As a Hilton Diamond member, I have never encountered a situation where the restaurant on site would not accept credit cards or allow me to charge the meal to my room. In addition, the breakfast coupon for a $10 credit on the continental breakfast could not be used because it was not available. I was very impressed with my stay here. The front desk/concierge desk staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful people. The location was fantastic, walking distance to Quincy Market and Government Center. The king bed was very comfy and the bathroom was very clean with cool, modern looking fixtures.

Not the "4" diamond hotel they say it is. The location is great close to the harbor, the commons and tons of resturaunt and bars and the windows open partially so you can get fresh air. That is about all that is good. I picked this hotel because of the location and because I am a Hilton member. As far as location went, it was great. Right near Faneuil Hall and Quincy market, short walk to the aquarium and long wharf, freedom trail and Boston Commons. Not worth the money though. The hotel is in a great location for walking around the city. The room was clean. The fitness area was great! The only complaints was, the rooms where dated and the hair dryer, I had to hold a towel in my hand, so I would not get burned. The other thing was the shower curtain never stayed closed and water was everywhere. They had one restaurant but it was not owned by the hotel you could not charge to your room. The plus was there is lots of great restaurants near by.

I travel to Boston for business with some regularity but had not stayed at this Hilton before. The location was ideal and the rates were good so I gave it a try. The check-in experience was good, but things went downhill rapidly from there. Located further away from Faneuil Hall than the name suggests, the hotel is unfortunately quite noisy. Street noise reaches up. The room itself was very comfortable and in good condition. Historical charm & modern amenities. Conveniently located within walking distance to shopping, tourist attractions, dining & bars. Extremely clean & well run hotel. What a wonderful experience. Just minutes walking to major attractions in the city. Close to the marina/bay/Faneuil Hall, Quincy Street Marketplace and Little Italy. The staff are very accommodating and extremely helpful. We talked to two great concierges and they gave us spot on information to enjoy our trip even further. Kudos to this team of employees.

Literally the only hotel available in the city so I wasn't expecting all that much. I was wrong. I cannot think of a better location for staying in Boston. Close to the waterfront, restaurants, and the Freedom trail. The hotel is lovely and almost everyone was wonderful. The hotel is really well located in the heart of Boston, a couple blocks from Faneuil Hall where you can then follow the freedom trail across town. There are not too many restaurants opened nearby on the weekend as it is also close by the Financial District. But as mentioned, if you go a little further you can find a lot of places to eat. Location is convenient for walking anywhere in downtown Boston as well as across the bridge to Seaport. Be aware, however, that this is in the financial district so most cafes are closed on weekends. Staff is very friendly. But rooms are pretty small and dark. No complimentary water bottles. A bit noisy as well. Took 40 minutes Friday morning for valet to get my car. I think there's better options than this one.

Great location but the building is in a tight block so views are VERY limited. Lot of construction around so can be noisy. Staff was friendly, no issues with service. I would stay again but in reality, if you are coming a true vacation, a view is important. Thats not here.

The Downtown Hilton/Fanueil Hall Hotel is perfectly located for the perfect vacation experience. My wife and I recently stayed for four nights. It is within easy walking distance of many things to visit or sight see. The staff was great and helpful. None of the interactions with the staff felt forced or obligatory. The rooms are slightly small compared to other hotels, but comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again for future trips. It is located in a central location which is accessible to major points of interest.

Got the reservation at a discount through a secondary vendor. A beautifully restored building. Our room didn't have a view but was nicely appointed. We didn't spend a lot of time in it anyway. Staff was very pleasant and did a bag check for us as we arrived earlier than we could check in. Super location. Close to lots of stuff and not much of a deal to manage getting to a Fenway game! We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Fanueil Hall in Boston. If you need something, just ask and the staff will make every attempt to make it possible. I had them order roses for my wife's birthday. All I had to do was pay for the roses. The concierge took care of the rest. Great location!

We enjoyed the ambiance of this Hilton near the Harbor in Boston, and close to the historic areas. Easy to walk to these. Only problem was with their soft and bouncy beds. If that is what you like, then you would love this hotel. If not, you might consider other options. The dining room was especially considerate of my extensive food allergies. This is certainly not a 4 star hotel. We are Hilton Honors members and have never stayed at a more disappointing Hilton property. The biggest issue seemed to be the housekeeping failures. Our room was consistently dirty throughout the stay. Housekeeping never serviced or cleaned our room in the 3 days we stayed. At the last minute we had to cancel one hotel and find another. We found this property and in the beginning did not know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised at the location but more importantly the excellent level of service received. We were new to the Boston area and with the assistance of staff were able to maneuver around with ease. We would definitely stay at this property again.

I will keep this simple - it's a very nice hotel with big rooms in a great location. Ideal for business, due to proximity to downtown. The staff were all very friendly from the front desk to the doorman. I didn't eat there so cannot comment on the food but I liked staying there.

We had a brief lay over in Boston and wanted to stay near the water. The room was pricy, around $300, but that is what they tend to go for in downtown Boston. The staff was very friendly. The room was pretty much standard issue Hilton, but with a nice view of the water. I would stay there again.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the harbor and other historic sites and places of interest. The staff were helpful and attentive and it is located in the financial district of the city so it was a very quiet area on the weekend when we were there. This hotel is located right in the heart of Boston and walking distance from almost every major attraction. The staff and concierge desk were very helpful and made our stay even better. Check in was quick except concierge Barry insists on your providing him the date a package was received if the hotel didn't track it and give you an ID number. Fortunately, Ali was more helpful. I've stayed here a number of times over the the years on business. A quick 20-30 minutes from the airport that is close to business and sites. The rooms are spacious, clean and the amenities are nice. A 5-10 minute walk to Fanueil Hall and plenty of bars and restaurants within the area. Staff is friendly and the doormen are a great! This is always my preferred hotel when here on business!

