I traveled to Baltimore twice in May for training and stayed here both times. There were 3 of us traveling together. Our room was perfect, outstanding customer service, and the cooked to order breakfast/complimentary drinks are an added bonus! Miss Vicky puts a smile on your face each morning as she takes your omelet order. They have recently remodeled and everything is new and fresh. The only thing that was an issue was the wi-fi was spotty at times in our room. I always try to stay at Emb... Read more

The hotel good and clean, nice rooms but the service is horrible. Let it be housekeeping, room service or front desk. Very bad service and worst attitude of employees towards customers. Lived there for 2 nights and i was without room coffee for 1 day. Kept on calling housekeeping and room service but no reponse. I will not recommend it to anyone.

Our room was a home away from home. I love Embassy Suites and stay at this chain whenever it's feasible. The living room furniture is very comfortable, and our desk could do double duty as a table for dining for 2, with two straight back chairs and a desk chair. The mini kitchen (microwave, refrigerator and sink) is convenient for snacking. The bedroom had a very comfy bed and a dresser. For longer stays there was another large dresser in the living area. The bed and pillows were great. Free dri... Read more

I have stayed at the Embassy Suites in Alexandria VA, Secaucus NJ, Phila (Center City and Airport), Centennial Park in Atlanta, In the past 2yrs there have been at least a total of 10 stays. The breakfast setup at BWI, is not consistent with the other locations that seem to work better. Other locations offer separate Buffet tables and a "Made to order" counter. This location combines the two. Therefore, you have two long lines for each and the "Made to Order" line alternates with the Buffet c... Read more

The breakfast staff, cooks l, and bartenders were amazing and the only saving grace at this hotel. The second worse Embassy Suites I've stayed at. Great hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. Has happy hour from 5-7:30 which is complimentary every evening. Also very good breakfast which is typical for this brand. I would return to this property next time I am in BWI. It has been renovated and rooms are up to date. They have Keurig machines in the room. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes and it is timely. I stay here sometimes for meetings in DC. Good coonection to DC on either the MARC or the B30 bus from BWI. Hotel shuttle tends to be slow sometimes. Great rooms and great staff and much less than staying in DC. Sales and specials can make this a real bargain. The hhonors sale made this less than the Hampton. The renovations are beautiful, you go feel as if you're in a more upscale hotel minus the cost. The cons: Managers reception was OK....they had one gentleman serving drinks so the line tended to be long. There was a concert this particular weekend so some of the clientele were a little over the top and inappropriate in the pool area. Pros: The pool and spa are both very nice sizes. First, I have to say for the money it was a good value for a hotel near the airport. It is conveniently located about 15 minutes drive from Baltimore's Inner Harbor. Transportation: They do offer a free shuttle to and from the airport which is convenient, however, it is located in an area that is not walkable to anything. Location, service, cleanliness, and price were all great. Can't ask for more. The hot breakfast is a different story. Rotten fruits, hot items were behind the counter. You have to ask for scramble egg, potatoes, sausages. If you come up for eggs the server will look at you (you again?)

Stay at this Embassy Suite as the last stop before heading home. The room was nice, roomy and clean. As always at an Embassy Suites, the breakfast is excellent. Did have a couple of issues. The first was the washer/dryer. Wasn't working the first night and had problems the second. The staff did wash our clothes with the Hotel equipment, but it wasn't the best experience. So for a weeks worth of parking at a secure lot, transportation to and from the airport, a 2 hour complimentary cocktail reception, and a made to order breakfast (if you can make it before 7 am), for a grand total of $159.00 you'd have to be crazy to not stay here if you are flying out of BWI. The staff was helpful. The guest rooms are newly renovated and look very much the part of a new Embassy Suites. Eggs were made to order and the buffet was exactly what you would expect. The "egg" guy is super perky in the morning! (I am being petty -- but the canvas's by the elevators make the place look cheap -- of what must have been a multimillion dollar renovation.)

The complimentary breakfast has a wide selection of food items and the omelets are made to order. Unfortunately, the evening reception was disappointing. The snacks was quickly consumed and NO refills were forthcoming. So get to the receptions as soon as it starts so you can have a snack with your drink!

I've stayed here twice in the last 6 months, and it's ok. The suites are very nice with nice TVs, good HVAC, nice beds, etc. My main issue with this hotel is the lay-out/lighting/atmosphere of the bar/restaurant area. It's just not good and doesn't give off a good vibe. It's too bright which makes it feel very cold and sterile, and the bar is too small and it is often understaffed.
