Delivered everything you would expect from a Doubletree. Convenient suburban location for this area with ample parking. Rooms and service were very satisfactory. Did not use the dining facilities. Assume attached health club was available to hotel guests, even with a charge.

Hotel was great place to stay. We were there to meet friends. HHonors was never acknowledged at hotel. Hotel was clean. Staff very nice. Good location. Food in cafe was good but a bit price. Would stay again.

Service was nice and congenial for a two night r&r However, the a/c was on the blink. and Baltimore can get hot and muggy even in April Technician came up and fidgeted a few times. But Nada hours upon hours were wasted. They sent technician to wrong room. We call back "o! Wasn't he there. You weren't in the room" when finally figured out he was sent to another room. Finally they changed our room for second night. They apologized profusely and gave a money refund on Bill. Would return but if s... Read more

We stayed for one night while attending graduation festivities at McDaniel College, as the hotel options on Westminster are bleak! The room was clean, as was the bathroom and the beds and bedding comfortable . Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming .

I hadn't been to the DoubleTree in Pikesville for over a year. The hotel is still a solid choice for anyone needing to be in the Pikesville/Woodlawn area. The hotel is over 30 yrs old but has been refreshed to stay current. The bedding is very comfortable (replaced within past 2 yrs), A/C is efficient and quiet, bathrooms are spotless but are smaller than newer hotels. Bathroom can easily handle 2 people's worth of stuff. The front desk staff is excellent and very helpful. Breakfast buffet was n... Read more

I had a good experience with the hotel; I generally found the employees to be helpful and friendly. However I did see a couple of incidents of not so helpful behavior on the part of a couple of employees (attitude). The rooms were clean and well appointed; coffee in the room and in the lobby in the morning is a definite plus. If you are used to using a hotel gym make sure you mention that to the staff as you will need a daily pass to the workout center (and get directions to it). It is a full ... Read more

As Hilton Honors member - Diamond level, we travel frequently. We requested a late checkout and were treated so poorly. The hotel is empty .... I would think they would keep the few guests that they actually have happier. Hilton Honor even left an email for the GM ... to no avail. A 2 pm late check out is truly not an unreasonable request. I advise you stay elsewhere.

When I called for a wake up call. I asked the front desk if I can have some deodorant sent to my room. I was a little disappointed in the response. When I called and requested what I needed the front desk agent said "i need to come and get it." When I got their was staff sitting around doing nothing. Not the best service in my opinion

Check in was smooth and without incidence; I was offered a room on a high floor and complementary breakfast since I am Hilton Gold. The lobby and elevators were in good order. I was unable to use the breakfast; I generally don't eat it. The room was of a standard size and clean, but the furnishings were quite worn; it is time for replacement. My shower drain ran very slow; I called in the first day while out for business related reasons to ask them to check it and snake it, but I don'... Read more

Service and Charm keeps this Ageless property a preferred destination. The staff works hard at keep the DoubleTree Brand essential. Although an update would no doubt add value, the staff does wonders with keeping Guests feeling satisfied.

I would say if you must be in the neighborhood for business or want to be close to the's a clean and mediocre hotel. The staff is polite and friendly! The rooms are ugly but the bed was very comfortable. No cute extras or fancy products. HH floor was butt ugly. Parking Very convenient and close to front door!

While the lobby was nothing to write home about, I was very pleased with my room. Large and pleasant, 35 mtrs, clean, & very comfy bed. Good coffee in room with half & half & tea available so we could start our day right. Convenient to shops- well located. All in all, would definitely return here.

This location was chosen for our family reunion. I did not like the fact that breakfast was not included. Experienced AC problem but problem solved to my satisfaction. The staff was extremely helpful, patient and professional.

Ryan at the front desk was very helpful. I called and asked for a room on the quiet side of the hotel away from the highway. He made sure that I got it. He was kind and courteous on the phone and in person. The doorman was helpful and sweet. The breakfast staff was courteous and accommodating.

Easy in and out and comfortable room. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Would stay there again. Great location for us. We only stayed one night after a wedding, so we didn't use most of the services.

Bathroom had previous guest trash in it. Restaurant worker was rude to one of the children in our group. Toilet ran for long periods of time. We had to hunt down carts to wheel our bags in. The rooms really need an update.

The room was clean, love the large towels and clean white sheets! I stay at this hotel because I was taking a class that was presented in the hotel conference room. I experienced a leaky sink handle, which I would think the person cleaning the room should have noticed and had fixed. For the price, Hiltons need to provide a small refrigerator for guest leftovers and cold water bottles!!!
