Pretty straightforward review. This is a typical Hampton Inn, which is a very good thing for a business traveler. Not in a "destination location" that vacationers would be looking for, but if you travel on business and are in this area, I highly recommend this facility. Very close to highway, bunch of restaurants nearby, the facility itself is newer and is very clean and comfortable. Also a great value.

We have stayed a few times at this Hampton Inn in Auburn, MA because we like the location close to I-84 and I-290, we like the brand and the service of this HI. It is clean with friendly staff and with the HI hot breakfast to start the day. It is not right on Rte 12 but up a short lane that provides a quiet location. The hot cookie welcome had to be substituted with some store bought ones during our most recent visit but they did provide cookies as we expected.

We had ants in the bathroom. The staff did not offer us another room. We had to ask to be moved to a new room. All they told us is that they would report it to maintenance. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience. Whenever I went to the desk, nobody was out front.

The hotel is nice and quiet, and the rooms are comfortable. But the front desk staff were neither welcoming nor helpful. If you're an HHonors member, don't bother staying here as they pay no attention to either your status or the benefits of membership.

The hotel is very clean and up to date. The room is quiet because the hotel sits back from the main road. My room was spacious and clean. The only issue I had was not being recognized as a diamond member which is suppose to be important to Hilton. Other than that it was a nice and pleasant stay.

Enjoyed my brief overnight stay. The room was clean and quiet with complimentary wifi and comfy beds with clean white linens. As well, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with a decent selection of hot and cold items and hot tea to go!

we were in the Worcester, MA area while our daughter played in a basketball tournament at WPI. Our stay couldn't have been nicer or easier. I highly recommend staying there if you have a reason to be at that college or almost any other. It is quick to the campus, despite being down 290 because it's easy on and easy off, but also, very lovely inside and outside. Very much enjoyed our time there

Southern Route due to snow first time stop here. Excellant customer service on the phone when o called looking for a room. In person even better service! Very nice location! Easy to find. Would plan a trip to stay here.

My wife and I decided last minute to take a trip away from the hectic weekly life of work and kids, and this hotel was the first place we stopped. And I'm glad we did. We booked our hotel through Booking.com and when we arrived we were greeted by a very nice young gentleman who was very humorous and professional. I realize management can't control how loudly people shut doors, but slamming doors from 6 am to 9 am is rude no matter where you are. Also the heat/AC fan was really loud and rattling when it went on, and it wouldn't stay on continuously which is always a plus to cut out hallway noice.
