After a long day of travel delays we walked into the Baltimore Hilton exhausted and deflated. The person at the counter had no idea the horrible day we had. We were greeted by Kawan whose smile could light up any room, she greeted us like we were walking into her home! She took great care to get us into our room quickly and went above and beyond to make us feel special. Thank you Kawan and the Hilton Baltimore for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Very clean. Courteous staff. Breakfast was cold and the waffle machine was not in service. I don't know if this was because of incompetent personnel or it just didn't work. The breakfast staff seem quite bossy.

I am currently staying at the Hilton because we have an 8 am flight out of BWI. We checked in just after 10 pm and when we went turned down the sheets to go to bed we noticed the sheets are dirty. We called at 11:00 pm to ask them to bring clean sheets and it is now 11:50pm and as the front desk so rudely informed us it will be a while. The service and room was excellent. The receptionist explained that we could have the Shuttle pick us up from Auto Rental location, all we had to do was call the telephone number on the card that was provided. This was more that we expected. The shuttle from Auto Rental and to Airport was very exceptional

What an embarrassment from start to finish by Hilton on my stay here. I was given a double bed and when I asked about my upgrade the front desk just gave me the dumbest look and had no answer. The bed was as hard as a rock. The room looked like a Comfort Inn. I had a meeting and had my do not disturb sign out but that meant nothing to these clowns. I will ALWAYS stay at this hotel whenever I come to the Habour!! The staff was amazing & extremely friendly!!! I advise anyone travel to the area to stay here!! The prices were reasonable, very neat & clean room! I will be returning!

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was fine. No complaints. Hotel maids were very friendly and helpful. The staff was good too. The bar closes pretty late which is always a plus. What I did notice was that the parking lot gets filled up pretty quickly and then the overflow is on the street outside of the hotel. Not really bad but maybe they should expand in the future or contemplate building a multilevel parking garage. Over all the stay was great. Nice rooms and clean hotel.

For a Hilton, I found it to be below standards for this chain. Poor amenities, lumpy pillows, stained towels, and dirty overall. When I called for different towels, he had to "find some". I had a very early flight the next morning and wasn't happy to realize at 3:30 am, that there wasn't a hair drier in the room. Called the desk to ask for one, and his reply was "do you need it now?" Wanted to stay with family coming in on the Honor Flight. Stayed in the room with two queen beds, room was clean, staff was very helpful, and we loved the weekend breakfast buffet. Booked the room directly through Hilton with my Hilton Honors and got a cheaper price than all the travel websites.

For a flagship Hilton, it is inexcusable not to have an Executive Lounge for Diamond Members. Other Hiltons in the Washington DC area have excellent lounges. And, to top it off, no coffee was available at my 6AM checkout, unless I wanted to pay exorbitant prices at a coffee bar. No way to treat your guests, particularly those of us who spend many nights on the road.

I have stayed here many times over the last 5 years. Front desk folks are still helpful and friendly as ever. Alva and Delores in the Exec lounge are true hostesses and always make me feel welcome. Rooms are quite spacious and mine had new carpet. The down side was the spray solution to freshen the room was extremely strong. They quickly handled the issue and I switched to a new room. The hotel is very quiet and the rooms are very clean. We have stayed here many times and won't stay any place else when flying out of BWI. Plenty of places to eat, but has a nice bar area with food--little expensive but nice to be at the hotel. Closest hotel to the airport and very convenient to Baltimore/Washington parkway. Beds are very comfortable and air condition is quiet.

We just stayed for one night in conjunction with a business trip. Having stayed the night before at a Garden Inn, I was reminded the difference in the top tier of the brand and the lower tier. At the Hilton, the bed was MUCH more comfortable. The shower was glass and tile vice plastic and vinyl. The WIFI was fast vs slow. And in this case the pRice was the same. We arrived a little late. Always on a business trip and staying near the airport sometimes leads to disappointment as so many travelers 'have' to stay by the airport. Our food choices, quality and service, for our business meetings were excellent. I also chose to eat there when I first arrived and service and food was terrific. Rooms were nice, however, not liking A/C, thus turning it off,never really made the room warm. Hard to believe for a June stay ..

The staff from check-in to the Resturant to the housekeepers were very welcoming and pleasant. The facilities were well maintained; cleaned and kept! If I was to recommend any hotel it would be the Hilton at BWI!!!

This hotel is very close to BWI airport with ample free parking. Very courteous staff and efficient check in and check out. Room was great and very quiet. Did not eat breakfast there; McDonald's is about a mile away. Would stay there again.

