The Airport Marriott was a very nice, quite, clean hotel to stay at for an over-night flight change. The staff was very helpful and very accommodating when asking questions. We even took an UBER into town for less than $20.00 to do a bit of sights.

I expected better service. It was almost non existent. I told the server I wanted buffalo chicken salad but that it was important that they use ranch dressing instead of blue cheese or I couldn't eat it. The dish came with ranch in the cup on the side but as I poured it on and began to eat I tasted blue cheese, which nauseates me! I looked closer and a TON of blue cheese was crumpled all over and in the salad. I'm not one to send my plate back so I tried to scrape it off and make the best of it ... Read more

The room was nice and comfortable. The food and the service at the restaurant was excellent but very expensive for the kind of seating. Location very convenient when you have a flight at the airport as you can leave your car in the parking for a small fee. It's a shuttle for the ride but after waiting 40 minutes on the sidewalk on our way back we took a cab.

We like to stay here the night before we fly out for vacation. The rooms are always very clean. There is always enough towels and toiletries provided. In fact there was even a towel made into a swan. Getting the shuttle is easy...it runs every 20 minutes and on the way back all we had to do was go to the designated spot and wait.

Clean and quiet hotel. We spent the night prior to our 6 am flight out of BWI. Front desk clerk told us first shuttle to the airport in the morning was 4:45 am. Our group of five was down to the lobby at 4:30 am and we were greeted by the friendly shuttle driver who offered to take us immediately to the airport. Wow!! What excellent customer service. Great way to start the day!

Some dude named David had the front desk over charged us. Then lied to us about the time the shuttle was taking us to the airport. Then they lied and said the shuttle would be right back. His attitude was awful about the whole thing as if it wasn't his problem. Absolutely pathetic.

I have had a hard time finding a decent airport hotel near BWI. The lobby of this hotel is very nice and the room was a nice size. We did not have enough towels for a family of 3 but arrived way too late at night to call and ask for more. Overall, not bad compared to the other hotels in the area.

The BWI Airport Marriott was exactly what we needed...This hotel had a spacious front lobby area, a bar, and 2 restaurants right when you check in. we checked in around 3 and went to the pool for a relaxing swim. The pool area was accessible from the first floor or via elevator to the ground floor. The pool area was beautiful and had plenty of room to sit, swim and also had an entire wall of windows for plenty of natural light. The hot tub was also very nice. In true Marriott fashion the roo... This is the only place we stay when we go to Baltimore. We are there a lot with our business group. The staff is great! They are willing to help out with everything. We eat at the Chesapeake house every trip and they have gone above and beyond in efforts to satisfy our wants. Thanks Steve!

Stayed here one night after meetings in Gaithersburg, as I had an early flight the next morning. The hotel is within a mile of BWI and was very nice. Check in was excellent, and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant that evening, and let me say, their crab cakes are as good as any of the best I've had in the Baltimore area. Excellent!!! Our server, Joe? was very accomodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here for convenience to ... Read more

I would like to say that my quick stay was perfect. Special call out to Tam at the front desk and the the security officer on duty. I left my watch in my room and the service provided was excellent. Tam called security and acted swiftly to look for my watch and send it to me. These two individuals went above and beyond for me. If ever in the Baltimore area you can rest peacefully knowing that have a staff that cares. Thank you!

Wished I had stayed here for 5 nights, as I had spent 4 nights at hotel next door. The concourse felt spacious and welcoming. Looked modern. 2 restaurants to choose from. Good food and choice at the bar. Staff were welcoming even though was coming to the end of their shift. Breakfast was also good, but I was disappointed with the second croissant that I was offered(was stone hard!) Was not told where breakfast would be when I checked in Room was great too

I recently stayed at this property last weekend while I doing things in the Maryland and Washington DC area. I'll start off by with the location of the hotel is A+! Its about a mile away from the airport and train station, also a quick cab ride to the rental car facility. All staff members were welcoming and always had a positive attitude when I passed by them, from front desk, to the servers in the Champions Sports Bar (which I ate dinner in my first night). Meal was decently good for hotel foo... Read more

Stayed here during my visit to Maryland for the capital jazz festival. Lobby is beautiful. The rooms are pretty standard fare. The sports bar in the lobby is a fun place to grab a drink and catch a game. All in all a nice stay. I would return if I'm ever in the area again.

We decided on this hotel based on our previous experiences with Marriott. This was close to to BWI, we drove to New York and to DC within our 3 day visit. Our first encounter with the staff was great, we had a very early flight and we arrived at the hotel at 7 am and we needed to freshen up before we got on the road. The staff was so accommodating as was able to give us an early check in. The lobby was auper clean and modern, the young lady that worked as a barista for the Starbucks counter was... Read more

Stayed one night before a trip les OMG out of BWI early and had a decent experience there. It is our typical Marriott no frills just solid and consistent. Was able to leave my car there for the week for a small fee as I am staying again when I return. Food was fine at Champions as the main restaurant was closed not sure why. Definitely a travel or business hotel and does a good job as such. Would stay again for travel.

