This was my first time staying in this hotel. The staff was very helpful. They told us about great places in town to eat (I highly recommend the G&M restaurant) or visit . While the hotel does not have a restaurant, it does have a good breakfast that includes hot items, like oatmeal, omelettes, biscuits/gravy, and sausage. Rooms were large, clean and VERY quiet. Some air traffic noise. But to be expected this close to the airport. Continental breakfast was your usual processed food. But the coffee was good. We had a 8 month old baby with us. The pack and play provided was very clean, which is not always the case. There were high chairs in the breakfast area as well. Bed was hard, pillows flat.

We live in NW Baltimore and stayed here to have a place to park our car and get to the airport very, very early. Very pleased! The shower is way better than the one in our apartment! Check in and comport mentioned of the staff was excellent. Liz and Stephon have very good engagement skills!

Had the pleasure of staying here last night. Upon arrival I was immediately welcomed, promptly checked in and the staff helped me box up a half a dozen bags of Utz Crab Chips to smuggle back home. Everyone went far beyond the call of duty. Super nice. In the morning I took the shuttle back to BWI and had the pleasure of having Donna as my driver. I've stayed in dozens of Hampton Inns, and this is one of the least fresh and least well maintained. Staff was friendly and responsive enough, but the hall and room carpeting were dirty, furniture knobs were all loose, one cabinet door mechanism was broken and wouldn't stay closed, wall was cracked, lamps were dusty, sofa cushion was stained, etc. Evidently, it is scheduled for a makeover in Oct 2016. Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. Great if you need a place to stay by the airport but not a lot around besides the parking lot and other hotels. Delicious breakfast. Lobby looked great, but not a lot of seating during peak breakfast hour

Excellent facility, quiet rooms with comfortable beds! Courteous and helpful front desk staff. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Damien the shuttle driver was very prompt in picking me up from my return flight. Parking on premises. Can pay to park your car with them until your return space permitting. Easy access to the airport.

This hotel was acceptable but the room we had was very, very small! Would have been ok for a single person but my husband tripped over each other with our luggage in the room. It was clean and did what it was suppose to do...give us a bed to sleep in for the night before our flight out.

Staff was really the most pleasant part of our trip. The room was OK nothing really wrong with it just outdated a bit. The bathroom was nice and for what we needed it was perfect. Using the shuttle was seamless and so much easier than using a bus and parking at the airport.

The room was beautiful. The remote for the TV didn't work however. The carpet was a little damp when I walked in. The bathroom was clean and had a large amount of space to move around. The complimentary breakfast was not out on time. I walked down around 7 AM and there was no breakfast out yet. This is important for those that would like to have a nice meal before heading to the airport.

I've never had a bad experience at a Hampton Inn, but this one is not up to others I'm accustomed to in the details. There was some paint chipped on the wall. Not a big deal, but since I pay a little more than I would for, say, a Red Roof Inn, I expect a little more. I was greeted by an excellent staff at front desk and Thomas was more than helpful as it was hard to go in and out of the hotel. I have a disability as well as my wife who has a hard time walking due to old age but they helped me from check in to check out. They made the stay as relaxing and easy as possible and Thomas gave me a great a conversation on my way out that made me feel like I was home talking to a long lost pal

Stayed one night here. The carpet between the bed and a/c unit was completely soaked. Hotel was full so not able to change room. I was offered additional Hilton Honors points and towels to put down for my inconvenience. This hotel has nice extra amenities including a clean complimentary laundry room. no fumbling for a handful of quarters. The complimentary breakfast is ok- some good some not so good but on the upper part of ok. Rooms and location fine. What really impressed me was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Except for the lack of elevator service (only one of three was working all the time) this is a fine place to stay. Great location just off the BWI airport property and close to Baltimore itself. The room was basic motel fare and was clean and neat. All the usual amenities were available and the "continental" breakfast was better than most. My flight was cancelled and I knew nothing about the area. I called a few hotels I was put on hold on the first call, so I hung up because I was in a rush. My second call to the Marriott where I stay the night before but, in a different location In Greenbelt MD. The representative to whom I spoke to was rude and could help me with anything. Tom the manager on duty the evening of 30 July went above normal customer service by assisting our son with contact solution after our son realized he had not packed any. Tom was very cordial and had our check in processed for us before we arrived after we called and let him know that we were detained in heavy traffic. While this hotel was extremely convenient to BWI room cleanliness and front desk staff demeanor was lacking. There were two bright spots - Aaron who managed the breakfast and the airport shuttle drivers.

