We decided to stay at this Doubletree Hotel after attending a business party. The hotel was clean and inviting, but I believe it's been around for a while. It appears they try to keep the up-to-date, but in some areas it appears a bit dated and rundown. Might need a makeover. Our room was nice and tidy. We preordered a couple of items, and they were in our room when we arrived. Our bottle of wine did not come with a wine opener, so we called the front desk to ask for one to be delivered. The... We stayed in a king suite. The living room as huge and was separated from the bedroom by French doors. The bathroom area was large. The decor was lovely and the accomodations were immaculate. The hotel has a large outdoor area with heaters and a large fire table. We sat around it on a gorgeous evening and ordered light fare from the bar. Our sandwiches were delicious and Wayne and our server were extremely accomodating. The kids ordered pizza from a take out area inside the hotel and roast... Read more

We pre-booked this hotel on our trip up the east coast and wow, we are happy we did. I love the feature of "pre-check in" and choosing your own room. When I walked in they happily greeted me with my bottled water, warm cookies and map regarding the hotel. The staff was awesome! If we are ever in this area again we will most certainly stay at this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay here. I liked that the hotel has so many trees around the edge of the property that it looks like a forest. Even though it is close to a highway and other businesses. Very quiet area. A large nice hotel room that was wonderful. I also liked the sitting area outside. Would love to go back again.

First of all, this hotel is huge and confusing so large in fact, they give you a map. This is one of those situations where you're paying for the name. They had a wonderful bathroom and a comfortable bed, but that's about it. The staff is nice and all, but it's just overrated. They charge you a 25 dollar fee that's in case you order stuff from room service or something. Why they don't be like every other hotel chain in America and if you use their services, just bill you, not make you pay first.... Read more

My office is 5 mins around the corner so perfect, but it is 40 mins from Logan airport/downtown and there isn't much in the way of sight seeing. They run a fantastic shuttle to local area like the mall and restaurants and the bar has live music every night so it isn't so bad for a irk trip. Dated rooms, but service is fantastic, as with all Doubletrees.

While checking in other guests were offered meal or breakfast vouchers. Paying top dollar AND as a Hilton Rewards guest did not seem to give any preferential treatment. This is poor customer retention. I have dined here in the past and the restaurant is good. This does not meet what is expected in the industry from a frequent business traveler. The hotel rooms are ordinary and there are other nice amenities such as out door facilities etc.

The hotel setting and staff were good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Where we were not happy is the hotel decided 10 days before July 4 to renovate the pool so there was no pool. This is something we always do with our grandsons. When we questioned them the manager said she would check on the possibility of swimming in another hotel pool and then call and let us know. We were never called. They simply skipped right by us.

We chose to stay here one night when we were in the area. It is located in a peaceful setting without any of the road noises (you can hardly hear anything), which is very good for the area. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was very mean when asked a simple question! The person serving us got really embarrassed and apologized to us several times. He even sent us a sorry note later with a dessert! Well, at least they have one good person to compensate the mean-ness of others!

The Doubletree is several miles outside of Boston but relatively convenient for travelers looking for a comfortable stay in the northwest suburban area. The complex is a bit spread out, but interior hallways connect the different sections. The accommodations are high quality for this price point, probably due to the somewhat remote location. For me, however, that was a definite plus. There is a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Went to hotel to see a music show and bought dinner package. Great, friendly service At check in and maybe the best team of servers I've ever seen in the dinner room. Room faced south east with a nice view of Boston skyline panning west to a little used train yard and chemical storage facility via many highways and lights. Very good access from highways. Must park in garage with no valet and very limited drop off time.

Had a nice and relaxing stay at the double tree on our departure from New England. the staff made us feel welcome and valued and the restaurant was excellent. We will definitely come back as we commute through Boston. Our only frustration was the poor quality of the executive lounge, which is not up to standard with other double tree hotels (space, decor, and lack of adult beverages). Regardless of the lounge, we will come again.

We stayed here for 3 days. I didn't like everything - staff rude especially the night shift not that entertaining to answer questions- didn't clean the room- no complimentary water- far from the city- no subway nearby-expensive breakfast but not good. If you have car you can stay in this hotel to see nearby attractions but not recommended to backpackers and budget travellers. If I have no choice in the future I might stay in this hotel.

Long delay checking in. No Hilton honors greeting. Room not made up on last day. Average room but high price. The rooms are spaced very far apart. Poor hotel design and not many restaurants nearby. Minimal choices for dining in the hotel

I have stayed here over 30 days in the last three months. It is a nice place to stay if you need to be in Burlington area. It is about 35 minutes to Boston without traffic. It is not a convenient place for mass transportation. I used the HHonors App to check in. It was a breeze. There are free breakfast and Hors d'oeuvres for HHonors members (gold and above) five-days a week. Rooms are clean. Service could be better but it is adequate. I plan to stay here again when I work in Burlington.

This hotel has always been a great deal. It is usually busy through the week with business travelers and less so on the weekends which explains the reasonable rates. The lounge serves the best espresso martini on earth. Service could not be better

Best Hotel in the Bedford, MA area! Always clean, comfortable and quiet. A real home away from home. I look forward to staying here on business. Beds are comfortable. Amenities are ample. Like coming home after a hard day at work.