The bathroom in Room 421 had three issues: the sink's drain stopper did not function; the shower's drain was clearly clogged; the shower's temperature control was missing a screw and thus very difficult to adjust. I frankly expected better from a Hilton Hotel.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The staff was great, and my sons really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Transportation to the MARC, train station, there and back was expeditious. The room spacious and my sons enjoyed the pool.

I have visited many Hilton properties, and this one was not impressive. Being near the airport was convenient, but the hotel is out-dated. I was disappointed, but under the circumstances of my stay, I booked a room. However, I decided to stay only for a few hours before deciding to check out!

I travel three to four days a week in many areas this being a regular city of business and this Hilton is always my first choice and with the digital key option it's by far no hassle on checking in you walk right in. The accomadations meet all expectations very satisfied.

This hotel is conveniently located to BWI and the surrounding area. I found it an excellent location for my business trip. The staff is very professional and polite and the property itself is very well maintained. The executive lounge provides that little extra that really puts the hotel over the top. I highly recommend it for business or personal travelers.

Very nice way to start a vacation. We stayed here before an early flight to Minnesota. The extended parking package to leave the car at the hotel and use the hotel van was very convenient. The hotel isn't even 5 minutes away from the terminal.

Bigger bathrooms are needed for any size person. The toilet is too low to the ground. If you are heavy or older you would not like to use it at all. There were no grab bars to pull yourself up or lower you to the toilet. There were no where to place your towels or wash rags so you would need new ones each day. There is No where to park your car at this hotel. You need to get back early at night or you will have to park on the curb or across the street.

Nice hotel tucked behind the Marriott. Well appointed rooms, good size, high end toiletries. Concierge lounge is moderate in size but food is good and well run. Hotel is clean, neat, fresh. Excellent option when flying in/out of BWI. Free shuttle leaves on the hour and half hour and is only 10 minutes away. Park your car for free while you travel! Large bar, restaurant area. Once we found the hotel, it was very clean and comfortable. There were some kids (probably around 12) that were pretty rowdy but didn't hear them after midnight. Beds very comfy. Breakfast was very good and service very good too.

This hotel rooms could use updating! The room didn't feel as clean as I'm use to. The beds were bumpy. We have definitely stayed in better Hiltons. Room service was a bit slow and the food was "ok." I travelled here on business in April 2016. The Hilton shuttle picked us up from BWI and got us to the hotel in good time. It is a few miles, but within sight of BWI. As a business traveler and Hilton Honors member I was very disappointed in this hotel. I've stayed at many Hilton properties and this, by far, was the worst. Number one problem, lack of service, staff indifference. Lots of standing around talking at the front desk, oblivious to customers. Lack of attention to detail.. Patricia, at the front desk was terrific as well as the shuttle driver. Grounds need to have a walk through occasionally, as i saw the same two empty glass outside on the stair for 3 days. The little store could use some attention. Very few items to purchase, could use some variety. Our venue recommended the BWI Hilton as a great choice for us and our guests the night after our wedding reception. as part of the deal, booking 8 rooms gets you a complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel and venue of which was less than 10 minutes away. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit dated inside and our bathroom could have used a few repairs. Shower water pressure was awesome though. Unusual for a hotel anymore. But mostly, there just really is nothing to do in the evening around this hotel. I totally disagree with the recent reviews. This is a top notch hotel. Everything about it was great. Best of all you don't experience the noise of most airport hotels. I slept with the white noise AP on my phone running and didn't hear any of the plane takeoffs or landings! The room darkening shades are also excellent. Excellent staff here. I had a flight cancel and was given a voucher to stay here. Expectations were not high but the hotel is very nice has a restaurant and bar on site. The gym is bigger than most and has a pool & hot tub. It is big there are 11 floors. I was on the 10th floor there was no issue with water pressure at all. The staff was extremely helpful. I was in a large group. I could not get into the room until late afternoon. They were very kind to accommodate my request for a room near the elevator. The room was clean, the AC was loud, there were two lights in the bathroom, one didn't work at all and the other one kept flickering. The staff was courteous. There were more cars in the parking lot than there were spaces.

Room wasn't too clean Blonde colored hair was found in my bed and in the rolled up towels in the bathroom shower door was broke. When showering water would fill the bathroom floor . Notified the front desk no one responded. Had to soak up water with the towels in the bathroom my whole stay.

