Great Hotel and Staff...! The Hotel should offer free breakfast and Happy Hour. Its not always about money to be in business.... The elevators do have a smell in them ??? Other than some suggestions...This a Great Hotel !

lots of kids running up and down the halls and slamming doors, and the whole hotel smelled of natural gas, Lobby is very pretty. Bring some snacks and/or drinks with you, as their shop is overpriced. Only "freebies" were coffee and 2 bottled waters.

I have been a frequent visitor to this hotel for business and the staff is always polite and courteous. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are clean. The complimentary internet is spotty at best and lately there always seems to be a lot of noise in the hallways during the night

We had a handicap accessible bathroom (I am not handicap) & we had no idea how to work the shower. My friends & I wished that the restaurant & bar stayed open later on Saturday night. The people in the room next to us were VERY loud.

Hotel staff were using the smartphones and on Facebook and told us to wait while they finished. Breakfast bar manager was aggravated with every question. Not a welcoming hotel to visit, there are too many options in the area, I would go somewhere else if you can.

Where do I start? This hotel is attractive in its outward presentation, but it is undoubtedly the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Upon my arrival, I was not told that the hotel was undergoing renovations. The desk clerk also informed me that the restaurant would be closing because it was a "slow" night. Have stayed at this hotel before. Due to renovations the 4th and 5th floors were closed. Talked to another guest who was on the 6th floor which has completed renovations. He raved about the new rooms. Was there 5 days this trip and no signs of the construction ongoing except for the elevators. My room was on the 3rd floor and was typical of previous visits. My wife and I have stayed here twice, enrollee to family nearby. Since we didn't know the area, we decided to eat dinner in the hotel...boy, was that a piece of luck! The dining room looks deceptively casual...and it is an easy place to relax, but the food was honestly a knockout...going out to one of the very typical fast food outlets would have been a big mistake, especially when their was some really good "home-style" cooking right in the hotel. Nice and quiet. Friendly front desk. Very clean rooms. Beautiful lobby. Restaurant on-site. Limited menu but still good food. Plenty of space in the lobby. Fridge in room. Didn't have a menu or information for local restaurants since they had their own restaurant.

The rooms were outdated. All together I spent close two 10 days, during my second stay the room was even worse. The staff is not very attentive. I stayed in other Hilton Hotels in the past, such as Malta, Colorado Springs, and it is much nicer at these locations.

Excellent location, out of this world GREAT staff, beautiful accommodations. Recently renovated and the paint smell was present and the sounds form the next room was clear. Swift response to a minor problem. Loved the dining experience. Would stay again and again.

There is construction ongoing in the building. After the construction workers leave in the afternoon, no one vacuumed the elevators. Thus, the elevator floors had significant debris on them all evening and overnight. It seems to me that a good manager would have had this cleaned up.

Check-in staff was amazing. Rooms are super cute. I dont think my "King size" bed was a true "King size". During my stay I requested an extra set of towel's within a few minutes of my stay. The towels never arrived. I found hair on the towels that were placed in the bathroom. That evenig, late night, I had to call the front desk again to request towels. Just needed a nice place to stay after a bad experience at a lousy hotel the night before. Service was terrific. The room was one of the most updated, nicest rooms I've seen lately at a hotel at this level. Someone mentions in another review that the rooms are outdated. I think that shows how newly constructed they are--the faux wood floors were cool. If they were real wood then they were especially cool!

It was an overall great experience. Breakfast was good. I used the gym, which was good. They were making some renovations but it did not bother my stay. My room was clean. Staff was nice and helpful. A lot a restaurants to eat around the area.

I stayed two nights in this hotel. HGI exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was large, very clean, had modern furnishings, and every convenience one could want being away from home (e.g., microwave oven, etc.). The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was under renovation. No one made me aware of that when I called and paid full price. Disaster area in the hallways. Paint on the floors and dust everywhere. Obviously no clean up after the days work. Disgusting smell of the glue that was used to put the new laminate floor down in the room. The floor I was on was not ready to have people staying on it. It looked unsafe as well.

