We stayed here before an overseas flight. The room was clean and the usual Embassy Suites quality. I was a bit disappointed that the room overlooked the dining area which was a bit noisy later into the evening. Otherwise all was as expected a t Embassy. The shuttle to and from the airport was prompt and convenient.

First off, while this is an Embassy Suites, the fact that it is in Massachusetts means that it cannot have proper manager's reception, which is pretty much a trademark benefit for choosing the Embassy Suites brand. They do have the breakfast, but having this branding could be misleading. That said... The hotel's best feature is it's location. I dropped off the car at the rental car facility and walked to the hotel. I was also able to quickly walk to the Airport T Station. Hotel is cle... Read more

So easy and convenient. If you have an early flight this is the way to go. Take the water taxi to access Boston via the harbor. Also is a Hilton so that I like. Close to santarpios if you like pizza or are with the kids. Courtesy shuttle to all airlines. #myembassysuitesstay

Nice hotel convenient clean helpful friendly staff - great price. We scheduled a family vacation - we were 6 adults 3 children and an infant. They had our rooms adjacent to each other so we could stay in touch easily. We took the shuttle back in forth to the airport - no need to park the cars or unloading lots of luggage when we were already stressed and excited to travel. Rooms were clean, we upgraded so had snacks in our room - the best way to start a week long vacation.

The room is spacious, and comfortable. It seems to have everything a person needs: two television sets, clock radio, iron and iron board, coffee, tea, refrigerator, plenty of soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, microwave, sofa, complimentary Internet, and breakfast. There is an indoor pool, bar, restaurant ( the food rather tasty), and a work out room. They offer a plentiful breakfast! I found this hotel extremely nice.

Embassy Suites picked us up from Logan Airport in less than 10 min after we called at 3:30am! We were checked in on the phone earlier to enable us to get to our within minutes and that was very important since we had to face a transatlantic flight the next day. The shuttle is fast, staff helpful. When you just need a little more room it's a great lay over.

Embassy Suites never fails to deliver a solid hotel stay, and the one next to Logan airport lives up to that statement. A little hard to find if you are coming from Boston and didn't make note of the rather small print about exiting at the airport rather than what Google tells you, but once there, it's a good place to hang your hat between flights. The lobby is cavernous and somewhat impersonal, but it has a decent restaurant that was a lifesaver dinner-wise when we arrived at 9pm. The qualit... Read more

We booked an accessible room but were told none was available. The restaurant server was attentive & pleasant. We had to leave 530 am next morning, but could not get any help w our bags. Neither the front desk nor the bell desk would answer. I started moving the bags downstair, which took 4 trips. The bell desk finally picked up during these trips, but no one showed up. While I was in the lobby, the front desk staff had people waiting & were ignoring phone calls. Never again.

Flying home from Amsterdam and connecting to a domestic carrier forced a choice of slogging through another 4.5 hours on an airplane and arriving at midnight or stay one night and depart early morning. We were bogged down with 5 pieces of luggage (don't ask it is a sore point) and you can image the hassle of gathering 5 bags on a cart through customs and then navigating to the hotel pick up spot and t... One of the main reasons I pick embassy over the hilton hotel near there was because of the manager reception so I feel there should have been a note when booking that there is no free alcohol due to some law. We stayed here for three nights and found the location really convenient for trips downtown, as well as for the airport and car rental centre. On arrival at the airport, we followed signs for "Hotel Shuttle Buses" and waited for only a few minutes before the hotel shuttle bus arrived. A 5-7 minute stroll through the park gets you to the subway station and it's only a ten minute journey to the Aquarium stop, handy for the main tourist area. I booked this hotel for one reason - its location. I was flying out of the airport early the next morning. I ordered room service as soon as I got to my room, starving, and was surprised that I had some problems doing so - the person who answered the phone didn't understand me very well (I think they weren't a fluent English speaker) and it took me several minutes to order. Got this room so my kid could go to Comicon -- it was convenient, but it is one of those airport hotels that just need to gouge you on everything! e.g.: room service: look a hotel is a hotel, but room service at the Embassy Suites comes with a $5 dollar service charge AND an 18 percent "tip" (and who gets that) so your already $15 burger is $24 to get it to your room. My daughter and I stayed at this property on November 8, 2016. We booked on points and I have Hilton Gold. On arrival we asked for and were given an upgrade to a premium suite. The suite was great -- much larger than usual for an Embassy Suites. The only downside was that we were hoping that the premium suite would come with access to the snack and drink cabinet that so many Embassy Suites have started providing for guests in the premium suites but this location does not have one and simply hand... My husband and I are never disappointed when we stay at an "Embassy Suites." Our room was comfortable and spacious. The evening snacks were plentiful and tasty and the breakfast was delicious. People at the desk were helpful and knowledgeable. Some of the reviews which I read before traveling had some less than positive comments, but our visit proved them wrong.

