Sadly, I had hoped that with a new "Plus" added to their name, and with supposedly new upgrades, that the Red Roof PLUS Inn would indeed be better and improved. Unfortunately this was not true. My room was not clean, the volume on the tv remote was difficult to control, the coffee maker was missing the tray to put the coffee into, and very importantly I did not get the wake up call I had requested. The only nice part of staying here was the van driver, though the van had worn out upholstery whic... Read more

I am a frequent Red Roof customer, because my boyfriend and I like to take mini vacations away from home sometimes and this is my favorite location! What makes this Red Roof different is their customer service and willingness to help. Kiara Stokes, a Front Desk Receptionist for this location, is very friendly, and willing to accommodate. When we arrived super early before check in, she personally went outside to make sure we had a clean room. And since our room was just cleaned, we did not have ... Read more

My experience was short. I only spent a night thanks to a flight delay. I booked a room the same night. The service was good and respectful. The room was nice and clean. It's not a 5 star hotel obviously, however, I'd come back if I get the chance.

Room was clean. Very small but functional for our one night stay with an early flight out of BWI. What kept us up at night were people talking as they walked in front of our room window. Each floor provides access to rooms by an outside walkway that runs in front of each room. Will look elsewhere next visit.

We stayed one night and did the stay and park. We took the shuttle bus to the airport in the early morning and then called and were picked up upon our return. The shuttle drivers both ways were helpful and friendly. The only complaint is that they charge $1.50 per night to use the safe in the room. They will take the charge off of the bill in the AM, but I think it is a little petty to charge for the use of the safe.

Last evening I spent in this motel. I hadn't eaten since breakfast so stopped at the Cracker Barrel down the street and got a salad. I only ate half and was going to eat the remainder for dinner. The room didn't have a refrigerator so I left the container on top of the dresser. When I got hungry later on, I opened the lid and popped a piece of chicken in my mouth. It was then I noticed the roach walking in the container. I spit the chicken out, picked up the container and walked it, and th... Read more

This hotel is conveniently located near BWI and is easy to find. Parking is first come, first serve so you may have to do what I did and parallel park in a dark corner at the edge of the lot that backs up to the trees. Other than that, the stay was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and quiet. I was next to the elevator and barely heard a thing. The water pressure in the shower was good too, and the AC was not overly noisy. Bed was ridiculously comfy... Read more

Had an early flight leaving BWI the next morning so decided to stay here. This hotel was really cheap ($60 a night ) and suited my purpose very well. The room was standard, nothing fantastic but clean with a comfortable bed. It looked a little dated but that didn't bother me at all. Staff was helpful. The location is great and is a 5 minute shuttle ride from BWI. I want to give a special shout out to the shuttle driver who was super friendly and helpful, and who went out of his way to leave earl... Read more

M girlfriend and I (unlike most of the guests), did not stay here because of the proximity to the airport. We were passing through the area on our way to NY from NC. The room was clean and it did the job for the evening. We are recent college grads on a budget and this hotel fit our price range. I would recommend if you are willing to diverge from Ritz - esque expectations, and need a comfortable spot for the night.

Stayed for a quick over night on my way out of BWI. Relatively quick check-in with a decent room. Betsy had me at the Southwest desk with plenty of time and a smile at 6:00 AM in the morning - thanks!

The main attraction for us was that this motel is just a mile from the BWI airport and offers a ‚??Park, Sleep & Fly‚?? deal. This feature allows a traveler to start a vacation in a relaxed manor rather than face the ambiguities of traffic on I-695 and long security lines. A traveler can get a good night‚??s sleep, leave the car in the motel parking lot, and take the motel shuttle on the 5 minute drive to BWI. This is especially appealing for those who live a long distance from the airport. ... Read more

Got the room from Priceline. One minute it was $80 and the next minute it was $89 and that is what I had to pay. Not sure how it happened unless the room sold before I could confirm it. The young lady at the desk was very friendly. Offered me a bottle of cold water while she was getting my information. Told me about the shuttle which ended up being so helpful. I didn't have to drive my daughter to the BWI Terminal. I got on the road and headed back home. The is a PLUS motel. Very clean,... Read more

Kiaraj is bubbly and is always smiling. She was helpful looking up transportation and land mark hrs. She helped me to get tickets and helped me plan, and get to my daughter's collage graduation on time. Andrew the bus driver was a wealth of information of places to eat and what not to miss and suggestions on when to be where. He is a positive happy energetic fun person. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful. I had a rental car to return and wanted to return it the night before I flew out of BWI. So, I checked in, left the luggage and took the car back. She gave me the direct number for the shuttle driver and he picked me up at the rental car location. Outstanding service and concern. Flight was VERY early the next day and this helped me immensely. For what it is, it's great. Flight was delayed just enough to miss the last shuttle but a $5 Uber ride landed us to this safe, clean, friendly Inn. The room is cozy, clean, laminate flooring, nice shower, TV, coffee. Everything you'd need for an airport stay.

We used this hotel as a stay and fly hotel for a recent trip. The hotel itself is okay but the staff are very very good. Betsy, the shuttle driver, was incredible. She was on time, pleasant and really professional. Getting ready for a flight and the anxiety of getting there are time were gone with Betsy taking care of business. If you are looking for a clean, economical stay and great service to the airport, this is it!

Was in Baltimore shortly and stayed at Red Roof Plus. Teaurra at the front desk was wonderful with helping me find multiple rooms to accommodate my family. The property and rooms were very clean, and the shuttle driver Andrew was very helpful. I would definitely stay there the next time I breeze through town.

We stayed here one night to take advantage of their free long term parking for the duration of our trip (up to 10 days). The room was about what you'd expect for a two star hotel, certainly not complaint-worthy. We checked in about 9PM, and the person at the front desk accidentally gave us the wrong key. Ok, mistakes happen, no big deal. The problem was, three hours later when someone else took over the front desk, they got curious as to why we were given two different keys. So they decided... I remember staying at this hotel about 8-9yrs ago it was NOT somewhere I would normally pick to stay however needed a place to crash but here we are years later and gave it another try and they really stepped up their game as far as the rooms. My wife and I stayed here for a night to be near the airport for an early morning departure from BWI. The room was average and comfortable. The next morning the shuttle was on time and prompt in getting us to the airport. Doing this option was cheaper than paying daily rates at the garage as we were allowed to park for free at the hotel.

Only good thing about it was the staff was friendly. room smelled very strongly of marijuana (and occasionally also sewage) there was a biscuit left in the microwave from a previous guest (still confused about this one?) there was hair in the beds and the sink was broken. moved to the Holiday Inn next door after one night and it was much better!

Teaurra was super nice, and all other unnamed staff! I will most definitely stay here again when flying from this airport! I made the right choice and will do it again! This motel is a little over a mile away from the BWI Airport and is nestled in a hotel district with about 20 other airport hotels. We relied completely on public transportation on this trip and we picked the Red Roof Inn because it was the only hotel that advertised that its shuttle would take you and pick you up from the airport, the train station and the light rail station. Other hotels may do the same, but it was not clear from their websites. It was a nice bonus that this hotel was at th... Read more

Stayed on 3rd floor (convenient elevator). Hotel room is generally clean & comfortable and well darkened, although there were long hairs on top of the toilet. Room is small but so cozy, extremely clean, modern amenities(flatscreen, nicer sink), and great bed. 3rd floor corner room was requested and accomodated. Quiet as can be! Elevators were out, that was the only neg. Would return! 15 min from the harbor!

I chose to stay here based on its proximity to the airport. The hotel seems to have been recently upgraded as the rooms seem fresh and newly decorated.
