Staff always genuinely friendly and professional but not stiff or formal. Parking is easy and never a hassle. Can walk to WaWa convenience store across the parking lot. I am forced to make this review 200 characters long so now I have to simply ramble for it to be accepted. Have a nice day.

We just stayed one night. The property was clean, as was our room. The staff was courteous as well. Breakfast was good and the area was well stocked. There were waffles, eggs, and sausage, as well as your standard continental breakfast fare. Would definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff and excellent front office manager. They recommended places to eat, run, and were very friendly. The complimentary morning breakfast was also a very big plus. I would highly recommend this hotel over others in the area.

Was here for business, very close to where I was working. Maddie was really good about recommending places to eat, run, and go on my days off of work. They also serve fresh baked cookies every evening, have free breakfast, and free wifi. I'll be back at this hotel.

The room is excellent with a full kitchen, desk/work area, and plenty of storage for long-term stays. The staff at the front desk and housekeepers are all very friendly and do an excellent job. This is my go-to hotel in the Pax River area.

This was a month long stay. The service was second to none. Jay and Maddy were awesome. Personable, professional and willing to help with anything you asked. It was nice to have someone greet you each day after returning from class.

I was asked by my employer to handle an assignment at PAX River Naval Air Station, Maryland and needed a comfortable place to stay that would I hope be my home away from home. I found all I needed and more at the Marriott Town Place Suites in Lexington Park next to the base. The room was comfortable with adequate space for all my "stuff" and everything my wife brought along as well. The staff was very kind and we got to know everyone by name. Maria, Desi, Jay, Maddy and Dean at the front des... Read more

I spent a month as a guest at the Towne Place Suites Lexington Park while on temporary duty at the NAS. Very spacious suites that were clean with lots of closet space. What sets this place apart is the staff, from the manager down, there were always lots of smiles and tips on where to find the best food and attractions. Madelyn and Dean stood out at the front desk for their professionalism and general hospitality. Oh yeah, loved those cookies in the evenings.

I stayed here for one night for a wedding closeby and I admit I was very impressed. The room (131) was spacious with a comfy king bed, sofa bed, desk, full fridge, coat closet (and a huge bathroom closet!) My favorite part was the fire pit out front. It was a bit chilly that evening, so it was perfect! I was also given a room on the first floor very close to the side door where I was able to pull my car up, which made it much easier to unpack and pack the car. Great service and many perks for th... We stayed here two nights for a wedding near by and we loved the place. The staff were very friendly and the room lived up to expectations. It's like being at home. There aren't things I wish I had like when you stay at other hotels. If I want to cook breakfast lunch or dinner I'm completely able to.

Everything was great! I blocked a group of rooms for our family reunion. Marizel was simply amazing with the accommodations and provided updates regularly. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with open arms and treated us like royalty. The breakfast was tasty with an abundance of varieties. We stayed in a 2 bdrm suite which was very spacious and comfortable for my family of five. Everything was simply amazing. I plan to return again during my next visit in the area.

To start off - the hotel delivers on the TownePlace Suites brand. The hotel/room was modern, clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast, plenty of parking, and provides a safe environment. It's a big plus that the hotel is pet friendly and has a pet walking area - which is hard to find. The indoor pool is a big plus as well and we used it a couple days also. The other items that I found strange: 1 - the front desk staff is very nice, apologetic and professional; but they lack the ability to resol... Read more

Over all I enjoyed my trip. The service was great and the room comfortable. There are however a few points I did not enjoy. Firstly, the HDMI connection points are non comfortable with IOS devices or the Playstation 4 game console. This made relaxing with some of the films I downloaded in watchable. Secondly, although they did have a veggie breakfast patty composed of something, it would've been nice to enjoy a turkey Sasage in the morning. Lastly the "business center" where the hotel permits yo... Read more

I would stay here again. The manager was most helpful and informative when she heard we were touring the area. She used a large map on the wall of the lobby to point out some highlights to tour and places to eat. The room was great, the pool was clean and warm. No hot tub. Breakfast was good, but the young man seemed unsure of the closing time for service. We had to ask for fresh bread, as it was empty before 9am.

Booked months ago two bedroom suite, and did pre check in on AM only to arrive and find our room was not available - as a "govt contractor that has been there two months extended" . Manager very apologetic and gave us two separate single rooms at the employee rate, but rooms not connected- so much for family time. Hallways not air conditioned, breakfast ok. Facility nice and clean. Overall was satisfied with the hotel, but beware a two bedroom suite reservation being honored.

The staff kept up to date info and let me know that my room was good the rest of my stay with a letter under my door. The hotel staff is wonderful. Maddie, Momdouh, Marizel, Maria, And Desi are all wonderful and very kind. Thank you again

We had family members in town on short notice, a relative had passed away. Jay at TownePlace Suites could not have been more helpful. The first night stay, all that was available (for a family of 4) was a studio suite, but he upgraded the room to a 2 bedroom suite the very next day when the larger suite became available. He made sure that all went as smooth as possible, and did so with sincere courtesy and caring. Both suites were spotless and very comfortable. The kids loved the pool. Managemen... Read more

Only stayed for a few days. The room was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable. Check in did take awhile, but it was late at night. I didn't have the opportunity to have the breakfast or use the gym but if I was in the area I would stay again.

A great place to stay if you're working at the Naval base, as it's just down the road. Rooms are clean, breakfast is adequate, and the staff are really helpful. Maddie in reception just can't do enough for you, and Ashley and Jay are always happy to advise on anything you need to know about the area. Not forgetting to mention the lovely Marizel and Jenny, lovely ladies indeed! Lots of parking, always free coffee in reception, and a warm welcome whenever you walk in.

A nice place to stay while in the area. Very kind people, clean room and good location. Pet are accepted but it is expansive. Breakfast is ok but not great. There is a small pool and fitness room. A lot of things to do in the area. Try st marys old city, calvert cliff state park and elms beach park: 3 real gems!

Everything is great! Location, customer service, room size, and bell are all comfortable. The hotel is up to date, appears to look new. It is within walking distance (100 steps from hotel) of the WAWA gas station (literally in front of hotel) and plaza filled with shoppes and eateries (Sonics, Buffalo Wild Wings, etc.) I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 20 days. The staff is outstanding, they were always available to you. The free breakfast is the usual, so not much to say on that. The pool was nice to relax in and it was kept very clean. They have 3 washers and dryers, and they are newer, so doing your laundry is not a problem. Highly recommend this hotel.

Overall - pretty good. Bring your own hair dryer though. I travel alot for work and I don't normally bring my own hair dryer because hotels provide them. Unfortunately, and maybe I just had bad luck, the hair dryer within my room was cracked and didn't work well at all.

If staying in one location for several days while away from home, the kitchenette does make a difference in the quality of a lengthy stay. Take in the breakfast every morning and the dinner on Wednesdays. First time around this area and plenty of places to take in when you have the time off.

Clean, warm, & appreciative Staff. When I am in the area on business, I only stay at this hotel. Solid amenities to relax after a hard day‚??s work. The reason for this review is to praise House Keeping. Over the past few years, I have made it a mission to always tip the Housekeeping a little no matter the level of hotel I am staying at (I travel a lot). All hotels have Housekeeping that tend to our messes and refresh our rooms if you choose to have them do so. This morning I left a tip and poli... Read more