Shuttle driver Damien very friendly and helpful. Desk staff shared their ideas on what were good local restaurants. I did not want chains and van took me to restaurants and local convenience stores. Would have been helpful if van could travel a bit further. Cleaning staff could have been a bit friendlier. Problems with elevator, at one point both close to my room were not working.

You have to experience this hotel for yourself. Treated like kings. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable, the area is close to the airport. I love that they have a free shuttle that runs 24 hrs. What more could you ask

This is a decent hotel. Not sure how the rest of the rooms are, but my room was THE very first room by past the hotel lobby so noise was an issue. It's a couple of restaurants in walking distance, but beyond that, you better have transportation for dining or shopping.

Hotel is less than ideal even at a budget rate. My room could use a good carpet shampoo , replace the torn curtains and make the lock on the bathroom door functional. The only positives are the staff which was very friendly and helpful and the location for easy access to BWI airport.

We stayed here on a Tuesday night. Cons- It was busy. Checkin a bit slow because so busy. Rooms on smaller size and a bit worn. Pros- nice staff, shuttle driver to airport on time and super friendly, complimentary breakfast opens 6 am for early travelers.

The staff was awesome, they treated us just like family. Both shuttle drivers went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel itself could use a little TLC. I wouldn't let that stop you from going to this hotel.

Traveling for business we stayed at this Hampton Inn the night before we flew out of BWI. The customer service was great, the room was clean and most important for tis trip the airport shuttle, which runs 24/7 was very easy to use. The price for parking was great too, $8/day which is the same as the airport long term parking but more convenient.

I had a double queen that was okay could use some love on the stand point of maintenance, but the staff really overcomes the small bumps and bruises the hotel itself has on the overall appearance. Great shuttle service by Donna. Thanks She drove us to the airport. She was professional and provided great service in the early morning. We also received great shuttle when we arrived at the airport. We called the hotel , and fifteen minutes the hotel shuttle arrived to take us to the hotel.

While the interior is a bit "worn" the staff are not. Great staff and friendly, They went out of their ways to help. The free shuttle bus to the airport was amazing and Donna the driver was a breath of fresh air! The free breakfast was good! we will stay there again when we pass through that area!

The staff was very professional and friendly, they provided exceptional service our entire stay. Ensured we were having a pleasant stay the entire time during our visit, the room accommodations were roomy and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel, it is near everything, and is located in a quiet location.

Stephon was super friendly and helpful. Justin was just a nice to my sister checking in. Great staff on the weekend, at night, with no manager on. That's rare! Great way to wrap up a vacation. Helpful note: looks like the area is going to be better built around the hotels with a chipotle and chickfila under construction near by!

Check in was weak. The desk clerk was nice but. It overly competent. No TV remote until I asked. Complimentary Internet was slow. Convenient location! That will bring me back. Shuttle driver was very nice!!!

The hotel and service were perfectly fine but the highlight was Donna who drives the hotel shuttle. She not only was a great driver and was very personable but she also provided tips on getting to the National Aquarium as well as for the best local restaurants for crab cakes (best ever) and barbecue!

In town for Family Reunion; spent 6 days here. Family members had interconnecting rooms. All personnel associated with this hotel, from front desk to housekeeping, were very pleasant. The price was reasonable. Beds comfortable. The breakfast each morning was exceptional!! Only two negatives: only 2 glasses are given to each room, and the rooms are just a tad tight. But overall, would recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is in a very convenient location - close to airport and downtown Baltimore. It is also convenient to restaurants. I stay in this area rather than in downtown Baltimore for parking and restaurants. Close to 295 as well.

