Ok I know this is a limited service hotel. They just "renovated" the suites and hotel over all. Sadly it was clear it was a very lazy job by the contractor and shame on the hotel for not picking up on these things. #1 Stickers on items like door handles and light fixtures. (Photo) #2 Dirty and falling apart plumbing (Photo) #3 Door to my suite not alignment was very bad. No rubber to make a sealed door letting light in and most important hallway noise. Stayed at this hotel because I missed a layover flight and it was the cheapest better quality hotel by the airport!! The room itself is great especially if you are staying for a few night!! Makes you feel at home with a small kitchen, living room and a very big bedroom suite and bathroom!! I got a handicap accessible room because it was almost all they had left, and maybe because it was accessible, the lower cabinets were not there so it showed the garbage disposal and pipes under the sink!! Nicely decorated, clean, good value. Has suite rooms with kitchens. Mattresses and bedding looked new and very clean, Has full, hot, complimentary breakfast that was set out early at 5:30 am. There is complimentary in-room wifi for HHonors guests (not sure about others). There is NO "resort fee" for amenities such as using the workout room or pool. We highly recommend this hotel and would use it again.

We spent one night prior to a cruise. We had to call them directly with our own phone as we couldn't find a phone in baggage claim. Other then that, it was quick and easy from the airport. We had intended to have dinner at a place in the Inner Harbor area of town, but that didn't work out. The front desk staff was very helpful and gave us a list of places nearby that their shuttle could drop us off and pick us up again from. The room itself is a two room suite. The breakfast had a very nice selection of everything. The dining room was good sizes and had a good amount of seating too. Great stay!! And very reasonable prize! The Homewood Suites Hotel (by Hilton) didn't live up to the 100% satisfaction guarantee. The morning of our departure, the elevators were not working, the breakfast wasn't provided and there were several other electrical issues. Internet was down (couldn't check flight information), Keycard didn't work on the outside entrances . . . a myriad of problems. We chose a 1 bdrm suite that included a full kitchen, and what a bargain for just a bit extra! Clean, comfortable, with a full hot breakfast that also included oatmeal, yogurt and fresh fruit. Lovely outdoor courtyard to enjoy breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff. The pool was indoor and Ok, but the outdoor patio with two Weber gas grills and tables was a great place for hanging out, and especially nice in the early morning for breakfast.

Our private oasis near many things. Truly like a mini apartment, clean, friendly service, breakfasts are great for the kids. Indoor pool is a plus which the kids always enjoy. Movie theater is literally across the street and easy access to downtown Baltimore and Arundel Mills. Great value for what I paid.

My Fiancé and I just recently stayed at the Homewood suites for the 3rd Annual Seafood Fest, Nice stay. Speedy check in and very clean rooms at this location. Complimentary breakfast I did not eat it but it was available every morning. This location does have a pool detached from the hotel in a house in the rear, with a jacuzzi as well. About a 10-12 min ride to Baltimore. Fitness room is also available. Quiet. Staff friendly. I would definitely return.

Absolutely wonderful! I visited the hotel with a group for a spiritual retreat. We were treated with utmost care. My suite was clean and inviting. Decorated beautifully. I had a restful night sleep, and would like to know what brand of mattress that I was sleeping on. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the Homewood Suites to everyone. Thank you

I was pleasantly surprised by how the staff of this hotel made our lives easier while there. The property is close to the airport and the VAN service is very flexible transporting us to and from most of the close by places.

The amenities: Well-stocked semi-kitchen; Two spacious bedrooms/baths separated by enough space to provide privacy; Comfortable living room/den; HD TVs everywhere; Comfortable bed, nice crisp linens; Clean bathrooms; Shuttle service. The Non-amenities: Shuttle Service (one scary incident due to human error); The suite was at the far end of a long third-story hallway; No mini-bar nor cocktail lounge; No convenient restaura... We stay here frequently when we travel to the Baltimore area. Overall it is a great hotel. The facilities are clean. The staff is very friendly. Especially the front desk staff. They have always been very helpful to us. The food for breakfast can be improved upon. Honestly, the last time we stayed there we just stopped eating there because the food was just not good. But the worst part of the hotel is the thinnest of the walls. And I realize that this is something they can't change right now. Bu... Read more

We travel often and stay in a hotel several nights a month , staying here reminds me why we choose Marriott over Hilton properties . Our greasing was lukewarm and not friendly at all as a matter of fact when I came to the desk later to inquire about the shuttle it was obvious I was bothering the desk people. The room itself was very nice and in good condition . It was clean and since we needed to use the fold out bed it was in clean and it good condition . The king size bed mattress was horrible... I will stay here again next time I come to the East Coast. I love Hiltons to begin with, but this one is nestled near BWI and although is about 20 minutes outside of downtown Baltimore Inner Harbor area (and traffic) it is far enough away that it is quiet, yet close to an airport that is easy in/out flying. Close to D.C., Baltimore and the I-95 corridor, Annapolis, and an easy 2 hour drive to Philly, the food, the comfort, the staff..it's all good.

I'd rate this 3.5 stars if I could. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Very clean. They were having plumbing issues while I was there and had to shut all the water off. Breakfast was ok but not great. Location great for bwi but not downtown Baltimore. Staff was friendly.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Check in was smooth and staff was very professional and courteous. Beautiful lobby. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures (I normally do). The room was nice and comfortable although it was not my preference (it was wheelchair accessible - although I wondered about that since the room was very very far away from entrance and elevator). With the pull out sofa, the room accommodated three adults comfortably. We left too early for breakfast, so no comment. No... Read more

Offered happy hour and lunch/dinner throughout the week. Has a great indoor pool with a lifeguard. Offered shuttle services. Only thing I would've changed was the fact there is not one bathroom in the suite and it is inside the bedroom. Nice small kitchen. The staff weren't too helpful when the shuttle came hours late and made my boyfriend miss his train but they refunded his ticket price.

We always choose Homewood Suites if we have that option. In the BWI area, our favorite was the one located near Arundel Mills Shopping Center. Unfortunately, it changed ownership and is now Live Lofts. So, we decided to try the nearby Linthicum Heights Homewood Suites. The cons: It's hard to find because, during daylight, the hotel sign is obscured by its height from the road and its color blending into the surrounding trees. The one bedroom suites are really small. If you need to use the ... Read more

This hotel is well situated from the airport. It has plenty of resturaunts that are close by for convienence. The customer service was very satisfactory and the food for the evening meal or snack and the morning breakfast was well stocked and clean. I say this for most homewood suite facilities, the gym area is very small and a minimal amount of cardio equipment and not much room to workout in. Wish they would upgrade or improve this feature in the homewood suite chain.

This hotel is old, aging and should be avoided. The bathroom is a leftover from Motel 6. It's a tiny room with an old toilet and shower. Sink in the room is poorly lit. Heating/cooling does not work most times, and when it does it's noisy. Breakfast buffet is sub-par. Staff is prone to much turnover and is not helpful. This Homewood Suites gives Hilton a bad name. Loved the hotel, location was good, amenities were very nice, only used the kitchen a few times, but the bed was so uncomfortable I didn't sleep very well. It might have been a personal preference. It was hard and the sheets seemed rough. I am not sure but the pillows seemed feather also. I think this hotel would be better for a family trying to save money by cooking in. The full size frig was nice. Just not nessasary for a business traveler.
