The Staff at this hotel does a tremendous job seeing to the needs of their guests!! S'mores night one night in the guest dining area was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!!! Very customer friendly. I will be back to stay here again

Stayed here on a very short trip for two nights. First day the tub was clogged and called maintenance and they immediately responded in less than 10 mins and fixed the issue in a simple 20 Mins visit. They were very helpful and readily available and I applaud them for such. The hotel has basically the essentials available small kitchenette, small living space, bedroom and bathroom. It's quite comfortable and overall clean. I am satisfied customer and would definitely recommend it.

the hotel was very clean and comfortable the best part of the stay were the people. From day one the staff understands customer service and made us feel at home. We appreciated the evening mixer. Good breakfast also.

I stayed here for over 3 weeks. Within the day the front staff, the breakfast staff and the room attendant all knew my name, some personal info that I had shared and made me feel as welcome. Mel and Linda the breakfast staff always greeted me warmly in the morning, my room attendant Jessica would leave a note to see if I needed anything extra, and Steve at the front desk helped me get my mail needs sorted out. As a Platinum Member who frequently stays in Marriott Hotels while on business trips, I can personally attest that the BWI Residence Inn staff and property condition are without question the best of any Residence Inn I have ever stayed in.

We stayed 4 nights so we could attend our granddaughter's college graduation. Have stayed at this location a number of times before. The facility is beginning to show its age. Nothing obvious, but compared to previous stays we noticed. We arrived at 3:30 pm, but had to wait approximately 10 minutes for a room to be ready for us. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We arrived late and were greeted by Rodonna. She was cheerful, accommodating and very customer oriented. She checked us in quickly, gave us much appreciated water and some fresh fruit! Staff was EXCELLENT! We got pointers on where to dine, where to visit, and even got tips for some local supermarkets. Pets are allowed at this hotel and although we were not traveling with our PETS, I wish I would have brought them. Numerous times I have witnessed staff bringing out bowls of water for the dogs. If you're an animal lover - this simple gesture says it all. I commend Residence Inn for employing such wonderful people.

Booked for overnite stay on way to OC MD. Greeeted warmly at front desk by Kimberly Smit who accomodated all my needs for room and information. Very clean surroundings, pool, dining & lobby area. Relaxed by pool. Very quiet night. Upon entering breakfast area we we were welcomed by Mel singing "Good Morning" to us with a huge smile. Food was excellent & plentiful. Linda provided great service and ensured our needs were fulfilled. Great start to our day. Your hotel and staff are to be commended!

If you have family or business in this are the hotel is nice . But tis establishment is 30 to 40 minutes to Annapolis and 15 minutes or more to Baltimore . Both depending on the traffic. From someone who travels a great bit . The hotel and staff were just above average .

Upon checking in we were placed in a room with a very large stain on the seating area of the couch so we asked to be moved. So we moved into a room where the bathroom door and the entry door into the room were so swollen you could barely open them. The bathroom had a shower curtain that the hooks were not holding up and then after the first night, our room never got cleaned. We go to Baltimore quite often, and usually stay near the airport. This was our first stay at this location and I have to say I was satisfied. The general manager, Jeff Ault, emailed me after check-in and check-out which I was really impressed by. His recommendation actually led us to attend an Orioles game during our visit. He also pleasantly addressed one of our concerns and we would definitely stay again!

I have stayed at numerous Marriott properties, never had a problem. I was so excited as my son was traveling with me, never been to Marriott before. Upon arrival to our room dog poo was at the front door in the hallway. Took care of that. Walked in, opened the fridge and there was a pizza box and another container of food left. I spent three nights here in July 2016 for business. All contact from making the reservations to calling for a shuttle from the airport to the end of my stay were professional and polite. I had the impression that the entire staff was there to please the guests! We loved our ever so brief stay here. All employees were gracious, professional and very helpful. There was a wonderful happy hour with wine, beer and food the evening we arrived and a really great continental breakfast, making this property and incredible value. Front desk made a great restaurant recommendation as well. I have a post check-out request of the property which the responded to and took care of very quickly. This place has been our home away from home. We have stayed at this location almost every weekend since July, and it is now mid- August. The staff is exceptional and friendly. The rooms are like your own apartment with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. They are neat and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook a great meal. My family and I stayed at the Residence Inn on our way out of BWI and had a very nice stay. We were also close enough to go to the Inner Harbor for dinner (about 15 - 20 minutes away from the hotel). The room was clean and well appointed.

Convenient location to Furnace Inn for a wedding. Front desk gentlemen very nice, well informed and organized. Stayed 2 nights in spacious 2 bed 2 bath suite. Nice layout with living room. Could be good stay but both bathroom floors were dirty, sheets were stained and hair dryer started to smoke. We returned hair dryer but were not offered a replacement.

I'm a Marriott fan and the Residence Inn didn't disappoint. Bed was super comfortable, Room was larger than a NYC apartment. Plenty of towels, fast internet and full sized refrigerator. Staff is welcoming and attentive - very professional. Breakfast was very good - good coffee, ceraels, yogurt, etc. - my husband even liked the scrambled eggs! Lots of healthy choices as well as waffles. I stayed there twice while in Baltimore. And try G&M for the best crab cakes evdr - just down the road.

I stay here at least once a year for a conference I attend close by. I like having a Kitchenette. They provide coffee in the room. Front desk staff always kind and friendly. Happy hour is basic but better than nothing . Breakfast every morning is what you would expect ; scrambled eggs and various meats which change daily . Yogurt, fruit and coffee and juice. I am normally not disappointed when I travel because I always stay at a Marriott property. This time I was. I checked in and the staff was very nice and polite. I got to my room and the room was clean and all looked great. Until I tried turning on a light. The light on nightstand said, main switch on wall. Ok, click. Nothing. Plugged in? Yes. We were staying here after leaving a rental as temp quarters until a move across country. I was at the inn for 21 days as the Granny Nanny. The staff was so very helpful to me. Mel and Linda on the breakfast shift always welcomed me with warm friendly greetings as baby and Gram came for breakfast. They set up a special high chair for me as baby was just learning to eat. From the moment i checked in Michael, the front desk Staff was very friendly and gave me a lot of information about the location and the offerings, including the happenings at night at the hotel. They have night specials, make sure you asked for them! the room was super nice!! very big and bed was so nice and clean! Breakfast was overall good simple but good. This RI rates right in the top five of RI's that I've stayed at nationwide. Great staff, great room, convenient and priced right. You won't go wrong here. I stay about 90 hotel nights a year and stay at RI's whenever I can because of the standard they set. This one exceeded the standard.

I've stayed at a lot of high end hotels and this hotel has surpassed all of them. The room was clean, comfortable and stocked well. They even had microwave popcorn! The hideabed was even comfortable! Awesome stay. It's the little things that count. Simply having a makeup wipe remover was thoughtful...I could imagine how many towels and pillow cases get ruin. We were stuck in Baltimore overnight due to a missed connection. The rooms are a bit worn, but clean and large. The front desk was friendly. But to get to our room, we had to drag our suitcases (many, and large as we were relocating) outside and up steps in a downpour.

Stayed 2 nights to sea trial a boat. Used points as I travel professionally. Checked in remotely, still had to give my info at the desk, so the advantage was negated. Anyway, upgraded to a suite, had to wait on luggage (Thanks Delta). This is my third time attempting to offer an honest rating of this hotel - the hotel keeps contacting Trip Advisor to remove it. In a nutshell, we booked a discounted rate weeks in advance and the hotel refused to honor it. Beware.