My family and I just flew in from Dallas and was picked up by Donna. She was very nice and friendly. She arrived in a timely manner, helped us load all our bags, and made conversation with us. Took us straight to our car so we didn't have to walk with the kids in the heat.

You know it as well as I do... when you have a flight going out the next day, you want to try and stay close to the airport to beat traffic, return your rental car (to avoid that extra day charge), and not worry about running to that gate that's further away than anyone else's. The lobby of this hotel is very inviting, but the room was very depressing and really let me down. The room was probably the smallest I've experienced in a Hampton Inn so far and it was really outdated. The sheers in the window were torn and looked terrible, the bed was creaky and the caulk around the bathroom really needed redone. Really not what I'm used to at a Hampton Inn.

I'm a traveling musician and my 6 hour flight arrived at BWI before check in. All I wanted was to sleep not crammed between two people! Not only did Margaret help me with an early check-in but they also had an airport shuttle! When I showed up, they were still serving breakfast in the lobby. I was able to drift into much needed sleep with a belly full of pastries and turkey sausage. yum.

We checked into our room and noticed we need 2 more large bath towels. We immediately received the towels and enjoyed the chat with Housekeeping. When we checked in, we asked about a good seafood restaurant and the desk suggested a TERRIFIC place and simple directions. We stayed at this hotel as we had an early morning flight out of the D.C. area. I always search a Hilton Hotel when ever I travel as I have found they have the best value for the money...including amenities, service, and very friendly people. this hotel was no different. Was here last week just stopping through on business. I have pretty simple needs when I stay in a hotel on the road and they were all met. My room was spotless, there was a nice desk and chair to work at, plenty of outlets, a comfortable bed, and the room was very quiet. Check check check. Staff was friendly, and breakfast was very solid. Really good experience for a quick stay and I definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Arrived after midnight due to airline delays and they still had my reservation. Nice and quiet especially being close to BWI. The room is very clean and the ged is very comfortable. But, they are away from the sights around DC, so a vehicle is a must. There are many restaurants within 5 miles of the hotel. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is that my room wasn't cleaned on one day after a wedding party checked out.

The hallways looked a bit run down, but the room itself was comfortable. I had a quick turn around and a very early flight so the best thing for me was that they had a shuttle service to the airport that left whenever I needed to get there. All I had to do was give them 15-20min notice. I would stay here again.

Hampton Inn BWI offers a convenient location to park and fly from the nearby airport. This is an older Hampton so the rooms are a bit smaller and seemed full of current Hampton furnishings. We were there for only the night for an early departure so the clutter was manageable. Breakfast was great including waffles in the shape of the state of Texas!?! The park and fly portion of the trip were great with prompt service on departure and return.

Nice place for an overnight before a flight. We checked in the night before a flight to Mexico. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. They also had parking that was only $8 a night so we were able to leave the car for the week. I will use them again.

We used the hotel's shuttle to take us to a nearby restaurant . The driver, Zeki, was a very charming young man. Very friendly and got us to our destination quickly. After dinner we called him and he was there 10 minutes later to bring us back. Very professional and courteous.

Quite possibly the finest staff we have ever encountered in any hotel, anywhere. Without exception EVERY staff member regardless of position greeted us and engaged us in conversation. I stayed here overnight as I have in the past. For a single traveler it is just ok. Not too nice or too pricey. I usually choose this when coming for a quick overnight. I wouldn't being a family here for vacation because there are other nice places around for a little more money.

This Hampton Inn has a particularly loving and caring staff. Everybody has energy and a smile, and they all look for ways to be helpful. It's special. I felt inspired to be more like the people who work in this hotel. I had a great experience and I'll be back!

I ended up staying here after my disappointments the previous night with the courtyard and it was worth the wait. The staff is top notch and the manager Tom was a pleasure to have serve me. He was so polite and efficient when checking me in with record timing.