Came into the city for a wedding. This hotel is very well located near Faneuil Hall and 60 State Street, where the wedding took place. Walked everywhere..... State House, Freedom Trail, Faneuil Hall Marketplace, North End and more. I would stay here again. Parked a few blocks away In garage for only $9 a day! Other person found a free parking spot on the street for two days! Plenty of places nearby for coffee and snacks.

Staff is marvelous, helpful and attentive, and the location is right in the middle of everything, yet is on a nice quiet block. Great place for couples or families, as rooms are good sized for downtown city location. Interesting restaurants and bars short walk from hotel.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Unfortunately, the hotel room was very poorly maintained. Dirty carpet, non-working lamps, ripped wallpaper, peeling paint and dirty grout in the shower. Hilton is a brand people associate with as a mid-to upper-level hotel, but this particular hotel fell short of that standard. The hotel is nice and staff great, but it shows it's age. We had peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and it's clear the carpet hasn't been deep cleaned in a long time. It's clearly dirty in traffic areas vs the corners. I'd expect a bit more for the $379/night we paid. Location is close to the north end (10 minute walk).

Nice hotel in walking distance to the Freedom Trail and the waterfront. Exceptional front desk and concierge. Beautiful room overlooking the waterfront. Liked the online check in feature which allowed me to choose a specific room for our stay--high floor with water view close to elevators. Good room service and a nice restaurant and bar too.

Hilton hotel could be better if it weren't for the breakfast coupon. There is no executive lounge. I have diamond status - and I find it really cheap to have to choose a piece of bread, a fruit, etc. It really takes away from the idea of staying in a nice hotel (many American Hiltons feel cheap for this reason). So, good hotel, but not great.

Beautiful hotel and courteous staff rooms beautiful &comfortable. A bit pricey but well worth it. No breakfast included with the price. Great location walking distance to so much Hotel located in Financial district so not much opened on Sunday morning for Breakfast

Decent location & staffed by professionals. Although the facility & rooms are a little dated, they are clean. Room rates & parking are both high. There are other good lodging options (hotel, bnb, rent by owner, etc) in Boston that are similar in quality but more reasonably priced.

Decided to try out Hilton instead of Marriott in this second trip to Boston. The location is in the Financial District, thus making for a lively daytime location. The international airport was 10 minutes away in light traffic. Faneuil Hall is just 10 minutes' walk away, and the Wharf is across the next block. This hotel is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants and the train should you want to venture farther. We stayed 3 days over a long weekend. Check-in was fast and friendly and we were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite which was wonderful. Everything was clean and the beds were so comfortable and a joy to curl up in after a long day out and about. We will definitely stay here again on any future trips to Boston.

We are Hilton Honors members. We booked the room directly on the hotel website. Got here early and were able to check in before 10am with $25 upgrade to a larger room on higher floor. The room is spacious with great views of the surrounding. Quiet, clean and had everything that we needed. We were surprised to see Thomas Peter Roth for the bath material. Had a WONDERFUL time at the Hilton Faneuil Hall! Spotless elegant room and great service. Location central. Another great stay at our favorite Hilton hotels. Beautiful lounge and restaurant. The staff was most helpful with reservations and transportation. I recommend Hilton hotels for your stay.

The hotel itself was a perfect location for access to everything. Staff was professional and courteous. Our only complaint is no fault of the hotel's at all. We were in the 4th floor corner of Batterymarch/Franklin. When the bar down the street let out the patrons were very loud over the weekend. Again no fault of the hotel.

Hotel was very clean. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. It is in walking distance of all the major attraction in Downtown Boston. Fitness room is awesome and business center has everything you need. My family had a very pleasant stay.

Average room a little shabby with a chunk out of the bathroom door and dirty marks on carpet. I have stayed in better. Staff were very nice which compensated somewhat. Pity that the consumables were not re-stocked every day and the bed linen was not changed every 3 days as advertised

I'm torn about this Hilton. Apart from the receptionist who checked us in (she seemed quite off about something and didn't even attempt to smile and greet us) all were very friendly and helpful and helped with many things including giving me some band aids for a sore toe. Concierge helped with many things including booking a restaurant for us on Thanksgiving as there were limited options on that day and thankfully saved us from trudging around finding somewhere to eat. The doormen and bellman are the only good thing about this hotel. RUDE management, no hot water in room. I asked for a kettle to boil some water to take a bath and was given a 500ml jug of hot water. Engineer came to my room about 10pm to fix and ended up filling the tub with hot water from the sink. The smell of horrific body odor that filled my room after made it impossible to sleep. Very close to everything. Very clean. Staff professional and accommodating. In room dining was better than one typically gets in a hotel. Staff knowledgeable about history and transportation options. Would stay there again

Stayed here for a quick weekend trip. Location was convenient to many of the Boston tourist spots and to the T, making it easy to get around. Neighborhood does get a bit quiet at night though. Room was clean and neat. Our biggest complaint would be about the lights in the bathroom, we appreciate the hotel trying to be green but, the lights would switch off and on randomly, including all night and while we were in the bathroom! Would consider staying here again.