Used Hhonors points. Great stay. MA law does not allow alcohol at evening social. Old Town trolley picks up and drops off at the hotel so we only had to use the T or a taxi once to get back and forth to downtown. Shuttle to airport took less than 10 minutes. Boston is my new favorite US city to visit.

This hotel is very conveniently located at the Boston Logan Airport, and has a shuttle to/ from the Airport that is very convenient. The rooms are laid out very well, and are well appointed. The Complimentary Wi-Fi for HHONORS members is very convenient. The Free Breakfast is a great perk, and the selection is very good. The evening reception has nice snacks and drinks.

I was delayed by a British Airways flight BOS - LHR -DEL on November 3rd. The flight on the 3rd was cancelled and passengers were provided a hotel and meal voucher at the Embassy Suites. There was no airport shuttle available that night (11:30pm) so I paid $13 for a cab. I was further delayed by another day and provided a second hotel and meal voucher by BA. When I presented the 2nd voucher the front desk staff questioned that the voucher was for both meals and the room and I had to wait for ... Read more

Adjacent to the airport, but no airport noise. A 10-15 minute drive from downtown. Very well kept. For the Boston area, a very good buy. On my next trip to Boston, I won't even think about staying anywhere else.

Unfortunately this was not the case. Specifically I called down to the front desk to ask if they could please ask my neighbors to fight quieter. FD staff said they would note noise complaints. I said that it was not fair that I had to be the that had to move. I had already moved from my first room due to paper thin walls, into the second room, where I heard crying as if there was no wall, onto what I was hoping was my final move for the night. I was told that there were no other rooms available.... Read more

Hi i originally was traveling for pleasure to see my daughter perform at her college. She got hurt and was in crutches. Husband had to book a few extra days with what we were able afford. Stayed at this hotel and Hampton Inn. I must say a huge disappointment with service at this place. Asked for handicap room so she would be able to shower more comfortably, denied. Front desk person did not even try. There were not welcoming or pleasant when checking in. Almost seemeed like the enployees to his ... Read more

In Boston for business and due to busy time could only find Hilton room at this location. Found it comfortable and surprisingly convenient to downtown. Able to hop on the T and just a few stops away from the North End and tourist areas. It is a very good alternative hotel to the expensive ones downtown.

Have traveled to 66 nations and stayed at the finest and worst hotels around the world and have never witnessed a front desk "manager" as rude as Daniel. His initial greeting to my colleagues and I was that he wished he wasn't working tonight...then he proceeded to deny two Diamond members a simple bottle of water and got into a verbal sparring match with the two guests. All while other business travelers waited to be checked in. Despite there being close to 50 or so bottles of water in plain... Read more

Hotel is in a very tired looking state. Front desk employees also looked sloppy and tired and not real interested in welcoming us. Also, forgot our wake up call and could have caused an issue had our flight been earlier.

We stayed overnight at this hotel because it was a Hilton snd close to the airport. The exterior and lobby were nice enough but the rooms need help. It was dingy, water damage on the ceiling tiles, stained bedding, carpet, etc the wallpaper was peeling. I guess I just expected more from them..

Was not told that the free happy hour was against the law in Mass, and that was one of the deciding factors when making our fecision. Also the parking is 40 a day not a stay. Everything else and everyone at the hotel were fine .

Whether you are looking for somewhere to stay over for the night or a great place for your family and friends, this hotel is a great idea. The staff was warm and inviting. The breakfast and evening reception offered pretty tasty food, the omelet station was the best. The rooms are adequate.

The staff here, in particular Mike King, was outstanding. We needed to leave car & Mike suggested leave at hotel & we'll match or beat price of long term parking. #MyEmbassyStay Restaurant had great food. I'll stay here for every flight early out of Boston.

Where to begin....when I booked I asked for a quiet room so I was right next to the elevator. Plus the condition of the room was poor, the net curtains were ripped and the walls marked etc. I requested a move, moved to another room, condition still poor, peeling wallpaper, stained couch but I figured oh well. Then attempted to have a shower and the water pressure was so low it was almost impossible. Back to reception. Now 'upgraded' to the 10th floor. All ok. However, don't ever book a ' premier... Unacceptable Hilton experience. Due to an extremely loud air unit I removed the cover. The filter was cover with dust, dirt, and other undefinable materials. Dangerous air quality and unhealthy. Surely the guest experience in terrible, but moreover, there is certainly a management and leadership problem to tolerate this and expose Loyal guests to these conditions. Room is 207 to ensure I provide Specifics to the Hilton responders. Check it and determine if You would subject your family to ... Read more

We arrived from an international flight on Thanksgiving Day. We had 2 rooms booked. One was a king room for my parents and the other 2 doubles for my husband, kids and myself. After waiting close to 10 minutes to check in (clerk was on a call and didn't appear to have any other help), I explained that we would be using 2 different credit cards for the 2 rooms. She took my card and proceeded to check me in. During check-in, I confirmed that I had 2 double beds. She said no and they were ful... Read more
