Stayed here one night while on business travel. It is in a great location. Quick walk to great restaurants and shops. I was up early and used the exercise room and it was really very nice and clean. The front desk staff was extremely helpful.

I travel to this Sheraton twice per year in business. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The beds and pillows are seriously amazing! So comfortable! My AC worked great- I like a cold room to sleep in. My big complaint is the poor wifi! So frustrating! I couldn't use my iPad for viewing movies. That really affected my enjoyment. I wish they would figure this problem out!

I visited the Sheraton in early May for a business trip. The location of the hotel is fantastic. There are many places to eat within walking distance and there is a "bridge" between the hotel and the mall that makes for easy access across the road especially when traffic is heavy. The bridge is located on the second floor and easy to find. I absolutely loved the gym at the hotel. It had more equipment than a standard hotel in my opinion. There were 4 treadmills (with tv screens in each), 2 bic... Read more

This hotel is an old friend, having served as our base of operations in the early 2000's when our daughter attended Goucher College (literally, right next door). When family members and I needed to go to Baltimore for a memorial service, it turned out the Sheraton North was the perfect choice, logistically. My impressions of the hotel were good 12 years ago but, wow, there seems to have been an uptick in quality and service. Our stay was only one night. We experienced excellent, attentive staf... We have stayed here twice in three years. Once was mediocre and this time was horrific. How to explain? Lumpy beds; grinding a/c; rooms not cleaned til 5pm; nonexistent service in the restaurant; room keys that were replaced with no ID required.....we are so happy this was graduation and we won't have to go back......and we had 4 rooms!

Ideal hotel, clean with all the am amenities you'd want in a Sheraton hotel. Good breakfast, nice lobby, clean rooms etc. Would absolutely recommend to my friends and surely would stay again. Only 10-15 minutes from downtown. Well lit parking lot, no sense of danger.

The gym was ok wijt a few elipticals and running machiens anf some free weight plus proper space for stretching. The pool seemed to be locked at 9am when i went .. I could see it but not get in and no one was in there. I thought there was supposed to be a suana perhaps down where the pool was. You can walk across to the mall from level 2 if you like malls. I recently stayed at this Sheraton Property. We were in town for a Lacrosse Tournament. The staff was excellent. Justin at the front reception desk was so helpful. He helped my friend get an extra night reservation after she had experienced a long and troublesome travel day. Nothing super special here but a good solid experience. This Sheraton met all expectations. The staff was helpful, there's convenient parking and everything ran like clockwork. My top floor room was clean, quiet and comfortable; what more could one ask for? The bed was comfortable, everything worked and the location is convenient. We stay at this hotel twice per year while visiting family in the area. Our most recent visit in June was our best experience yet. The common areas and rooms have been refreshed. Most of all, the Assistant General Manager, Keith, was extremely friendly and helpful at check in. He made sure that we were placed in a quieter area of the hotel. Great experience-a very convenient hotel for those visiting or doing business in the Towson area.

Exceeding our expectations for a place to stay while on a road trip with our dogs, from calling to make a reservation, to arrival and departure, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We had room service breakfast and enjoyed that as well. And the price was VERY reasonable. We will be back again!

A fair warning to future guests of this particular Sheraton Hotel in Towson, Maryland - the WiFi does not work after about 7pm at night and also does not work from about 7:30a in the morning. I stayed there 6 nights and this was the case each night during my stay in June of 2016. Noise carried through thin walls and air vents. I could hear both sides of a phone conversation late at night, barking dogs that were left alone in the room next door, and many other noises and conversations in the halls and nearby rooms. I called the front desk about the dog and they let it barking in the room for hours after coming by and knocking on the door. The mattress was very mushy also.

In mid July my friend had his wedding here, the halls are spacious, the dressing room areas are nice, the staff are very friendly and the Bar is perfect. The hotel restaurant and bar were a bit disappointing - the food was generally average although the crab bisque was quite nice. Restaurant and bar service was a bit sluggish. Checki... Read more

I stay here several times a year for work/business (for about 15 years now actually), and usually get a government rate, which can be hard to get, especially in Towson. As usual I made my reservation well ahead of time, but FORGOT to ask for the govt., rate. By the time I checked in last Friday, the govt. rate just wasn't (by then) available for that night. As such, it was going to cost me significantly more than I planned, sometimes you get a good deal, sometimes you don't; and I'm not one to m... Read more

I was in town for a business meeting and found the hotel to be in a great location. It was near the mall while Friday's, PF Changs and the Cheesecake factory were right across the street. My reserved room was not ready at time of check in so I was upgraded free of charge to a suite. I requested a cab to my destination but was told by the front desk that it was within a certain distance so I was taken there by shutlle free of charge. A gentleman named Victor was extremely friendly and helpful wit... Read more

The hotel, the location, the food, the rooms, but most of all the STAFF could not have been more outstanding! And the best of all was the staff that stood out the most were the staff that did not have to be outstanding! They weren't the highest paid, they were great because that was just the way they were! I am still working on getting the names of the last two staff members! I won't name any of them until I can name them all! I am so sorry that while I was there I had my hands full with making ... Victor, the manager, was most accommodating last weekend. He upgraded us without our asking to be upgraded and as a result we had access to the Club Level, which was very nice. Victor always seemed to be at the front desk and accessible.

Myself and over 100 colleagues stayed at the Shearaton Baltimore North for 6 weeks on buisness project. From the front Desk (Victor) to the bar, and the room service , we recieved excellent service. They were accomodating and made our stay away from home feel like home. Thanks to Sheraton Baltimore North, my long 12 hour shifts where relaxing when I returned to the hotel to eat, sleep, and prepare for the next day. I was in town with my husband and daughter to visit nearby colleges and found this Sheraton to be conveniently located and very comfortable. We had a club level room with two double beds. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. Even though the hotel seemed very full and we were there on a Friday night, the hallways were quiet and we were able to get a good night's sleep. We came to the Sheraton because of a chemical exposure in our house. Katie graciously arranged things so we could check in early. And when I stopped by the front desk the first evening of our stay and mentioned to Victor why we were there, he responded with such genuine sympathy it brought tears to my eyes. He came around the desk and hugged me. His caring and warmth, as well as the overall attentiveness of the staff throughout our stay, has helped make a very difficult time bearable for ou... Read more

The goal of the staff here is to ensure you are more than satisfied from chec-kin to check-out. You can count on a smiling face from each employee from the front desk to housekeeping and that means a lot especially if you've had a challenging day. I make it a priority to stay here for Morgan State University's homecoming and ensure my friends do as well because if the level of professionalism and comfort at this fine establishment. The Towson Sheraton has undergone a remodeling within the last year. For a mid-range hotel, it appears nice. It's only when you stay there that the difficulties arise. I'll try to be brief. The HVAC system is ill-equipped to deal with Baltimore's humidity. The net effect is that, to remove enough humidity from the air to be comfortable, you need to turn the A/C down to a very cold setting. That's really uncomfortable and reminds me of some hotels in Guam. Here in the 48, that seems inexcusable. ... Read more

I rarely post negative reviews and generally just don't post if I am not happy but this property was terrible that I had to warn others. The service is absolutely horrible at this location. I mean across the board from check-in, to bar to restaurants. I am Platinum with Marriot that recently acquired SPG. I was for the first time ever told to get out of the elite area because "they don't show preference". I spend thousands with Marriott annually so you can imagine how this went over. The r... Joined their preferred guest program SPG, which you can now link with your Marriott rewards account if you have one. We were able to stay on the SPG level with access to the club room, free breakfast and free appetizers in the evening.