Had to stay here for business. I have platinum status with Marriott so I get upgraded regularly. This visit was no exception. The room was clean, bed soft and comfortable. The food was very good and the concierge room was stocked. All in all a great stay. No issues at all.

We had an early morning flight to Costa Rica and had used other hotels for the parking and shuttle service. We decided to upgrade to a fancy Marriott! The rooms were OK, the WiFi was a fee unless you are a reward member who booked online, and the cost was more per night. The shuttle to and from the airport was not good. Other hotels in the area provide service on-demand. This Marriott had service every 20 minutes - but it is always full! I don't need more hassle in my life, I'll stay somew... Read more

We were booked on a super early flight out of BWI and decided to spend a night at the Marriott to ensure we'd make it on time. The hotel was close to BWI and even provided a free shuttle service to the airport leaving very 20 minutes (30 after 9 AM). This Marriott is a full service hotel and we really enjoyed room service, the comfy beds and spacious room. The hotel has an indoor pool, Starbucks bar and friendly/helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel and would go back for sure.

I was upgraded to a room with a hot tub thanks to my Gold Elite membership in the Marriott Rewards program. While the room (#917) was spacious and comfortable, there were several aspects of the room that I felt fell below what I would have expected at a full service Marriott, especially on the Elite floor. 1, The sofa in the room had some stains (see photo) 2. The bottom of the air conditioner had visible rust stains (see photo) 3. The hardware on the hot tub (faucet spouts, and air jets) wer... Read more

I stayed at the bwi Marriott for a cheer conference. The hotel is ok. Not very up to date. Lobby bar is great- nice bar tenders. Baristas at the bar lobby also nice for coffee. Sometimes line was too long. Champions lunch was nice and Chesapeake breakfast was great although the server was a little slow. Chilies next door. Cracker Barrel down the road.

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights during a recent business trip. The pros: the hotel lobby, and lobby bar are nice and updated. The front desk and concierge lounge staff were always very courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The food in Champions was pretty good for a hotel sports bar. The cons: My first room had a particular musty odor, and the A/C unit wasn't working properly (I was offered a different room and accepted). The hotel overall feels date... Read more

For a Marriott, I expected better, but it is at the airport, which typically means lower quality to me. Good: - front desk and maid service staff were friendly - room was reasonably clean - liked the chance to earn extra reward points by skipping maid service - nice lobby area with LOTS of seating - conference rooms/ballroom area was standard for this type of hotel Not so good: - hotel shuttle service was a joke...waited 30 minutes for pickup at the airport; no shuttle in site on check-out day... Loved this place. Everything from the bedding to the spacious king room to the lamps with the convenient electrical sockets in the bases (listen up, other hotels! It's the way of the future!) said welcome, traveler. We're here for you. And they are. My very late night checkin was met with the same sunniness as I found in the morning. Typical said shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap ... But body wash too? I like it. Plenty of towels and washcloths and coffee in the room (with creamer!)! ... Read more

The Marriott at BWI Airport is about 10 minutes from the terminal by shuttle. The hotel rooms were average in size. The desk was an old fashioned 4-legged "writing" model with a very small working area. In contrast to the desk, the office chair was a modern swivel design. The mismatch results in a working surface that was fine for writing by hand, but too high for a keyboard. I used the occasional pillow in the arm chair and a bed pillow to allow me to type with some degree of comfort. Electrica... Read more

Have stayed here numerous times and never had a problem...till now. Our flight got in really late and we were tired. Knowing we already had a reservation at this hotel made far in advance, we were ready for a good night's sleep. However, when we got there, we were informed that they only had king rooms - we reserved a room for FOUR! Where were we all going to sleep? They said they would bring a roll-away bed - that still leaves one person without a place to sleep. I asked to have TWO beds ... Read more

Great service by Manyima for our group of 30 folks ! This was an impromptu get together of Westinghouse/Northrop Grumman Business Management employees who worked together in 70's, 80's, and 90's and after that too. Great service ! Drinks and food were reasonably priced. We were given our own area to spend time together.

I picked the BWI Marriott because we had a 5:15 am flight out of BWI . I booked their park and fly option. My plan was to take a shuttle but the shuttle didn't start until 4:00 am and because I was traveling with a friend that needs a wheel chair, I needed to make sure we had enough time to get to the airport. When I booked, I thought the shuttle service was 24 hrs . (my fault for not checking) When I found the shuttle didn't operate 24 hours, I tried to cancel but had waited to long and wou... Read more

We had a 3 day stay at this hotel for a business conference. I had booked it thru Marriott.com as I am a member of the rewards club rather than booking thru the conference. Thought there would be less chance of anything going wrong. Just a side note in the business I am in we have certain events that we are forced to have a third party make reservations for us and it doesn't always turn out well and this was connected to that business.
