The hotel was very clean and the staff very nice and helpful. However, when I called to confirm my reservation I was not told that the bar and restaurant were not open. I thought the website and the desk representative should have let us know that. I feel I was misled.

Overall we had a great time at this hotel. The bed sheets had stains however, and there were a few other cleanliness things about our stay we didnt like. However the pool and hot tub were amazing, the staff was great!

I have stayed here several times and for short stay is good. Last stay was disappointing. Room smelled musky, ceiling had been patched from leaks. Only offers coffee & tea, Restaurant closed the last 2 visits, but there are many restaurants in the area to go to. Would look at others options before coming back.

I was skeptical after reading some of the reviews. . Staff was friendly and helpful. I plan on staying there again. I was surprised at the size of our suite as it was huge and conveniently had a small kitchen. One block from the beach, I couldnt have asked for better

The Staff was amazing. They were able to get us in for anow early check in. The room was beautiful and very clean. The indoor pool was a wonderful addition as well. I have stayed many places on costal highway and this by far was our favorite.

I was a little disappointed that the upstairs restaurant wasn't open when we stayed - this is now the 2nd time it was closed and neither time did they mention this when the reservations were made. One of the reasons we like to stay there is the indoor pool and the upstairs bar/restaurant. Hopefully this new one opening 360 will stay for a while.

This was the dirtiest room I have EVER stayed in. My toddlers feet were black from walking on the floor. So disgusting, I would not allow my children to bathe in the bathroom, we went to another hotel that evening which was much nicer. Save your money, this place was GROSS!

Although the staff at the hotel was nice the hotel is very dated. It needs much cleaning and it is not on the beach. It is across the from the beach a little walk but if you look at the online pictures on their website it seems the hotel is right on the boardwalk. The new restaurant bar on the last floor closes early and for the breakfast they serve the service is very slow. The only upside is that this is a pet friendly hotel. No, I did not take my pets but do appreciate the fact that others... Read more

The Fenwick Inn is a friendly place in a friendly section of town. It has everything you need, and a lot of stuff you want, like free coffee and an indoor pool. Just a block from the beach. There are good restaurants within walking distance, as well as mini-golf and a Sunsations store.

We stayed for my son's basketball tournament. Love the restaurant bar upstairs. Clean rooms. Nice staff. The indoor pool was great. We would enjoy the free cup of coffee in the lobby anytime. It's a nice added touch.

For the price this place should be a lot nicer than it is. It really needs to be updated. It wasn't dirty or disgusting but it was outdated and could use some love. The staff were friendly... The restaurant on the top floor was very nice, very affordable, and the food was delicious. The pool area needs some love but with that being said the water was the perfect temperature.

it was close to the beach and stores. the pool and hot tub were nice and everything was clean. the restaurant right across from it had really good food for a great price and there's a 7-11 if you need something fast. There are 2 putt putt courses on either side with 2 courses each. There is a Sunsations right up the street for shopping as well. The staff at the Fenwick were all very nice and helpful. I would stay there again if going back to Ocean City. The beach is nice and not crowded a... Read more

We stayed at the Fenwick for a lacrosse tournament. Our rooms were nice and clean. However the A/c was spotty and did not work well the first night. Someone came out to look at it and by the end of Saturday it was cooled off. They were apologetic but due to the weekend there were no other rooms available.

The hotel was ok it's across a 6 lane highway from the beach but a crosswalk make it easy to get to. Leo's Seafood Restaurant across the street is a dive but it had the best food food we had in Ocean City the fried crab cakes were great. The restaurant on the 8th floor was nice it had a great view and a patio you could sit out on. Our room was well worn some torn carpet and busted dressers, but the room was clean overall had mini fridge and microwave. The Fenwick Inn is a fair price for what it ... Read more

High rise with no balconies on a busy street. But only two blocks to beach and has convenient 7/11 across the road for beach snacks drinks and ice. Plenty of parking. Top floor bar has nice view and good HH drinks. Friendly staff. Live music but lousy accoustics. Also does weekend breakfast buffet for 10 bucks which was just ok but a nice easy option. Indoor pool looked good but we didn't have time to try it. Would prolly stay here again for quick weekend.

We have stayed at Fenwick Inn several times. The staff are very nice and accommodating and the room prices are reasonable. However, this last trip we found the room to smell like mildew and since they allow pets the room smelled like animals. Our allergies kicked in because of these smells. Unfortunately, we will not be staying there again if we visit the Eastern Shore.

This hotel really wasn't too bad, even though it was a bit pricey (I suppose they all are at the beach). It was clean, but kind of appeared dirty because of being a bit outdated. The one thing we found odd was that there wasn't automatic front doors... first world problems ;)

Very accommodating to dogs and staff friendly. Pool was OK, but appears a little dirty. The beds were comfortable, but I recommend asking for firm pillows or bringing your own. The shower pressure wasn't too great, but water was nice and hot. Toilet made dripping sound at night. The door to the room needed adjustment to the latch. If bringing a dog, don't forget the kennel so the staff can clean while you're away!

The room was nice. It was clean and neat. I do, however, have concerns with the staff banging on doors at 10PM looking for people smoking in the hallway. Also, the entire 6th floor had a foul smell in the common areas that was very strong.

My friend and I made the first stop of our road trip at the Fenwick Inn. Upon arriving we were pleased to see that parking was convenient and easily available. The room was fresh smelling and the bathroom was exceptionally clean, yippee! The king size bed was clean, comfy and the white comforter stainless! The bed was extremely inviting and a guaranteed good night of rest, thank you! The beach is a block away and many places to eat a nice, reasonably priced meal within walking distance.

This hotel seems to be a work in progress. The upstairs restaurant/bar is a big improvement. However, the dresser in our room was falling apart and the drapes had holes in them. The carpet everywhere is worn, and as other viewers have stated, there is a strange odor in various places of the building. On the up side, the maid service was excellent. Although not the best hotel in the world, the Fenwick Inn is a great value for the price. At $150/night for a king room, you can't beat the price a three in OC. It's very close to the beach (one block), and there's a bus stop right out front. We found the bus very convenient, and the boardwalk is a short 30 min bus ride. Plus, the bus is very convenient for when you and your significant other both want to drink. We loved how far uptown the hotel was, because it was away from the busy boardwalk a... Read more
