Make you feel at home at the front desk, rooms very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great and the breakfast attendant is the friendliest person I've ever met. Parking is a bit of a challenge at times but it is a great location close to 93 north or south, easy to Boston, Manchester, Salem, NH, etc.

Stayed here for 5D4N. It is a nice and quiet hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and approachable. Room is quite spacious, clean and equipped with the necessary amenities (heater, hair dryer, kettle etc). Internet speed is acceptable too - no issues with it for that 5 days. Although the breakfast selection is not extensive, the breakfast lady was soooo friendly and chirpy! Instantly made your day brighter! Wouldn't mind staying here again!

I hate to give a hotel such a bad review but there were so many things wrong with a simple two night stay. Before I begin to list the problems, I would like to say that the staff, each and everyone that tried to help me were wonderful! Check in was quick and our suite looked and smelled great. That's where all the good ended. On our way out to visit family we went to check out the pool and it was closed. Not even the staff member knew that the pool was closed. We were out for the rest of the d... Read more

I stayed here on a Saturday to attend an event in the area with my 11 year daughter. The place was impeccable in regard to cleanliness in our room and the facility in general. The staff was super friendly, from the front desk to the breakfast staff. The breakfast self-serve buffet had a wide variety of food, tasty and easy. The young woman was happy to help my daughter make her own waffle. Plenty of room in the suite, full fridge and apartment-like living. Had an opportunity to interact with the... Read more

My husband and I were in the area for a golf tournament and stayed at this hotel for a night. The room we were given was on the first floor. As soon as I entered the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke. There was also a burn mark on the carpet. I have stayed at several Homewood Suites and this was a well used room in need of updating. It appeared to be clean but dated. When we went to use the sink in the bathroom the water backed up and drained very slowly. The next morning when I took a shower,... Read more

A few glitches with TV and bedding were taken care of. Staff is very nice. Breakfast every morning was a highlight, largely because of the enthusiasm of the Hostess/Cook (Seri?). Our room was comfortable, although the air conditioning unit was noisy and tended to over-cool.

We recently stayed here twice in a week's time, upon arriving and leaving from Boston's airport. While I agree the staff were professional, our rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and some failed attempt at covering the scent. (urinal cake, maybe?). The first night, we noticed a prior guest had covered the smoke detector with a shower cap. There was coffee in the room, but no coffee maker. When I checked in and opened the door to my room, it had a horrible musty smell throughout. It was unbearable. Unfortunately, the hotel was sold out as was all the other hotels in the immediate area. The front desk clerk found some Febreeze for me to spray around the room and that did help. The next day when we returned to the room early evening, the room had not been cleaned. I??m not going to nitpick over everything that could be wrong with the hotel, we stayed for a long weekend in a 1 bedroom suite that provided the privacy and comfort we needed. It??s a dog/family friendly facility that is easily accessible from the interstate. Although the location is a bit desolate since the property resides in an office park, it was quiet.
