Felt like a 5 star hotel. Clean, staff was excellent and great location. I already plan on staying here on my next trip. Restaurant was great and close to a lot of fun places to hang out. Plus, in walking distance of Quincy Market.

I'm often in a hotel 2-3 nights a week for business and was very impressed with the King room at this hotel. The room was well appointed, clean and had excellent views. Internet was fast and facililities well maintained. Will definately return for business.

We love this hotel and find it's location is very conducive to seeing the sights around Boston and shopping. We loved the outside doorman, Rob T, and he has many suggestions on places to eat and visit. The rooms are a good size and the hotel itself has a couple of nice restaurants in it.

What a delight to find an remodel of the Hilton, the corner room was great, the staff were terrific, the neighborhood delightful and was definitely the center of Boston's universe!!! The Fin restaurant was lively and many options were offered. I have added this Hilton to my return list for my next visit to Boston.

Stayed here three nights, had a great stay. The Hotel is in a great location in the Financial District of Boston. It was a short walk to Boston Harbor, aquarium, and Freedom Trail. Lots of restaurants and pubs nearby. Great room and staff. Got some gentle ribbing from the concierge about my southern accent, funny coming from a Bostonian.

This hotel is located just 1/2 mile from Faneuil Hall/Quincy Market. As it's in a business district, the surrounding stores and places to eat are not open on weekends. Room was clean, quiet. There are two entrances, one on Broad Street and the other on Batterymarch Street. Wifi is paid (free in lobby) but since we were only staying one night they gave us a code for complimentary access.

I am a Hilton diamond member and stay here several times a year during the summer on pleasure with the family as the location is primo to the city. During a previous review I rated them fairly poorly, as poorly as possible to say the least. I can not say enough great things about this most recent stay however and in fairness felt it equitable to remove the poor review as it was not just to the current level of service and provisions. From checkin to check out it was fantastic. The room was... Read more

Nice hotel with friendly staff, nice decor in the hallways and beautiful room and bathroom decor. I got a good price and I would stay here again. Didn't like the small windows, but that's what you get with a lot of older buildings in downtown Boston. Didn't like the automatic bathroom lights, turning themselves on and off at stupid times. Room temp was hard to control and inconsistent, one corner of the room always cold. Work desk was counter height, too high to work comfortably. Bed ... Read more
