The staff was wonderful. Very polite and professional. No problems checking in or out of the hotel. I was comfortable in my room and would definitely stay here again. Great access to the highway and shopping

We have two dogs so this La Quinta in Baltimore has been a pleasant find for us. The staff was very friendly and professional. The price was in the 80s. No fee for 2 dogs. Good location, near shopping and Paneras. Will definitely use this place again.

We have stayed here on more than one occasion recently as we have had business in the area. Previously I rated the hotel as "average" stating that it was outdated and the rooms small with not many amenities, but clean and friendly staff. The staff continues to be very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is still lacking. But the decline in my review is based on cleanliness. Our room was not clean and there were stains on the bedding. I also began picking up pet hair on my clothes and being aller... Read more

Although staff was courtious this hotel is lacking. Breakfast was very limited, and WiFi wasn't the best. My room had a used bar of soap in the shower, and someone's drive is in the fridge. Bed was decent, bathroom was average at best. Room also had strange odor, something between mildew and stale smoke.

Location of the hotel is convenient ... right off the highway. Neighborhood isn't so great. Hotel needs updating. Probably wouldn't stay here again. Beds fairly comfortable but blanket had stains and hard pillows. Overuse of air freshener to cover the oldness. The whole Baltimore area is expensive for a nice hotel and unfortunately this was the best I could do at the time.

I always stay here when I visit my family who reside in Baltimore. The hotels in the area are usually dirty, infested and smell. I don't even consider other hotels anymore. When I go to Baltimore, I jump online and reserve my room here.

If I could have given a lower rating I would have. Where do I begin? The manager Frank is rude to guests, that including long term guests who fill rooms for long periods of time. Oh yeah, you'll see signs posted around the property about belongings and valuables being left in cars. There is a reason, they're lacking in cameras and the their security guard who's only works 3rd shift sleeps through most of it in the breakfast room. Vehicles parked on either sides of the hotel have no cameras aimed... Read more

On 7/9/16, it was conveniently located for us and the overall stay was great. All of the ladies on the desk were very, very pleasant and very kind. Even the lady at breakfast was smiling and kind. The room was clean and it was quiet. Could of had a little more on the breakfast, but, it was enough there. It was the right place to stay for the weekend we had.

Make this one of my new fav stopover spots. From the night clerk who knows the best restaurants that deliver to the general manager whose friendly greetings are as warm as the breakfast bar (bonus!), the familiar touches at this LaQuinta excel! Well done.

My husband and I live in the Baltimore area. On a recent hot Sunday evening, our a/c broke down and we could not get a service person until Tuesday. After sweating out one night, we decided to get a hotel room for Monday. I checked the local hotels and called La Quinta - the front desk, not the reservation line. I explained my situation to the gentleman at the desk (unfortunately I didn't catch his name), and he not only booked a room for us, he found a room that was ready immediately, so I woul... Read more

Dirty, terrible neighborhood, prostitutes standing in front of building, unsafe for traveling families. The rooms were dirty and had bugs in them. Security guard in front office asleep on the sofa Staff was friendly, but could do nothing about seedy activity around the building. Save your money and stay somewhere else.My family and I always stay at LaQuinta when traveling but this place is a disaster.
