While the hotel is not new or super modern, it felt clean in the room. The bathroom in the lobby was not maintained well-out of soap in a pumo, so it was opened on the counter with a big puddle. Breakfast was fine, but there waa fruit on display that took me a minute to identify....the papaya and pineapple did not look good at all, so I recommend interrupting the folks eating at the table with the fruit basket for a banana. Hidden location off Mass Turnpike. Typical Hampton Inn, however is well landscaped with large shade trees and quiet off highway location. Good find for passing through or if you need a rest stop. Has a nice pool for the kids. No restaurant or bar, but does have free breakfast. Rooms have empty fridge (no freezer) and microwave for self meals.

Great location, relative to Worcester. Quiet location, set back off the road, next to a pond. Quiet inside, too. Staff were exceptionally helpful. We were able to use the breakfast lounge for a family luncheon I made, on graduation weekend. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Pool is quite nice, as was the hot tub. My whole family raved about my choice of hotels. I'm glad I booked early - 6 months in advance for that particular weekend. They were even able to get all 4 rooms in close proximity! ... Read more

The Auburn Hampton is located in a charmingly secluded location which offers a garden-like scent after getting out of the car and every time we went outside of the hotel. Our room was comfortable and included everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, and the seating in the breakfast room was comfortable. The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The GPS cannot find the place. We had a car and phone GPS send us to the wrong location. The desk said "a lot of people have that problem." This is a more or less standard Hampton Inn. It is conveniently located close to I-90. The room was nice and clean; I love that not only the sheets but also the duvet are washed every time. The only exception to the cleanliness is that the caulking around the tub either needs to be blasted with bleach or re-caulked; there was some of that pink bacteria built up (it's called serratia and is not dangerous, but it is a little gross); it wasn't so bad, just not quite perfect.
