We stayed in Room 101 - huge room with king size bed and couch. Very quiet and private - didn't hear a peep from any other customers and no noise from Rt. 301. The room could have used more light, but for under $100, you get a comfortable stay and nice front desk staff.

Very nice,as we expect from Holiday inn express. This is centrally located near stores and restaurants. If you take a left out of the parking lot you will find a side street that parallels 301 directly across the street is a Lab Corp if you need medical lab work. Back toward La Plata about miles on 301 is a Restaurant called Prime Steak and Seafood great food at reasonable rates. Order the Bistro Steak for a real treat but everything was very good.

Stopped here to sleep on the way north. The desk staff was inattentive; no recognition as an "elite" rewards member. Rooms were lacking in supplies (soap, etc). Beds were hard and there were no blankets; just a sheet and bedspread (yuck). Our room actually had a hole in the floor under the carpet that was like a "sinkhole". The breakfast buffet was only lukewarm; coffee was the only saving grace. Variety was adequate but food was yuck. Hotel was busy and noisy throughout the night with lo... Read more

We were visiting friends in Waldorf and stayed here one night. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 3:30pm and I got the impression that wasn't unusual. It was ready by 4, so we didn't make an issue out of it. We didn't use the pool or exercise equipment but did have the continental breakfast in the morning. It was fine. Plenty of protein (pork and turkey sausage, eggs) as well as standards like cereal, toast, juice, and fruit. Couldn't hear the traffic from 301 while we were sleeping and we... Read more

Enjoyed our stay in the clean quiet comfortable room. Definitely would stay again. Property was well maintained. It is difficult to see from the highway. Pet fee was only $20, a bargain price compared to other hotels we've stayed at recently.

So, every year a group of us stay at this establishment for our yearly conference. This year prompted me to write a review. First and foremost, the staff is very WELCOMING and WARM! They are ALWAYS the best! Now, the rooms were another story. Our first room was invaded by ants, so we came right back down and given another room. This room didn't hav a computer chair or an iron. I waited about 2 hours for both.

If I could give it a -5 review I would. I hardly ever give out reviews but this was by far the worst hotel experience. Upon arrival our carpet had not been vacuumed and there were mud tracks from the previous guests. After driving all afternoon we had to stand outside our room and wait while the receptionist vacuumed our room at 11pm. Restroom only had one light working and toilet seat broken. In our 3 night stay the room was never tended to again. We had to stop the cleaning staff in the hallw... Read more

There are a large number of workers on an extended stay at the hotel who are building a power plant down the road. They wash their clothes at night on the second floor but the dryer is broken and the hotel is being cheap and not replacing it quickly. It makes a piercing sound that can be heard throughout the hotel and is deafening on the 2nd floor. Absolutely no chance of getting any sleep. And the workers use it all night. Do not stay here if you actually want to get some sleep. I do not typic... Read more

On July 10, 2016 at 6:12pm I made a reservation for this location. I called the hotel to be sure that everything was ok with my reservation and I was told yes. On July 16 during my travels, I received a call from the hotel telling me that they canceled my reservation and gave it to another guest. I asked for another room since I was already on my way and asked if they require for the party that makes a reservation to call them before 6pm the day before to cancel. Why couldn't they had given me... Read more

I found out last minute that I had a job to do in the Waldorf area that would require an extended stay of 10 nights. When I contacted the hotel management/sales staff they were able to work with me on getting a very acceptable rate. The one hitch in the plan was the fact that the hotel was sold out one night in the middle of my stay. When I arrived at the hotel, CJ at the front desk worked his magic and filled in the missing night without a hitch. CJ was also very helpful with printing needs a... Read more

We arrived to chaos at the check in! Our room only had one bed (when we had specified two). The TV was on in the room ready. When we were moved to another room, I was shocked! The beds had no sheets and the pillows were piled up on one bed. They looked like they stopped mid cleaning. There were bags of trash not yet removed from the room and the bathroom had not yet been cleaned. The bathroom light was on when we walked in. Mind you, this was about 9 pm! We politely cancelled our reservations an... Read more

Stayed here with spouse over 3-day Labor Day weekend. Arrived Friday night. What we liked: 1. Plenty of bathroom counter space. 2. Complimentary breakfast, though other than morning coffee we did not partake. 3. Close to everything, particularly shopping and restaurants. 4. Big screen TV. 5. Selection of fat and slender pillows; too often hotels give you four enormously fat ones. 6. Window that opens slightly, about 2 inches, for fresh air. 7. Plenty of free parking. 8. Indoor pool. 9. Cold in... Read more

Our room was nice. The window looked out into the woods, so we didn't hear any outside noise. It was close to everything we needed ( restaurants, ice cream parlor, grocery store). We had a good WiFi connection, but not enough plugs. We were dissapointed with the surrounding neighborhood.

Check in took forever. It is VERY DIFFICULT for the young lady at the desk to check people in when the housekeeper doesn't let her know what is ready at 3pm! And we weren't the only ones waiting. Plus we are platinum members- no special treatment like points/welcome gift! The room is very nice, clean and quiet. But no more mats for the bathtub to prevent falls, you are out of them ?? My husband is a 40 year retired 100% disabled VET and he has balance issues. Had I known you didn't have any left... Read more

Nice, clean, friendly. Standard Holiday fare in the room; no surprises. Good location: restaurants, shopping close by. Good value. Going to be here for 12 nights and plan to try most of the restaurants.

Don't waste your money this place is dirty and a nasty smell! Management will not return your call, had to call cooperate to get a refund. House keeping didn't clean rooms and we had to ask for clean towels.
