Terrific service. Norman at the door is fantastic. Went out for a run and he had a water bottle ready for me upon my return along with a towel. He did this two days in row. A little pricey on the expense side.

We stayed one night before a Sunday afternoon Red Sox game, traveling from a B&B in the Boston area. My partner was not feeling well, so I called to ask if we could check in early. The front desk was very accomodating & then advised a nearby restaurant for take out chowder. Parking was included but expires at 3. When we asked the front desk, they validated our parking until after the game. The room was very nice, as was the bathroom. It was a terrific value!

We stayed with a child and the room was big enough to accommodate rollaway bed and mini fridge. The king bed was very comfortable but the roll away bed was very old and dipped in the middle. It was ok for a couple of nights for a child but not an adult. The service was very good. The hotel is nice but it's an older hotel so air conditioner is pretty loud, the shower has very fast flow, almost too fast and the bath tab is pretty small. The walls are also pretty thin and we were able to hear peopl... Read more

You can walk to Fenway or Quincy Market! Other shopping and restaurants close by. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Would recommend this hotel for your stay in Boston.

Room was clean and ready for a very early check-in, 0900, after arriving from Seattle on the red-eye - very appreciated. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our short stay. We enjoyed a pricey but excellent and ample meal at the Brasserie Jo restaurant attached to the hotel. Cheesecake, Etc across the street was also very convenient, and much more affordable. Of note, our rate by booking directly through the hotel was lower than the "discount" rate offered by our daughter's unive... Read more

Stayed here for a conference, which was across the street. While we noted that there was some wear in the room, but fine overall. No fan in the bathroom and mini fridge did not work, but this did not bother us; we tend to consider a hotel a place to sleep and shower. The hotel does this. The restaurant downstairs is pricey for us, but there is a variety of places to eat and grocery store across the street in the mall. Quite and it stayed that way. The room TV doesn't allow you to crank u... Read more

The Colonnade Hotel continues to be my go to hotel when I visit Boston, which is typically once a month for either business or pleasure. I canā??t emphasize enough how great of an experience it is each time I visit. The hotel rooms are hip and comfortable, the employees are SMILING and pleasant no matter who you speak with. And the location has a perfect downtown setting, within walking distance to anything you need. If you havenā??t stayed there yet put the Colonnade on your list.

From the doorman who greets you like a long-lost friend, to the impeccably maintained rooms, to the rooftop pool with bar, the whole experience at the Colonnade is perfection. They do everything right at this hotel.

This is a Great Hotel! What makes it even better is the staff! Mr. Jerry Good was a delight! My son wanted to take his toy musket on our flight home and we weren't sure if we could fly with a musket. Jerry immediately got us a FedEx envelope and set it up for us as we were in a hurry to catch our flight! It arrived today along with some cute rubber Ducks and yo yo's Thank you, Mr Good! Exceptional customer service! I highly recommend this hotel. The roof top pool is amazing! Great food and view... Read more

This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are so comfortable, the restaurant and bar was really great, but most importantly the staff was incredible! Every employee we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. The customer service was topnotch during our entire stay. We were in town to run the Boston Marathon and the location was convenient to both the buses to the start and the finish line. We will definitely stay here anytime we are in Boston!

This hotel was worth the premium price. The extremely close proximity to the green line stop for the T was a bonus though it is a little far off the main sightseeing attractions in Boston. The room was spacious and clean. When we asked for extra amenities such as towels and shower caps, the response was immediate and outstanding. The rooftop was easily accessible and kid friendly with lifeguard present. The concierge was very helpful and informative with access to plenty of info re: sightse... Read more

We stayed here for 4 nights. We were very well looked after Our room had full length windows looking over to the Prudential Centre. Although it was overlooking a main road, double grazing prevented it from being noisy All of the staff were really friendly and helpful and our room was spotless, spacious and well appointed Don't make international calls from your room phone - really expensive!

Not only was the food amazing (I recommend the pizza), the drinks made by Morhan was especially made with precision, love and care. Being from California, rooftops are so common but this one was so inviting, so warm, so fun! Honestly, Sam really lit up the place by being the first person to welcome us to it! I can't wait to go back, amazing amazing amazing.

We traveled to Boston to visit my son and to celebrate my Mom's 81st Birthday. She had never traveled there and we really wanted her to see all the sights. First off , the staff could not be more accommodating and welcoming and made her birthday so memorable. They arranged food in our room on arrival, along with a spectacular bouquet of flowers and all the drinks we needed to start the trip off wonderfully. Also we had dinner the first evening in the hotel restaurant and they served her a beauti... Read more