The look of the hotel, though under obvious renovations, was very sleek. The people were great. The lobby smelled strongly of a gas leak. The staff seemed politely exasperated from my inquiry about the smell since they obviously had been asked over and over. My room was spacious for price paid and elegantly appointed. The simulated hardwood flooring add an upscale touch to the appearance (like at my home) and guaranteed the flooring was clean and safe to walk on barefoot. Some hotels have mixed colors and patterns to hide a weak vacuuming job. Not here - fantastic!

It's in a secluded area, the hotel is always calm, the pool is relaxing and the customer service is awesome every time I've stayed there. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner...and they start you off with the warm chocolate chip cookies or chilled bottled water if they run out of cookies hahaha

I personally had a great stay. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nice. The staff was excellent and top notch as you'd expect. There is construction going on but they have chosen a construction company that respected the customer and put me first whenever I ran into them. My experience is what you'd expect from a Hilton Hotel.

I was totally shocked to find out your entire hotel regulates the air conditioning. I was sweating so much in the room it was very warm and way too hot for me. Every person has a different body temperature. Also I asked for a fan and the entire hotel didn't have one which is hard to believe but that is what the person on duty told me. It was a horrible experience.

The hotel overall is ok. The rooms show wear and tear but they are currently renovating the rooms. The challengs I had was that I could hear noise from the rooms above and next door to me. I travel with ear plugs just in case and had to use them to get a good nights sleep. My first night the fire alarm went off at 3:30am for about 5 minutes. This is the first time I've stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn. First let me say that Nakira at the front desk was possibly one of the nicest front desk clerks I've ever encountered. Honestly the hotel was not one of my favorites because I had a couple of issues with noise and the tub being very slippery. My husband attended a jazz program in the area and stayed the night here. The elevator was a little dirty, but hey it is an elevator, but that in no way represented the room. I stayed at this hotel one night as it was booked by the person I was working for along with a few other rooms. We landed at Martin State Airport and it was quite a long drive (50 minutes) from there but perhaps the business was in that area. I had three problems with this facility: 1) the remodeled room I was in had no dresser, only open shelves. 2) the bathroom sink faucet was so close to the edge of the sink that you couldn't wash your hands without splashing water all over the mirror. 3) on my last day there, I found a bed bug on my body, took a photo of it, and showed it to the front desk.

The rooms appeared to be newly refurbished, and were very, very nice. Thick towels, which I appreciate! Staff extremely nice and Kisha at the bar was just delightful. Typical breakfast, but complete and and the dinner was pretty good as well. When back in the area would definitely return here.

Every staff member at the front desk and in the restaurant bar area were very friendly. The room was nice, wood floors, nice bathroom. I couldn't hear anyone above or below me but I could hear my next door neighbor's tv and the door on the room may as well not have been there. I could hear every conversation and door slamming outside my room.

This hotel has just been renovated. The updated rooms are very nice and very clean. The king bed rooms are large and comfortable but the bed is in the middle of the room and your head is toward the door. So can fell a bit odd. Decent amount of chain restaurants in the area.

The Hilton Garden Inn always delivers a clean, attractive, comfortable room. On this trip classical music was playing in my room on my arrival- it was a soothing welcome. The beds are super comfortable, the sheets and comforter are white and very clean, the pillows divine. The bathroom is well appointed. I love having a coffee pot, refrigerator and microwave- perfect for traveling.

One of the nicer hotels in the Owings Mills Pikesville area. I would not stay here if I needed to be in downtown Baltimore because it is close to 30 minutes away and there are much better options. Nothing that special about the property or location, but perfect if you need to be in this area. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The shower has excellent water pressure. Staff needs Improvement along with amenity maintenance and appliances . Swimming pool was dirty and not heat it and refrigerator did not work. Female friend staff member was rude with poor appearance.

This hotel has been updated and was very convenient when visiting the Baltimore area. The rooms are spacious and there is an option for breakfast at this facility. It is located off a highway and near several amenities. Would stay there again when in the area.