The Hilton is a few miles away from BWI. The eleven story Hilton has comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms (albeit small) with Bluetooth Digital Key Access plus a Concierge Lounge on the eleventh floor for guests who are on that floor or diamond Hilton rewards members. 1 night stay. I wish it had been more. I was given a suite on the 11th floor. OMG it was great. Two very large rooms. Two bathrooms. I had supper in the bar on the first floor. I had the crab cakes. Not cheep but they were great. I will stay at the Hilton airport next time I'm in Baltimore.

Hotel is convenient to the BWI airport. Unfortunately, at departure there apparently was no driver for the hotel shuttle. After waiting for a driver, two kind ladies volunteered to drive me to the airport so I would not be late for my flight. Executive lounge employee, Alva, was exceptionally nice and really made everyone feel welcome. Overall, nice hotel but very disappointed in shuttle service.

We stayed overnight at the Hilton hotel and we enjoyed a full breakfast buffet in the morning. We have a family of 5 and everyone was able to enjoy something. They had an omelette station and a waffle station! The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel in proximity to the BWI airport is excellent. The quality of the accommodation was average and my experience at breakfast was also very average. The carpet in the elevators needs replacement.

For my son's wedding, we reserved the suites at the hotel. They were PERFECT for the wedding day - for the large wedding party (ladies) to all get ready together. It was a really large room, with lots of table space and sitting areas ... it made the night before the wedding, and getting ready for the wedding just PERFECT. And the hotel is ultra-modern.

With two large family reunions and a large wedding party this hotel handled it pretty well. It took a little longer than you would expect for some simple requests like extra towlels, but that 's understandable. Large breakfast buffet with many choices. Pool and exercise room okay.

This Hilton is located near the airport. The hotel has a nice fitness center and pool. The offer a morning breakfast at 6am in the executive lounge . They also offer an evening snack at 5pm. The parking lot has plenty of room and the aqua restaurant is located on site.

I've stayed here many times. It's a good mid-range business travel hotel. Very convenient for flying in/out of BWI. They offer complementary shuttle service to/from BWI which takes less than 10 minutes each way without traffic. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Check-in was very easy this time because I was able to do so using my smartphone. Just what you'd expect, a quality higher end hotel.. Rooms were great, nice A/C, fantastic shower, very clean rooms, great toiletries, comfy bedding and fast check in. Nice bar in the lobby area which closes at midnight. Good vibes. Can't loose at this hotel.

Hmm... Pretty disappointing. I always choose non smoking rooms. Upon checking into my room tonight, it reeks of smoke. I did tell the front desk clerk, and she simply offered to tell housekeeping tomorrow. I was also surprised that there is no full length mirror in the room. While this may seem trivial, I'm not sure I've ever stayed in a hotel that didn't have one. When you're located near an airport, you should expect business travelers, who'd expect those amenities.

Nice hotel close to BWI airport. Convenient to Baltimore and Annapolis, too. Rooms, especially size of room and bathroom, and beds are showing their age. Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Loved this hotel! the pool was great, the roof top to sun bathe after a long day at work was amazing to end the day. The restaurant/bar was also amazing, the bartenders were really nice and always making helpful recommendations.

I had to stay overnight for a business trip. It was fantastic! The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Additionally, I can see myself staying there again and bringing my family as well.

Overall the hotel was nice and we had a good rate being apart of the wedding party. The staff that checked us in was not very detailed. Our wedding gift bag was left out and he didn't provide information about breakfast. We will visit the hotel again.

I recently stayed at the BWI Hilton for 1 night on a business trip. First, there was an abundance of free parking, which is not always the case at Hilton's. My room was comfortable and everything was in good working order. The staff was friendly, and the executive lounge was a nice spot for breakfast. FD Agent needs more training on how to handle guest issues. Be more caring and show some compassion. Don't be arrogant, MR. Hussein!!! Housekeeping should also be trained NOT to enter a room with a DND sign posted outside on the door, or do not clean on check-out day if personal belonging still in room before check-out time.

We arrived at BWI around 2:30am due to our flight departed LAS late. So, by the time we got our baggage, and rental car we arrived at the hotel a little after 3am. The front desk agent was extremely nice. Upon our departure around 12:45pm ( roughly 8-9 hrs rest), we checked out; the day shift front desk agent was also very nice. The one thing I di really love was that she addressed us my Mr John, and Mrs Nancy; that made our stay very personal.

I have selected this location a number of times for both business and pleasure, and they never let me down. I always have a great stay and my most recent trip was for pleasure, I just wish I had more time to take advantage of the amenities. I was on a Fri-Sat leg of a trip on the club floor, but it was closed. Even with a late arrival, it was a great experience.

