We stayed in the 5th floor penthouse (5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, 2 distinct living rooms, major kitchen and minor kitchen, wrap around deck from ocean to bay) last weekend. It was our fourth or fifth visit to this property. Once again, the front desk staff and housekeeping and everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The condo is beyond beautiful and I like seeing new little additions every year in decorating. There is soooo much living space here. We had 10 people and had plenty of ... Read more

Lived in Ocean City most of my life. Came back to visit family. Never even thought about renting on the beach of my own hometown. What a surprise. The Quality Inn reminded me of what it was like back in the day with the old time Ocean City. It is so nice that some places try to keep their places as original as they can. Considering the way people have changed. Wanting all the new fangled electronics and what they call conveniences. To me. Just leave it all at home. That is not a vacation being s... Read more

Highly recommended for golfing groups. Adequate parking, good location, right on the boardwalk, We experienced a happy hour on a Tuesday night aimed at all the golfers staying at the hotel. Our group was offered complimentary drinks and food. Our room was large by Holiday Inn standards. It included a kitchenette, two large beds and a separate seating/TV viewing area, as well as a balcony facing the ocean. Staff was friendly and the price was right. Outdated, room never cleaned or stocked right, overpriced,(especially when you pay for oceanfront and your rooms view is blocked for a wall), manager was very very rude and a not accommodating. Tried to talk to desk about issues we had and was ignored. Emailed hotel and ignored. Most other staff were very friendly. Location was great. Good for what you need but don't expect much...always stayed here and never had issue until this year.

Stayed at the Quality Inn Boardwalk for the air show. Didn't ask for too much, but when I did, I was greeted with the most friendly staff. The rooms were clean and the balcony had the best viewing. We ate breakfast and dinner at the Ocean View Grill restaurant and the food was fabulous. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

My husband and I stayed for the weekend. I prefer nicer hotels, but this was just a place to lay our head at night. The room was so outdated, it just felt old!! The cushion on the sofa was about a half inch think. LOL! For the price of the room it should be sooo much better. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because it was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great to have a fridge and microwave (both very clean) Again, for the price it should have been much nicer.

My daughter and I visited based on the Sand Duels Soccer Tournament on June 10th. I booked our stay on Hotels.com and originally booked for 2 nights. Approximately a month earlier, I called hotels.com and changed the reservation to just 1 night. Upon arrival, I discovered that the reservation was still 2 nights. The reservation desk informed me that were unable to change my reservation because they were bound by hotels.com. The hotel also stated that they had a three night minimum, despite ... Read more

Stayed in the original Quality Inn Suites back in the mid 90's. That tower does not overlook the kidney shaped pool. King Suite with full kitchen in newer tower overlooks the kidney shaped pool which is cool as pool has fast moving night lights in azure, deep purple, ocean green. Both open until 8. (bummer should be 11 pm). Indoor Pool. Tiki Bar between 2 pools. full sit down ocean view restaurant plus pub on the boards is nice too! ??????????????????????

This property is located on 16th street which is almost the middle of the boardwalk. It's close enough to walk everywhere yet far away enough from the crowds of the lower boardwalk. The rates are pretty good for the location and most rooms have full kitchens with views. Only problem we had was one of the 2 outdoor pools was closed for 3 days of our 6 day stay. It did reopen on the final day we were leaving. The water temps of the pools were also pretty cool for the end of June. This review woul... Read more

We had a group of 7 stay there the week after 4th of July. Our rooms were clean and had a full kitchen in both rooms. This was great for saving money on the trip because fridge was full size. Oven was a little small and the handle actually came off of one but we still used the other one. Staff were all super nice and housekeeping did a great job. Three pools that were very clean and nice sized compared to other hotel pools.

This hotel needs to be shut down and the management fired. I'm going to keep this short, otherwise I would write volumes about all of the issues this place has. We stayed here before in 2009 and decided to give it another try. Hotels on the Boardwalk have become very expensive, and this place was under $400 a night, even after all fees and taxes.
