The room was nice and fit my family of four comfortably. We used the kitchenette which definitely saved a ton of money. The view of the ocean from the balcony was good, and the short walk to the beach was great. Free coffee in the AM was nice as well.

Great hotel. We had an ocean view room top floor which had an amazing view. Beach is a few steps away. We brought a cooler down and hung out by the beach all day. Beach is a little crowded but that should be expected. Beautiful clear water. When we had enough sun we sat on our private balcony which I couldn't ask for more. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this for 20-30 year old groups or couples as it is kind of a party atmosphere. Only downside for me was the pool which was... Read more

We enjoyed our stay at Atlantic Oceanfront Inn very much. The room was a good size for our family of 6. The Balcany view was Gorgeous. We loved being mere steps from the beach and ocean and enjoyed this aspect many times per day with the kids. The outdoor shower helped remove sand from our body after one of these many trips as well. The kitchen area was great to prepare our own meals and save money on takeouts. If you stay I highly recommend floor 4 or 5 Corner Ocean View You will not regr... Read more

My husband and I stayed for two nights recently, an ocean front room. We liked the room a lot. It had everything we needed and more. Everything in the room seemed updated. The ocean front view was amazing. The elevator was a little noisy, shaky, and scary though. The sliding doors are also loud. You can hear when other people close by open and close their sliding doors. Overall though, a great stay and a good price. We plan on returning.

It was a cute condo, not the cleanest place i have every been in but cute. I have never stayed in a condo in Ocean City so didn't realize you had to bri g your own sheets,towlels,etc.... It was the first time not staying near boardwalk and in the upper streets. There wasn't a lot of things you could walk to but beach area was very nice and quite.

We had a fourth floor oceanfront room. The view was fantastic, the room was a good size with a small kitchenette area. The balcony was roomy, with comfortable seats. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Those are the reasons I rate it a very good. On the other side, there was only one wobbly elevator and if I had children with me it could involve lots of waiting for the elevator. If you have small children I would advise a lower level room. The only other issu... Read more

After months of research of hotels along the Delaware and Maryland coast, I decided to book a room at the Atlantic Oceanfront Inn for a four-day family vacation in Ocean City, Maryland. The good reviews outweighed the bad reviews, the price was right, and the hotel had everything I was looking for (except a free breakfast). Our experience at the hotel was very good. On arrival, we learned that June is senior month, and the hotel was about 1/3 full of teenagers. The hotel does welcome graduat... Read more

Usually stay at another OC oceanfront hotel, but this was a last minute trip and our usual place was booked. After reading reviews, wasn't sure, but the price was great for an oceanfront suite. We were on the 3rd floor above the dune, the room was clean and updated enough. Walls aren't soundproof, so we put up with some noise a few nights. The plastic chairs on the balcony were kinda flimsy and uncomfortable, but the view was great! The only elevator is a bit shaky and we took the stairs down ra... Read more

The location was great. You are just steps from the beach. Price is high for reason. There was a lot of flies in our room and bedding. Our door wouldn't lock. Management came right away to fix it. You can just push it open. We stayed on first floor and view was of a sand dune. But you got the breeze and smell of salt water and sounds of the ocean. There was a pvc balcony which was a bit unsafe and cheesy. No breakfast or even coffee and juice until 10am. Snack machine was put of order. Parking... Read more

This was our first Ocean Front Room that we thought would be amazing and somewhat upscale and luxurious. Unfortunately that was not the case. It was not worth the price at all!! (The best part of the room was the balcony and the view). The room was very musty smelling, flies everywhere. There were dead flies on the wall that were not cleaned up. We were on the 4th Floor so that provided a great view. The bathroom had rusty spots in every corner, on the walls, back of the door, shower rod and show... Read more

Stayed here for the airshow. We were in a first floor oceanview room which was perfect. The staff was very nice. However, we never saw a maid, even though the front desk said the chart was "signed off on". They did then, come right away, but was difficult because we were in the room. The room was a good size, but there were water stains on the ceiling. Over all a decent stay, fantastic location. May stay there again.

Booked last min with trip advisor and got the best price. First floor room with the view of the dunes but still some ocean-view, not bad. Clean room but a little outdated. The plumbing was a little clogged but otherwise the room served its purpose. The tiny pool was disappointing as it was not off the beach but in the parking lot in front of the building. Free beach chairs were provided by the hotel. The location was great, we walked everywhere close to eateries, bars, and Secrets! We had a blas... Read more

I just returned from a 4 night stay with my family. The hotel is not on the boardwalk but you can walk right out to the beach. I stayed on the 1st floor with a view of the dunes and partial view of the ocean. The price was very reasonable. The rooms were okay, could use some updates especially the bathroom. The rooms were clean. The service was outstanding. I called the front desk a few times and was always greeted by a friendly staff member. Any request I made was delivered to my room wi... Read more

Came to this hotel as a couple on July 4th weekend. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful (special thanks to Michelle!!!) . Room was super clean, with all the amenities provided. Oceanview room, overlooking the beach was a great added touch to our stay. Had so much fun, decided to stay an extra night - hotel staff let us remain in the same room instead of checking out and settling in to a different room. Would definitely stay here again, for a calm relaxing but fun weekend!!

I stayed in the first-floor Room 101 from June 29th to July 1st, 2016. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was tolerable for a lone male not needing a water view, and it is probably a typical non-chain mediocre $150-per-night room next to the beach in Ocean City in mid-summer. The hotel's management could easily improve the room right now by painting over the several stains on the ceiling above the bed and dresser, by painting or replacing the corroded hanger rack, and by regularly... My family stayed on the third floor in a King/Queen suite for one night. The room was clean, the bathroom and air conditioners definitely could use updating. Our sink was not level, it appeared to be detaching from the wall and the shower head moved (was not a removable shower head). The kitchen had a few plates and a few pieces of silverware. The refrigerator was clean and fairly new. The balcony was nice, had two chairs and a great view! I would not recommend young children being left al... Read more

Was pleasantly surprised when we arrived early and were told to go ahead and park wherever we wanted until we could check in and we also could make use of the pool or go to the beach if we desired. Loved the view from our 3rd floor corner room - beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Rooms were very spacious with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Only complaint would be the number of flies in the room and the 2 roaches that were seen at various times - but overall I really liked the room. The stov... Read more

The staff was the friendliest I have experienced especially the maintenance guy. Anytime you pass an employee they always said hello. If your looking for an upscale hotel this would not be the place for you. The place shows its age and the doors need adjusting as they stick and you have to push or pull hard to open and close them. The fourth floor ocean view room allowed views of the ocean and beach for a long distance. The kitchen was efficient and clean. The bathroom shower curtain had blo... Read more

We decided to stay here, this is the first time we visited the area and they had a great price and good reviews so we tried it out. We were able to check in early and they gave us a room on the 5th floor with a ocean view and it was amazing. Clean room and pool was nice and views and beach were beautiful

I would definitely stay here again. I visited OC alone on this trip (in Sept) and wasn't sure what to expect when I got to my room. I opened the door and was pleasantly surprised ! Everything was perfect. Clean. No funny smell. Very new-ish. There was a fridge and coffee maker which I used quite a bit. Great water pressure in the shower. The bed was so comfy, I slept like a baby ! I had the absolute BEST ocean front view with seagulls hovering at my balcony while I drank my morning coffee... Read more
