Conventiently located w easy access to most places in Boston; small rooms but very clean and extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Everything worked out great, we were a big group and they really helped accommodating us in same floor rooms.

My family and I come to Boston every January and we stay at this hotel. It is very nice and clean; a little pricey, but a great place to stay! It is very comfortable and the staff definitely displays great customer service.

Very pretty hotel, clean and comfortable but there is a couple of night clubs behind it. Cars were racing, loud noises from drink people until 3:30 am It's too bad because for the price it was great. We didn't fine there.

Everyone knows about Doubletree cookies. They are wonderful here as well. The real bonus of this location is proximity to Chinatown and the north end and it is the only hotel that I know of that is connected to YMCA. workouts are important to me most hotels have sub par equipment. This one awesome.

My wife and I came down to see a show at the Opera House, then a comedy show at the Wilbur followed with an escape room. We used the Double Tree for its location to all three. We parked and walked. The room was very nice. Price was right, especially for Boston. Service was good. Breakfast was excellent, but pricey. Again, in Boston.....right.

This hotel is a HUGE bang for your buck! There are so many things to do, see, eat and drink all in walking distance. Extremely sweet and helpful staff!! We got stuck at a protest (willingly) in Copley square and when I called to tell them I wanted to extend my stay they made it so easy!! Cant wait to come back!

This was a great hotel. It stays true to its brand and service standards. The rooms were clean and roomy and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had a great breakfast buffet that was budget friendly, unlike many hotels, and a Starbucks was also attached on the bottom floor if you wanted something lighter. Great location in the theatre district so Lyft of Uber is very inexpensive when site seeing and has a good view of the city if you choose a city view room.

As well as the hotel being very clean, the staff was very pleasant and hospitable. Receiving a couple of warm cookies and bottled waters was a pleasant surprise during check-in. The T and bus are on the same block and most everything is within walking distance. All around a great choice.

This hotel is conveniently located to the Wilbur theatre and has excellent service and in January very reasonable prices. The shower in the room we had was so small and set up so poorly that you can't help but to get wet when you turn on the water in the shower. Getting sprayed with cold water is not my favorite way to start the day. Our room was facing Washington St. and we could hear street noise throughout the night.