First time staying here. I'm in town about 6 weeks a year and usually stay at the HGI. This was a last minute trip and no rooms were available there, so I picked here. This is a very large hotel, 11 floors and many rooms. A little to crowed for my taste, would be good for an overnight, but I didn't like it for 5 nights. Rooms were ok. The staff was amazing. Especially the bartender Dante'. He was very accommodating, efficient, and very knowledgeable about things to do in downtown Baltimore. This hotel was chosen by a family member for her wedding party, family and friends; a lot of out-of-towners. Overall it was a great experience. The staff was attentive, rooms are nice, food was good (especially breakfast made to order omelettes!!). Ate dinner there one night too and found the food to be above average. The highlight of our stay at this hotel was the shuttle service. We used the shuttle for transportation to the airport, light rail, and from car rental location. Each time the drivers were pleasant and prompt. Overall this is an aging property that is close to airport but isolated from everything else. Spent two nights here, 9/15 and 9/16 while in town to attend relative's funeral. At first glance very impressed with room. Room was very dirty. The curtains had a red stain on them as if someone was murdered. One wall had a hole in it and a place where something used to be screwed in. I would not recommend staying in room 430.

The rooms in this hotel are old and dated. Bathroom is TINY. Key was improperly set up at check-in, so had no access to the lounge. Did not receive any housekeeping on the first day. Internet did not work properly with my phone. Staff clearly interprets "Make it Right" as "offer 'em a few points". Could have had an equal or better experience for $40/night less at HGI down the street.

Upon turning down the bed in preparation for retiring for the night, I noticed that the bottom sheet was extremely wrinkled. Upon closer inspection, there were multiple strands of hair on the sheets. I notified the front desk, and they did send someone up to change the linens, but I certainly expected better from a Hilton property. Despite the proximity to the airport, I would not stay here again; there are plenty of other comparably priced options nearby.

We had a rehersal Dinner here in October, that even went perfectly the staff was great and the food delicious. THe breakfast that was included with the room was delicious and very satisfing. My only complaint would be the size of the rooms and the small shelf space in the bathroom. We didn't have much room to put anything in there. Closet space was also at a premium.

Came from the best western plus because they had no cribs. While this Hilton had cribs it was much more expensive and lacking in every single aspect. The beds are like lumps of coal- even my child complained how much worse they were. There was no hot water in the shower. And they do not offer complimentary breakfast. I booked a block of rooms at this hotel for my daughter's wedding. It was great. It is close to the BWI airport as well as the Amtrak train station. A shuttle will pick you up at either location as well as take you to several places in the area. If you have a car, parking is easy and there is no charge. The lobby is large and spacious. There is no regular timed hotel shuttle and when arriving at airport you have to call them to arrange pick up, arriving from the UK I had no American change and ended up taking a taxi at $15 for a 5 minute ride. This was our wedding night. We arrived late, in our wedding dress and tuxedo having dropped our luggage off earlier in the day. the staff was a super tremendous help in getting our luggage up to our room as well as making us feel comfortable. We checked into the room and the room was hot. We turned the AC on only to find out the AC was broke, which maintenance confirmed. The hotel staff did nothing to accommodate besides gave us a fan. Needless to say we checked out the next day. After we checked out we were charged an extra $453.76 that I'm still waiting for reimbursement. I will never stay here again, and never recommend anyone to stay.

This is one decent hotel option if you're near BWI or doing business in the area. Very clean, well lit, super friendly staff and a good restaurant on site. Second visit here in 6 months. My room was okay. The halls were freezing and the meeting room was miserably cold. They said they adjusted but I could not tell a difference. Usually this isnt an issue at hilton properties, it was a big deal to pick around the long pieces of hair but it was distressing to see in the sink and all over the counter. Pretty simple. I was in town for Thanksgiving feast with family. Clean, soft beds....enough space for my cousins and I, not too far from my brothers house in Elkridge by the town standard. Everything seems a little bit of a drive. They have the best free cookies I've had in a long time, four days out they are kind of know for these cookies. Just behind or close by is the mall. No complaints. You'd enjoy the stay if this hotel was a choice.

Overall this was a clean and friendly location with a quick registration process. The shuttle service runs every 1/2 hour and we didn't know that ahead of time. Dining was good. Staff was helpful. Shuttle driver left earlier than scheduled to accommodate a tight checkin window.
