston Airport (one needs to be careful not to confuse it with the Garden View nearby) on 2 separate nights. It is well placed for a late arrival or an early departure. ThE hotel is connected to terminal A by a long walk but it is easier to take the hotel shuttle, which comes by about every 15 minutes. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. We ate at the hotel's "pub" restaurant, which we enjoyed and at reasonable (for a hotel) prices. My only "gripe" is that t... Read more

I was meeting my wife flying in a day after from her own business trip so didnt want to travel too far as i arrived late the night before. Overall very nice hotel with front desk staff that were indifferent. We were there for a bus tour orientation and the staff did not provide us with direction as to the meeting room. They did provide us with literature for Caravan which did not include this detail. The toilet did not flush in our room although overall, a very nice stay. This hotel certainly could invest in pillows as ours were uncomfortable.

This is your average airport hotel - walk to it from the terminal (it's a really roundabout walk). The noise from the planes isn't too bad. I checked in really late and saw that they offered box lunches for purchase after the kitchen closed. I went to the front desk and the guy working clearly had no clue what I was talking about - but he went and chased one down for me, asked me what I wanted in the box, and then gave it to me for free because I waited. This hotel is accessible from Terminal A. We walked up to the escalator, and, the skywalk-garage Elevator-Hotel Bridge led us to 2nd floor Banquet corridor, then to the lobby. This is quite doable at 12 min. for the first timer, and, surely no brainer for a repeat visitor. As we had requested an ADA room, and a decent view, the check-in staff instantly moved us to 8th floor executive floor, which offers some extra service like cocktails IF we stayed during F-S during the afternoon, but, we were... This is probably the closest airport hotel you can find in Boston area. You can directly walk to Terminal A or E via sky bridge or take the shuttle to B or C terminal. Their shuttles run every 15 mins for 24 hours which is super convenient for early flight passengers. Besides, I was amazed how quiet the room I stayed, especially this hotel is just next to airport. I do enjoy the day I stayed here although it is a little bit pricey.

As one would expect, from Hilton, the property was very nice. It also couldn't be more convenient to Boston Logan. The purpose of our stay was "pre-cruise". The Hotel doesn't offer a shuttle to the Cruiseport but Taxis are easy and convenient. This was our first visit to the Boston area. I would stay there again if going to Boston for a cruise.

Yes, its a Hilton property, but not what you would expect. This place is old, needs some TLC and serious money spent within the property. Arrived to be told 'our lounge is closed as its the weekend' called for room service, not available until 5pm, no good if you are working in your room??
